We have had several great experiences with Angel of American Dream Handyman. As treasurer of my condo association, I was on the committee to find a handyman who would work with us to fix existing problems as well as be available for urgent situations. We had a list of regular maintenance type tasks as well as projects that will have to be scheduled as the budget permits. We had several very productive conversations with Angel and we felt comfortable enough to put him on our preferred vendor list. His prices have been fair and his work ethic is great.He has been very good for our association. He has completed several projects for us, on time and on budget. There have been some little things that were add-ons that he just took care of for us. Because of the great work that he completed for us, several individual unit owners asked Angel to do projects for them as well. The scope of the work he has completed ranges from complete renovations to fixing a broken door, reinstalled light fixtures damaged by storm debris and painting a garage from ceiling to floor, fixing a leaking toilet and so on. He is on time - arrives when he says hes going to, he is clean - leaves the work area free from trash, etc. I really cannot say enough good things about this vendor. We will continue to select Angel for projects as they come up.

Have been looking for a handyman for weeks and everyone I called either didnt call back, or price for the job was ridiculous. I called American Dream Handyman this morning and Angel said he would be there this afternoon.The job was a small one, but he took care of it in 30 minutes. Was quoted 3 hours by another handyman. Angel is a true professional and cleaned everything up, before he left. I already have another project in mind and will be calling Angel. This man is a retired Marine and police officer and a great person.

Angel has build a wall and closet to make a third bedroom as well as a built-in cabinet.His works is always timely and of excellent quality.I have recommended him to numerous friends.I will also use him for my future projects.

This man Angel is a thief. He had been doing work on a rental property that my family and I was renting and after doing bathroom repairs, I noticed that my sons gold necklace was missing from the bathroom drawer. Not to mention he is very unprofessional, poor work ethics and doesnt clean up behind himself. He will bring food and drinks in your home and leave the trash scattered about. His communication skills is also horrible, as also stated from the review below. He does shoddy work and has had to come back numerous times for the same repairs... RUN dont walk from this con and thief!!!
