Rossis Towing came out when our camper van snapped a ball joint. Our driver, Neal H. was able to get us out of the middle of the road that we were blocking. I have never seen such timely, masterful work in order to get a huge vehicle like this towed. Neal H made our experience much easier, not to mention his professionalism and knowledge. If ever I need a tow in the area, I would want Rossis to help me. Friendly professional service!

Rossis towing was fast and professional. I was in the area for a job interview and got an unfortunate flat tire from the drive to Santa Cruz. Triple AAA sent him our way and the performance was amazing. He diagnosed the type of flat I had, provided me with a place to go get the tire repaired and sent me on my way. I highly recommend him for any car troubles you have in the area.

I had a bad experience with this company. Called them at 9AM to help tow a fifth wheel trailer out. They gave a quote and a half hour later I talked to the driver. Driver says he’ll be there in an hour. Two hours go by and I’ve been waiting on the road for an hour. I call again and the grumpy dude on the phone says “oh we aren’t doing that job”. I say are u sure, I talked to the driver and he said he’s coming. Grumpy dude says no we aren’t doing it, too much liability. I say ok no problem but really the least you could have done is JUST LET ME KNOW so I could have avoided wasted hours of time waiting for you to show up. He said whatever bye. I will never be dealing with them again. VERY RUDE!!

They dragged towed our car and the driver accidentally scratched the entire bottom of the bumper. They ended up denying the claim stating we had had just run over a concrete parking bumper... I can honestly say we have never run over a concrete ledge/bumper hard enough for those scratches to be that bad.... but I had expected this would be their response. The whole office at Rossis never made me feel like they really cared or wanted to help, and the ladies that answer the phones sound so rude and annoyed with you. Personally, I will be requesting Ladds towing (theyre terrific!) over Rossis if I ever need another tow. If you do use Rossis just be very weary when they drag tow your car.

Overcharged us for towing and storage days! My mom was in the hospital and just got released- They wouldnt let ME pickup her car cause it wasnt in my name, so it incured $300 in storage fees for 2 days! Rossis Towing are HEARTLESS S.O.BS !!! Im sure they would rob their own grandma if she got in an accident and was in the hospital for 3 days!!! What a horrible life to take advantage of people like that-. I bet when they were kids they were the type to kick another kids after they were already down on the ground. DISPICABLE.

I needed a simple jump, and Mike P. came out to help. He was very kind and friendly, and even gave my 4 year old a Hot Wheels tow truck. He pointed out that I was on E and offered to follow me to the gas station, in case it didnt start back up. It didnt, and I was so glad he was there to jump the battery again. He went above and beyond with his kindness and professional demeanor... You can tell he loves what he does. Thank you!!!

Had a simple flat tire late at night. Called my AAA # ... an hour after the estimated time... driver shows up... never stops the truck...and keeps on driving.The dispatcher claimed that there was to much damage to my for him to change a tire? ... My car is in excellent shape... Never been in an accident. How could he see any damage from doing a drive by.I sure wish another more reputable tow company would take that AAA contract from Rossis. Good luck to anyone that uses this company...if you can get them to work!!! If they had negative stars... Rossis certainty deserves it!!!

Maurice helped me out on a AAA call late Saturday. Pandemic rules meant I had to get another ride to the shop, but he had my car squared away and ready for them by the time I got there. Extremely helpful, explained what the options were, and overall the best towing experience I could have hoped for. Thanks!!

Dead battery at 11:50pm, in the country, and needed to get to work. Took just a few minutes to get a text message showing Jake was on his was to safe my day. Jake arrived with a smile on his face and was beyond kind. He was considerate with time once aware I needed to get to work, and had me moving in under a minute. Extremely thankful!

WASTE OF TIME. If I could leave a negative review I would. (Not only would they not tow per user guidelines for my roadside service;) The employee was lazy and disrespectful and didn’t even want to attempt to help me when I was stranded. Other local company towed very promptly and professionally for 1/3 the price. Absolute WASTE OF TIME, DO NOT RECOMMEND to anyone.

I got a tow last week from these guys and left my wallet in the back seat of the tow truck after taking my AAA card and drivers license out to show the driver (I had been informed by AAA it was required). I got out of the truck and left my wallet with $160 in the back seat. The driver never even bothered to check my information. After numerous calls, my wallet was never turned in. I guess $160 was more important than being honest. Im pretty disappointed that this company appears to be my only option in my area with AAA.

Your workers should be wearing gloves with Every call regardless since 43% of those with COVID 19 do not have symptoms and do not know they are infected. You have just lost my business for life. The workers are all rude! The ladies in the office are not friendly. Even the tow truck driver is very rude! Very unsympathetic especially after being in a auto accident and your car has all of your belongings in it. They do not make it easy for you to pick up what you need from your car. Instead they lock there gates and only let the register owner go back there. Even if the car is yours. I do not know how this business stays open the only thing, I can think of is by ripping people off charging $250.00 for their fee. When the cops call for a tow for you and they store it for a day. The worst customer service I ever had in my life. The only thing they did nice was give us the number to a business that will take are totaled car.

My suburban broke down at Costco. Heath was with us quickly. he was professional and friendly. he jumped the car and we went to leave but it died again. he stopped and came to check on us, checked the engine, said we needed to be towed and called us a tow truck. the repair shop was closed and we ended up needed to be towed home. I can not remember the name of the next guy that came but he was again friendly and professional and sweet with my kids. he dropped the car at our house which is in the mountains on a double blind corner, it was parked perfectly. thank you guys both for your help :)

In the process of removing an abandoned vehicle left on my property, it got away and rolled downhill into a stream, breaking our houses water main so it had to be removed immediately. I called Rossis, and within 2 hours, the challenging extraction was completed. The driver Ross was very courteous and professional, and he worked safely but quickly in order to incur minimum cost to us. I was very satisfied with the experience, and would not hesitate to recommend Rossis if you have a similar problem.

