Outstanding service and so easy. Finally a great airline that has good service.

After reading reviews online on Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Google Maps it seems people have a variety of different experiences with this company. Some great and some not so great. I’d say overall I had a very good experience flying from Monterey to Orange County that is worth repeating in the future.Pros:- Check-in and boarding was a breeze. The staff in Monterey were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took my Avis rental keys and dropped it off at Avis because it’s an annoying walk from the main terminal. Perhaps this is something that JSX should inform passengers about because I only knew this was an option because Avis told me after I called them. By the time I landed Avis picked up my car and my reservation was closed.- The flight stewardess and pilot were very professional and provided great customer service, including a diversified drink menu/snacks.- the whole process was efficient and I saved a ton of time and didn’t have the same level of stress compared to flying commercialCons:-During takeoff a small amount of water dripped on me from the AC vent above. Definitely disconcerting but it stopped so quickly that I didn’t bring it up to the stewardess-The terminal in Orange County is very cramped and was hard navigating everyone with my bags-The executive terminal is quite far from the rental car companies in Orange County and Monterey. Though JSX offers rental car services it’s with a company I don’t know. It was either a $30 Uber to drive 3 minutes or almost a mile walk with my bags in Orange County. I chose to walk and if I wasn’t young and somewhat fit, I would have been quite annoyed with the experience in the heat.

Private jet ‘like’ experience for a fraction of the price. Always a great flight with JSX. Service is outstanding, though wish the waiting area was a tad larger, especially when trying to social distance with COVID-19.

Love this airline. their staff is so friendly and the end-to-end experience is a real delight. we fly down from Oakland to SoCal and it is super seamless.

What happened to JSX. Customer service was horrible on our recent visit. Flight was delayed do to weather in Vegas by 4 hours. Interesting because Aviation weather showed absolutely no issues at all. Instead of lying to your customers you could be honest and let them know there was a maintenance issue. How do I know that because one of your staff told us the real reason was a problem with the plane. Missed our non refundable tickets for our show and missed our dinner. It does not go well with customers when you lie to them JSX.

Absolutely loving the JSX customer service. Ema in Customer Support helped provide an extension for an expired travel voucher from 2019 and extended it through the end of 2021. Super easy to work with by email with zero friction in their process. Booked a flight for my folks, who are both in their 80s. With limited mobility, its still easy for them to hop on and off their private terminal flight from John Wayne to Vegas. What would we do without JSX!

Fabulous as usual. Its great to arrive 20 minutes before your flight, check-in in < 5 minutes, no TSA or security lines. 45 minutes after the plane takes off youre in Las Vegas. Incredible service!!

Well where to begin. If you fly frequently and hate those long TSA lines and waiting for baggage then this is for you.They have a limited number of segments on the west coast but the experience is worth it. You can check in 20 mins before your flight, and have 2 luggage. Once you are airborne the 1 flight attendant will do the briefing and serve your drink (one is included). Also snacks are included.I hesitated to write this as I don’t want everyone booking and drive the price to high.

Yall have ruined me for flying on a regular airline. There was no one asking me to remove my shoes or underwear, no waiting in line. There was no rushing to the gate. I just show up, they swabbed my luggage for explosive and/or drugs, and then offered me snacks. Every chance I get from now on, Im flying JetsuiteX. Thanks amigos

This airline really delivers. One does not have to show their underwear at the airport long security lines. Arrive in time to check in, and enjoy lounging out with their free coffee/tea bar and munchies. WiFi in the lounge as well. Walk a short hallway to enter aircraft on the ramp.

Being a handicapped person traveling by plane can be really difficult. But the staff and crew of JetSuiteX made sure it would be a very pleasant and easy experience. I definitely recommend them if you want to travel with ease!

Super easy purchase, check in and experience. Expect 40 minute delays but still save time compared to commercial. WiFi and coffee in the lounge (they can get busy at times!) while you wait.

Disgusting. I have an eleven year old child and we didn’t get out of here til 12 am. Our flight was at 9:15 and it got delayed so much we didn’t get in until 9:55. There is a curfew here in Orange County that is no flying after 10 pm. They ignored that and didn’t let us out of the plane until 10:45. Don’t waste time our time getting us in if you are going to throw us out. DONT GO HERE STAY AWAY....!!!!!!!
