I would not recommend this airline. They make you pay for carry-ons, pay to select even a basic seat, have non-reclining seats with zero lumbar support, and make you pay for any beverage on the flight, even club soda. Make a wise decision and fly any other airline instead.

Do not ever sign up for Frontier or discount Den they will annually charge your credit card and there is absolutely no way to cancel the membership. You cant even use the word scam because that is too generous for the awful deceitful system these awful people have set up

Dirtiest and most uncomfortable flight ever. Cheap tickets are offset by back end seating, carry-on, and check-in baggage charges. Seats are practically metal frames with cloth. The iPad sized tray tables are also hardly ever cleaned. Disgusting. In the end, I think the cost is the same compared with going with a better airline to start with. Never again...

I fell for their scam 40K points credit card. You will be lucky if you find any flights with those points. After 2 years and paying $140 (yearly fee) we finally found flight. Within 2 weeks they changed scheduled and new schedule has 7 hours layover in Denver. After 70 minute on phone - and twice disconnected I was told take it or leave it. I found another flight to Denver but I was told they cannot change it - it is more expensive. Frontier policies has no flexibility and no value for passengers.

Flight from LAX To DIA was suppose to leave at 6:45pm they had us waiting until 12:20am to cancel the flight and on top they dont even pay for a hotel or food . Worst airline ever and this was my first time flying will never fly with this airline it clear to see they dont care about their clients . Basically told us were on our own after waiting all day . When they could of cancelled way earlier and we could have some more time to find a stay . Cheapskate airlines 🖕🏽

Worst airlines ever they over charge and planes are old surface that were once white are tan seats are uncomfortable and they over charge and try to scam you to buy everything there is a terrible trend in the airlines industry where they charge more and give you less and frontier air is part of it.
