Hannah was so sweet and proffessional. She was quick, gentle, and my nails came out so cute!! The place is clean and the vibe is good. 10/10 would recommend.

My complaint is...inconsistent charging & quality of service!!!Just moved to the neighborhood & wanted this to be my new go to nail salon.The first 3 times were all good experiences.My recent pedicure appointment was very disappointing! It usually takes about 45 minutesto complete the pedicure. I always come in with my toe nails cut and filed. I am particular about the shape so this is something I do before my appointment. The charge is usually $28 + tip this time she asked me if I was interested in having the dry skin removed from my heels? I said, of course! this is one of the main reason why Im here. She proceeded to tell me there would be an extra charge for this. I told her I have come in three times before and no one else has ever charged me extra for this service. She said she had this special cream that was needed to perform the service and that it was very expensive! I reluctantly said ok.This was the outcome... it took her 25 minutes to complete the pedicure with No foot or leg massage & my heels felt exactly as they always do after a pedicure.The cost was $39 before tip, needless to say I wont be going back!

Hannah did a bad job. Usually pedis take an hour; she took 30 minutes. She left dead skin all over my feet. I asked her to do it twice.. And she still left my feet with dead, dry skin. She is not worth the money.

I found this place on yelp with good reviews so I made an appointment for 2pm on a Sunday for 3 people. We got there on time. The 2 people I was with got served immediately whereas I waited until 2:40 to get served. The lady I that was helping me did say thank you for waiting but I honestly dont understand why I had to wait that long when I had an appointment to begin with. I came in with full set acrylic nails that need to be removed before applying regular polish. She started by taking a large nail clipper and cutting my nails short. She then used another type of nail clipper (not sure what its called) to clip off the sides of the acrylic. I understand clipping off the corners where the acrylic nail has loosened and started to come off the nail but she kept forcing the nail clipper between my nail and the acrylic, forcefully separating the acrylic!!! There was a lot of pressure and a lot of acrylic pieces flying around because of how much force she was putting. Granted I dont have much experience with acrylic nails but Im pretty sure Im not supposed to feel like Im gonna get my eye poked out from a piece of acrylic nail nor should I feel like my own nail will be ripped off my finger because of how much she was tugging on the acrylic nail to pull it off!!!! I complained and asked if she could just file it off. She kept insisting that she cant do that because my nail will get hot?!?! I really didnt understand. A few nails later I couldnt take it anymore so I told her to file it off its okay if it will get hot. She did and no my nail did not get hot. Next I asked for #29 color from the sample nails that they had. It was more of a very pale purple. She got #29. It looked more pink than the sample but I thought maybe it will be different when she applies it. It wasnt. Not even with the second coat. After the 2nd coat I pointed out to her that the shade is different and she said its because the sample is gel and I got regular. I know I could have asked earlier but it would have been nice if she at least made me aware that was the case. They were kind enough to redo the color to something closer to what I wanted but I was warned that theyre only doing the recolor for free because I was a first time customer. The polish application was not very good either. The edges of the polish are not clean.I had a very horrible experience at this place. Not only did they not stick to their appointment time but the way they cared for my nails was just appalling. Needless to say I will not be coming back and I would not recommend this place to anyone! The worst 24$ I ever spent.

I came here for a basic manicure and pedicure. The woman who did my pedicure was overall respectful. The manager gave me a manicure—she spent the entire time speaking in her language to other employees, and was short and appeared agitated when speaking with me. She skipped steps of my manicure because she was so desperate to accept every customer who walked in the door; even if there was no one available to assist them at that time. Her painting skills were so sloppy, unfocused and poor that I ended up just leaving with a clear coat, rather than the color I initially planned on. At the end, she rushed me to pay so that she “could move on to other customers”. My experience with her was very rushed and unpleasant and I would not ever return. There are other nail salons with comparable prices, who will truly appreciate your business, respect your time and treat you like an actual human being rather than a number.

