Aloha. These people TOWED MY CAR WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION!! JUST BECAUSE I TURNED A SHARP LEFT AND LANDED ON THE LIGHT RAIL AT 2AM DOES NOT MEAN THAT I WAS DRUNK!!! I WAS SAD AND SLEEP DEPRIVED! Disgusting. I was charged $110 to unlock my car. Completely took advantage of the fact I was in need to get to work.

They answered my call, gave me a brief answer and proceeded to hang up. Abrupt. Not friendly.

They quoted me $250 to tow my car 3 miles.

Rude.
