I have been working Knorr Systems for the past six years. They have been the most amazing resource for my commercial pool needs and have done many repairs on my equipment and coming and doing maintenance and repairs on my complex system. I had William from the Texas office fly out and repair and do a training on our Prominent controllers. He was very knowledgeable and able to resolve the issue we were having. I had my UVs serviced last week by Scott from the California office and I would have to say he did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable about equipment processes and was able come into a pump room he has never seen and explain how all the systems work together. While doing the repairs he was very thorough making sure each piece was clean, installed properly, all ware items were replaced and was able to resolve all issues as they arose thru the process. His customer service was top notch and he worked extremely well with my team and could explain the unit in a way all of them could understand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants excellent customer service at the offices with Barnedatte and Katie in the California office or Pam in the Texas office have provided. The service manager are great at getting the right person for the Job. Thank You Joe and Tim for keeping my pools going and all your assistance along the way. 5 stars all the way!!!

We have used Knorr systems for our pool controllers for about 7 years. The technician used to be Jake and he was great - came out of Addison Texas office and my staff loved working with him. Service was 5 star. But then after he left the new techo at Addison Texas is a fellow named Tim- Service and cooperation dropped to a 1 star and we are seriously considering changing companies. The thing that keeps us is they have a lady in their Santa Ana office who is a jewel and great customer service. He name is Bernadette and shes special when it comes to customer service. The tech refuses to give me Bernadettes telephone number so Ill try in the morning to find it. But the service out of their Addison Texas Office is now 1 star
