Called beforehand to see if they were busy they said they were not told them I would arrive in 10 minutes arrived in 8 minutes and ended up waiting for 30 minutes and they just kept adding 10 minutes to the time. All they had to do was say we are busy come back in an hour but no but they lied about not being busy and now they lost a customer

My wife just had a great pedicure here from Loan. She took her time, especially with the besf part... The massage. Her desire to spend time doing a great job is only matched by her talent as an artist. I highly recommend Beauty Nails and especially Loan.

The ladies aim to please. Always willing to take care of minor detail (filing, polish corners, nicks while drying) pedicure time was well spent and they use plastic liners to ensure safety and cleanliness....Hanna did my daughters 1st eyebrow waxing! I have been going here for years and I have always been happy until now. I got my nails done with jell and the next two of my nails chipped and I didnt even do anything. Went in to get it fixed and that was fine until today another nail chipped and I do not do enough for my nails to be chipping. Jell usually last me about a month with no problems with chipping. This is the second set that this has happened. Spending 25$ each time just for it to chip of the next day.

I just wanted to get my manicure done I waited in line and they took two people behind me and didn’t say anything to me waited there 20min!! Very unhappy with these people please don’t go there they have no respect or any good customer service !! I give them 👎👎👎👎👎

They do a really nice job with the massage. The woman doing my pedicure was a little aggressive with the trimming of my toenails and I had to say ouch to get her to stop. I got gel french on my hands and one of the nails is slightly chipped already (1 day later). Overall, it was a pleasant experience, just the toenail digging hurt.UPDATE:4 days later and I have chips and cracks in 8 out if 10 nails. I have had gel manicures that last MUCH longer. This is disappointing.UPDATE 2:5 days later every, single nail lifted off and my toe nails are chipped. I dont know about you, but even when I paint my toe and fingernails myself with regular nail polish I get longer out of the mani/pedi.I dont recommend this shop.

My experience here has left me dissatisfied and in physical pain. Recommended by a friend, we were both left with minor cuticle injuries, abrasions and both of us were confused by it all.The service was friendly, quick, inexpensive and to par with the standards of this business. The young lady that was working on me, was overly distracted; stabbing me with her cutting tool once, nothing serious. Her attentions became painful as she attempted to cut out a piece of toenail that was actually a piece of my cutical.I hope this shop looks into this, as this experience was not the norm.

I had a manicure done by Loan. She was very sweet and definitely aimed to please. I would definitely recommend her and the shop.