Its my 2nd time and I always have a pleasant and lovely time at the salon. The prices are really reasonable and the ladies are super nice. My regular pedicure lasted 5 weeks (2 weeks in Hawaii with the feet in the sand all day long...) pretty amazing!

Best nail salon in silicon valley! Love hannah! Shes a true perfectionist and the my nails have never looked better. I also judge a salon by how the nail techs interact and they have a great time at petite nail salon.

Very sweet and funny workers. Always complimenting me and suggesting color combinations for the season/holiday. Hannah suggested I pick a bright red with some glitter for Christmas and they came out amazing! Definitely coming back again

Its exactly how the reviews who talk about the nail polish chipping off immediately, meaning the first day. I needed a regular pedi and manicure, and it is done fast but not thorough. Also, these ladies talk the whole time to each other. There is so much unnecessary noise from their constant chatting. I get it that you are doing the same work every day, but respect for some silence and keeping the noise volume down is certainly not here for customers. Also, Hannah, the owner, continues to upsell you, for example sea salt for the foot soak, but doesnt say it will be an extra charge. You have to ask first and intervene when she gets pushy. Prices are not even mentioned up front, even when Hannah is there. First time trying this place. Its mediocre. Not worth it.

I don’t have alot of experience in nail salons but this one did seem nice. Very clean, chairs are massaging which is great. Very friendly staff and good prices

Petite Nail Spa is kept very clean and they are always up to date with nail colors. Coming here is a relaxing experience! Ive had multiple people do my mani/pedi and Ive never left disappointed.

The ladies are very nice, clean, & gentle. I enjoy coming to their nail salon the service is always done very well. I will continue to return here and recommend everyone to give them a try. The prices are very well. & they’re very up to date with their Covid compliance ensuring everyone stays safe. Keep up the great job ladies and thank you for your quality work.

Absolutely ruined my nails. Broke multiple nails, the shape in horrible and not at all like the picture i showed them and then charged me $15 more than they said original price was. 4 of my nails are already chipping not even including the 3 that are broken and in result, much shorter than I asked. Do not recommend.

I was lucky enough to find this place when I first moved to CA from NYC and Ive been a loyal customer ever since. Hanna and her team are the kindest group of people and they do a magnificent job. The pedicures usually last 3 weeks easy and the manicures a couple weeks....they are top notch and very reasonably priced. I love seeing everyone when I go in. Also, Voyager Coffee is next door, and IMO it is one of the best coffee shops in the area, so popping in for a coffee before or after the mani/pedi is pretty much the perfect morning or afternoon routine!

They almost always have time for walk-ins, even when it seems busy. Very professional and courteous, and always friendly!! I especially like the Mani-Pedi with hot rock massage. Very relaxing!!

This place was extremely busy for Mothers Day but treated each customer with poise. The owner went around to each person and made sure they had everything they needed, or if there were any issues to tell her. My nails look amazing. I got a gel manicure and spa pedicure. My mother got the same and received the same care. All the ladies were very inviting and friendly. My mom and me have been looking for our new go-to nail place and I think weve found it!

I am confused as to why this place has such high reviews. It is a clean atmosphere, but the owner is out to nickel and dime you to death. There is an up charge for everything and they didnt offer common courtesies like water. I wasnt impressed with the gel pedicure I received. She spent little time smoothing the rough skin and I had to redo it myself once I was home. What did I just pay $50 for?

Petite Nail Spa is a hidden gem. The new owner, Hannah, took over the space of the former Lakkar. They have 5 modern pedicure chairs with jetted soaking tubs that are comfortable leather with massage!! There are also 6 manicure stations.The owner is very friendly and welcoming. The staff are a bit quiet and mostly speak among themselves though they are polite and do a good job. This is not a bad thing at all as its nice to relax with a magazine or chat with a friend.The prices seem fair, the staff seem comfortable with each other and the facility is always VERY clean. This is my go to mani pedi place. 😃
