Do not do not do not waste your time!! I called at 8am to have my vehicle dropped off by 9am. It is now 2 hours and 10 ignored phone calls later. They have yet to call me back even with a courtesy call to let me know that they cant get a truck out to me. What a waste of precious time. My auto shop needed it there early to get to work on on it! I will be reporting to BBB.

Reading Pa Monets review was really disturbing. I have used Tri County for a little over a year. I have recommended them to friends and we have always had very positive experiences. They arethere right away, they take great care of the car, they know what to do and it has always been a very win-win. Totally USELESS! They never answer their phones, cannot leave voicemails because its always full, and if you are lucky and get a hold of them, they say they will be there in 30 and then they disconnect their phones and never show up.

After bragging about moving million dollar cars, they bent the tip of a 55 year old NOS exhaust system that was perfect. After promising to repair it 5-6 times and never showed up, I gave up. Very disappointed...

They told me it will be $45 to tow my car about 10 minutes away. While I was picking up my rental and came to the shop 15 minutes after they dropped of my vehicle the owner charged me $90. Double! BEWARE!!!Scamming people with low offers and knows after he picks your car up to charge you double. Very rude on the phone and in person even worse. Was threatening me to take the car back after I asked why is it double charge now.

This guy manuel (the owner) is a damned thief he stole my classic 1968 chevy truck i won in small claims ct. He appeald And i also won the appeal.He owes me 7k and still wont pay. These guys are con artists theyre horrible they coming to mypark and theyve towed several cars because theres a vindictive person here that I think is related to them are supposed to be available when your car is towed 24/7 or you dont pay for that brighter day because you couldnt get a hold of them these people should be closed down permanently in the back they got a chop shop where they chop up stolen cars
