Very nice and good service at the SNA check in counter.

Worst airlines ever they over charge and planes are over loaded. uncomfortable and try to scam you to buy everything. There is a terrible trend in the airlines industry where they charge more and give you less and United air is part of it.

I travel United most frequently. Usually not exceptional, but just like most other airlines. We have to get where were going, and they do the job...mostly.
