Well, having a conversation with someone that has the brains of a brick is not always easy. I was told that the price would have been cheeper if I was there earlier and would cost more tomorrow. Profound information. Finding out these costs took a lot of effort. But, it doesnt take a lot of brains to drive around and hook up cars.I didnt call to see how much it could have costed...

This may be my second post because I am not sure if my other one was published. I received excellent service from this provider. The wait time was a bit long, but nothing too distressing. The technician was very friendly, efficient, calm, and cordial. He had us in our car and back on the road in less than 10 minutes. I didnt experience the automated system that others are reviewing because I went through my insurance company, but at the time of night we had no problems with the provider.

My car needed to be dragged up a 100 ft. driveway lined with trees. The tow truck drive was very conscious that the cad did not get damaged and treated the car as if it was his. Very impressed with his professionalism.

Your service dude was super cool and efficient. He brought me fuel, 3 gallons, and jumped my car. However, in a car that gets 27 mpg, mine, I ran of fuel again, yes I said again, after only 13 miles. Im still laughing because I ran out of fuel at the brewery in the same parking lot add the fueling station. Awesome!!!

The battery was up and running. The young man suggested I have it checked right away. Im so glad he told me to, because I did need a new one. I would have been stranded again without his advice. He was very polite and efficient. If I had your number I would call for you again. Kaye Kaminski.

Place is so shady no one is helpful at all or communicates. My car was in there lot for less than 17 hours yet they charged me for a full day. They lie about prices and times they are open.over all horrible nasty place.they will be hearing from my lawyers

AWFUL experience with this towing company. Was nothing but games and the run around with them. One charge after another, on top of another. Not only is their automated phone system incredibly difficult to navigate through, but their hours are totally up in the air. Their phone system said the hours were not what they were. Closed on weekends, which when I went in to retrieve my car, they claimed otherwise.Obviously a ploy to rack up more dollars.Ended up costing me 851 dollars to get my car out of their lot; it had been in there possession for less than a week. I have never seen a tow lot charge nearly the amount they do for a daily fee. Honest and integrity are not words I would use to describe them, but rather selfish and out to make a buck.