Use your blinkers! Who ever was litterally just on bay in santa cruz almost hit me while I was in the bike lane. Took a sudden right from middle lane after not stopping at the stop sign. Real nice.

They are my AAA provider for this area and over the years have provided excellent service and response times.Drivers and technicians have always been thorough and professional.The last recent incident was solved by a very thoughtful and detailed check of the electrical system on a Lexus, they managed to isolate the failed cell on a battery and even replaced it, then and there, with a quality Interstate battery at a very fair market price saving me time, money and a trip to the dealer in Monterey.

This is a minus 5 stars place! I called AAA to tow my Mini Cooper. The driver didnt hook my car up properly, it rolled down a hill and crashed. There was significant damage to the driver side. The tow operator said they would call me, no call. Ive called, no return call, Ive emailed, no response. Do Not Use this company, they are irresponsible, unprofessional and do not care about the customer.I have filed a complaint with AAA and am looking into legal action against them

I called AAA and they dispatched Rossis towing. I knew my car was having electrical problem. The driver Ross was friendly, courteous and worked efficiently. He even called my garage to ask a particular question about my car. Im very impressed with their service.

I was early for a meeting with a client, in the hills, and was killing some time...their service truck driver stopped to make sure I wasnt having any issues (gas, battery, or what not). From this experience I give them five stars, thank you for making sure I was good. Cheers!!

Danger - This is business will rip you off! They are not a body shop. After an accident AAA dispatched one of their tow trucks to assist us. The driver lied about not actually being a body shop. When we found out they were a scam, they refused to release my car to me. They held my car for 4 days, charging $85 per day as storage fees. The first day of storage was for 1 hour between 11pm and midnight! I had to pay the ransom and have the car towed to a legitimate body shop to be repaired. I have complained to AAA and the local police who are investigating. Rossis has had numerous other complaints. They are crooks and extort money from people who should be treated as costumers. Never let them get ahold of your vehicle.

I called to get my car towed to the mechanic for an appointment I had. They said they would be down to my house in 30-40 minutes. An hour later I called back and they said it would be another 20 minutes. I called my mechanic and he said that by the time we got there another appointment was scheduled and I have to wait another few hours. CALL ANOTHER TOW COMPANY. Will not trust this irresponsible business again. Sorry.

Had a blowout of my right front tire. The tow was there in less time than was quoted. The driver was extremly professional and treated my vehicle like it was his own.. I would definatly use them again if needed.

I called AAA to get my car jump started and they sent Rossis tow. Ive never had any issues with my 2016 Dodge Dart till now. After nearly 85k miles the battery finally decided to give out. So the Rossi Tow guy checks my old battery and says it needs to be replaced. And he initially says he doesnt have a battery to replace mine...which I was ok with because I was planning on driving to an auto parts shop to get a battery. Then magically he says hes got something thats compatible. And so he installed it. The car started up and so I quickly signed the paperwork and paid the $150 for the battery. It wasnt till the Rossi Tow truck was long gone before I noticed my car stereo no longer worked, electronic throttle system down, malfunction indicator light on, and AC stopped working. When I called Rossis directly they refused to take any responsibility and told me to go see a mechanic. This has been a huge headache. So I drove to Rossis Tow office in Santa Cruz and demanded they fix all the issues they caused after installing my battery. They were able to fix the sensor issues except for my stereo which is extremely annoying.I cant afford to get my stereo fixed. Rossis Tow should help me since they caused the issue.

Driver for Rossis Towing runs over debris in the roadway and sends it flying into the air and causes damage to our brand new car. He did not even make an attempt to avoid the debris on a straightaway and continues on like no big deal. Not to mention he was speeding. Could have caused a major accident. You call their office and their response is not our responsibility. You would think that a company that deals with vehicles broken down and accidents would actually show a little more care and responsibility.

Being a AAA member I have used Rossis in the past. I needed to have my vette towed this morning. Because the car sits so low to the ground David the teck went the extra mile to make sure the front end did not drag during tow. Felt very comfotable leaving my car in Daves hands. Thank you David!!

I crashed on HWY 17 Halloween night, hydroplaned and spun outta control, rossis got there super fast, jason was very helpful and helped me get my belongings.

These theives stole a $400 tool set out of my truck after it was towed to their forsaken yard. The back slider window was broken w/ glass all inside the truck & they told me it was like that when they got it.

Rossis towed my truck a few miles across town. They charged me $390!! It should have cost around $60. I accidentally parked in the way of a 10k holiday running event. There as no ticket involved.Rossis ripped me off because they could get away with it. Period.NEVER go there for auto repair work. They have shown they will rip you off if they can get away with it.This is directly on the shoulders of the owner. J Rossi. Dont give him the chance to take you to the cleaners. He hasnt the ethical backbone to do the right thing. Not someone who you want to trust your car to. Hes WAY too greedy.

Robbers. Police had them tow our vehicle due to smog not being done. The car was stowed in their filthy outside yard. And was left unlocked. Could hardly see out the windows it was so dirty when we picked it up. Storage was $85 per day. Even though we called them within hours after they towed it, they started a lien process and charged for that also; just in case. Santa Cruz police use them, so they have their exorbitant rates guaranteed by the city bureaucracy. Total blackmail cost of tow and 6 days of storage in their was $735.

I called William at Rossis, and he couldnt answer any of my questions. I asked about how registration and tags relate (whether tags meant the vehicle was registered and OK to tow), and he kept saying he had no idea how any of it worked... I wouldnt trust these people to tow my vehicle.
