We had a great experience here. It was very easy to go in and pick out what we liked. They loaded everything up for us and it was easy to install. I even had to go back for one more box and Daijah (who originally helped us) recognized me and knew exactly which one I needed. Super friendly staff and great prices.

Awesome experience great people cant remember the guys name that helps us but he was awesome. our floors where installed in April 2017 and cant complain stairs too look great no problems. we shopped a lot of places this place had great prices and great service. will recommend

Had to pick up some speciality wood from here . Great selection and if they dont have it they can find it.

Called looking for ratchet straps to hold flooring together after installed but sales person couldnt answer my question. No knowledge of what I was even speaking about. Way to go.hirr people that have any clue of what their doing or whats in stock on shelves. Never step foot in their.

Great flooring, but false advertising. I was promised a liquidating and flooring of my gaping maw by a large hairy lumberjack. Where is my service?

What a great group of guys working here! Justin, the store manager, is by far the most knowledgeable flooring expert Ive ever met. I shopped at several other stores before coming to Lumber Liquidators, and no one did a better job. Actually no one was close to as helpful. He explained everything to me from the floor to the glue and even the baseboards. My flooring arrived in a few days from the headquarters and matching moldings soon after. They even helped with install tips, too. I love my floor and I love the group working there.

Dont buy anything unless its in stock! I got 550sq ft of flooring for my new house which was in stock and i picked up same day. I had to order the moldings and transition pieces which they said should be ready in 7 days. 10 days later i call the store because Ive not herd anything, they tell me to call back in 2-3 days.....3 days later still not in but they reassure me they will call as soon as they are in. This goes on until its been 20 days(almost 3 times longer than i was told) after the order was placed. On the 20th day i called and they said Oh its stilling right here how long its been sitting in the store and why they did not call is beyond me. My house has had bare floors for 2 weeks because this company has no idea how long things take to order.
