Im not sure what the guarantee means in the name, maybe guaranteed to be annoyed? The place is pretty run down, basically a business waiting to die. Id say about 50% machines are out of order at this point. While I was waiting for my clothes I was counting dryers in the line of 11 only five operational six had out of order signs....The machines are all old and overpriced, this coming from a person who travels the country and uses a laundromat once a week in different places. I went out of my way to come here because they take quarters, it wasnt worth it.If you choose hot water sitting on the machine the price goes up, prices are already too high to start with. In one of the $3 machines, which is the cheapest and a single load machine, three towels and a pair of jeans is making the machine shake as if I had a ton of rocks in it; not even close to commercial quality.I would recommend going to one of the other local places that seem to be well rated. There doesnt seem to be any recent reviews so I hope this helps.
I used to like coming to Earl’s laundry had no problems coming, the only problem is that if you don’t get your clothes on time the older men who works there would take you clothes out and leave it in a basket, wasn’t even closing hours yet. I honestly don’t think it’s nice to touch other people clothes.
One of the cleanest laundromats I’ve ever used. A few pieces of equipment were tagged as out of order, but I got change, washed and dried 2 loads in under 90 minutes. It loses 1 star because there was some broken glass and wire in the parking lot.
Its your basic laundromat. I used the big machines and they worked great. The change machine is cash only, no cards. The dryers are super hot and faaaaast. There is a detergent dispenser and a snack and soda machine. The radio is playing. Super basic. No waiting.
Clean, quiet laundromat. The machines still take quarters instead of cards, so if you prefer that then this is the place for you.The extra large capacity washers arent as big as Id hoped, so if you need an enormous washer, youll want to try elsewhere.
This laundromat seemed to accomplish its goal well enough. The machines I used worked perfectly and the loads of laundry I did came out clean in a timely manner. On the other hand the location could use some work. it seemed as if 50% of the machine were out of order if not more. I was lucky it wasnt busy on the day I visited. Also the change machine was out of order so luckily I had some quarters in my car because I usually dont carry any change. If either of those things didnt work out it would have been quite a frustrating experience.
Great place, Management is very helpful and friendly. Always an enjoyable time.
I choose to go to Earls because. It is very clean, convenient, and most of all the prices are more than reasonable. Earl takes pride in his place, and it shows!
Just lost $4.50 in a washer. No onsite person to help. This was always my favorite place because it was well mainained. With all the new wahers/dryers, increased prices, & very busy atmosphere, I may change to the Princessa laundry on Camino Consuelo. Sorry Earl!
1/3 of the machines out of orderNo basketsDryer#3 stole my moneyToilet wont flushThe owner kicked me out in the cold to wait on my wash
This laundromat has always been a favorite of mine, but because I moved out of the area, I hadnt been there in a couple years. Its installing new front loading washers and big new dryers. Looks like the flooring is being replaced too. Even with the covid situation and having to wait out in the car, its still a nice little place. Very rarely busy, good parking lot and it still uses quarters! Once its complete, itll be a 5*
The owner is always friendly and welcoming!
Just your good old neighborhood laundromat.
Use different laundromats weekly due to work. Each one has its own advantages and disadvantages. Here the prices were adequate for the machines, I used. As for cleanliness, I, noticed that people just left there trash laying around for someone else to pick up. If, they just picked up after themselves this would be a decent and comfortable place. We can always find something to complain aboutJust pick up after ourselves and places would look a lot better.
Place is convenient close to my house never over packed peaceful and clean although I wish they had a better bathroom and better vending machines with more options to choose from !
This is the best and cleanest laundromat in town.
Washing machines are clean and usually is never crowded
Awesome. Funky, old laundromat with rock music for my 50-something taste, like Santana! (too bad about commercials though) Good price machines, not too crowded. Front loaders all sizes & old top loaders too. Clean, no luxury just old Agua Fria ease. :))
We ended up staying at a hotel which didnt have a washer/dryer. Thankfully, Earls was there! Clean and well maintained with lots of machines.
Great place
No waiting, very decent prices.
Best price in town. Parking, never had to wait on washer or dryer. Earl is there sometimes very nice guy.
Always clean and safe.. Love it..
Not the fanciest place in the work but has good machines at a decent price, plus a little character. What more are you looking for in a laundromat?
Friendly helpful proprietor. clean and professional laundromat
Earl, bless him, all werkin class, & thats gittin to be rare here in FantaSe. no hipsters in sight. $2.75 old school top loaders, 25¢ per 10 minute dryers. enjoyed the humble neighborhood. a neon sign would be priceless here!
This place is just amazing
Good laundromat but the owner seems a little non social but thats fine 🤷
I kept telling the manager that the machine didnt give me wnenou quarters, and he said oh, Ill bring you the quarters but he never did.
Great people good place to wash
Place is filthy! They charge extra for hot water. And the dryers hardly work..we will not be returning here!
Old school laundry in a gentrifying part of Santa Fe. Way cool.
The candy is stale other than that it is a laundry mat with decent hours. Also it has security camara and is clean.
Have been going there for many many yearsNever a problem owners are great and wonderful people. Will continue going there.
Always good music, reasonably priced machines, usually not crowded.
Great machines. Great service
Has a few newer machines but management is rude. Not worth the hassle
Owners think we are n the 60s...everything is stinky
They open late even tho the man is asking you about your loads before closing. The facility could be cleaner. The dryers are .25 cents but dont dry very good so you spend about 1.50 or 2 bucks to dry one medium load. They are also very old and dont work well when you close them.
Great place!!! Meet Great people there!!
With in close ditance to bus stop clean
Family owned business.
Best laundry mat in town
Parking is limited
Always clean and tidy
Cheap and fast
