Sassy nail became my favorite nail salon after the very first visit! The owner Thu is very involved in all of the operations, makes sure you are happy & welcomes everyone with open arms! The salon is always very clean & everyone is very friendly. Plan ahead because they see customers by appointment only & can get very busy up to 2+ weeks booked out depending on the time of year. Thu will always try to accommodate you no matter what & typically has a waiting list in case any spots open up earlier! I would definitely recommend Sassy Nail to anyone who wants a welcoming & professional nail experience unlike other salons you have been to previously!

Pro-I like this place because it is clean and doesn’t have that bad nail shop smell.My daughters love this place because they have a kid chair... but it didn’t work! I only gave 4 star becuase I like long fake nails and they don’t do nails.CON-They only do natural nails.

Definitely a 5 stars for its decor and clean, quite ambience. Staff and owner were very friendly and attaintive, 5 stars. My pedicure was a 3 star though, they didnt take the time to shape the nails, so they look like they were just cut off, straight. They took the time to carefully put the nail polish on, my foot massage was great too. They even have a special pedicure seat for children, what a great idea.

Ive been here twice and the experience is always first class. Please do not arrive without an appointment, as it is appointment only. They will attempt to make room for you if you do not have one, so just call ahead. No dip powder or acrylics done here. The host is very cognizant of the health of her team. Youll be greeted by Thu and get to listen to the delightful sounds of a babbling fountain. She will also take your purse to help you settle in and offer you a beverage (water, coffee, tea). And of course, she will greet you by name if you frequent enough. Whichever technician works on you will take their time to make sure you have the freshest nail job. The mini hand massage is part of the reason why I keep coming back. It a nice touch to the end of a busy work day. Oh! And bring cash! Youll save a bit on your transaction. That and its always nicer to leave your tech a cash tip.

Found this lil gem about 3 years ago. The owner Thu is a wonderful host, greeting you at the door, getting you settled in and asking if she can get you something to drink. She continually checks on you, making sure you are satisfied. The ladies work efficiently and quietly. The salon is clean and comfortable.I ve never walked out disappointed.

When you come here the employees definitely try to make it an experience. Everyone is so incredibly polite and professional.While I was getting my pedicure I was offered a beverage. They adjusted the lighting and soft music was playing. I was instantly in a state of relaxation! My pedicure was perfect.I was in town visiting family so when I do return I will be sure to visit sassy nail again!

This place looks amazing! Its calm and quiet. Its by appointment only, so its relaxing and there arent a ton of people waiting, the employees are not trying to rush to get to the next customer. New massage chairs are great. All the staff are amazing. They always offer you coffee, tea, or water. The owner is almost always there making sure everything is going smoothly.

My favorite nail place ever! Only thing to be aware of is that its appointment only and appointments can be difficult to get. However if you can get an appointment youll get the best manicure and pedicure. They last longer than any other place Ive been. Ive been coming here for years.

Sassy Nail is amazing! I was introduced to this place by my best friend who has been going here for years. Thu is always welcoming and always has a fresh cup of coffee or water ready and waiting. I always come here to get my manicure and pedicure done. All of the ladies are super friendly and always make the best designs, I just show them a photo and they make it happen! their massage chairs are also very relaxing.

Called to make an appointment and was told no appointment needed, and to come in the morning. Showed up around 10am, only one employee working, and told us that they dont take walk-ins. Avoid this place at all costs if youre looking for a business with integrity and good customer service.

Most amazing pedicure ever! I came to California for a 49ers game, wanted to kill some time got lucky enough to get in ( usually a 3 week wait) the girls are wonderful! Next time I come to California it’ll be for the pedicure, the game will be the time killer.

My absolute favorite nail salon in the South Bay. They are by appointment only, which is actually a good thing because it means the nail techs arent rushing through their job with you to make time for walk-ins. And the manicures I get here are always impeccable. Huge selection of gel colors, with matching shades for regular polish too. Love this place!

Great place but appointments in general and especially on the weekend are hard to come by. I tried multiple times and called ahead of time at least a week and a half. Book a month in advance if you plan on going here. One day I will be able to experience this place.

Sassy Nails is the best nail salon I have found in the Santa Clara/Sunnyvale area. The owner and the people who work there are friendly and professional. The owner greets everyone by name and offers them water, tea, or coffee while getting their nails done. The quality of the pedicures are top notch, and look good for a full month. With the regular pedicure you get a scented scrub, and a hot stone massage, which is relaxing and soothing. The decor of the salon is really nice, with pretty orchids, a small stone fountain and cool lighting. You need to make an appointment as they are always busy, its best th o fo so several weeks in advance.

Thy did an awesome job with my manicure. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was, my appointment was at 7:00 and she didnt start working on my nails till about 7:25. But otherwise very nice and welcoming place.

Ive been coming to Sassy Nails over a year now. I like that this place is by appointment only. Thu, the owner, has a gift for great customer service. The salon is quiet and very clean. With the gel manicures, if there is an accident in the first days, they will take care of a retouch as a courtesy. With the royal mani or pedi, it includes the paraffin wax treatment for softer skin. The salon is closed on Tuesdays.

I walked in for a pedicure on a week day afternoon with no appointment and they accommodated me within 10 minutes. They have Zoya, an environmentally friendly polish (also Essie and Opi). The salon is very clean and the technicians are really nice. The basic pedicure ($25) includes beverages, strong massage chairs, foot scrub, hot stone massage, cuticles, buffing, etc. Its a great deal!
