The guy running it was quick, competent, and really nice to deal with. I dont know where else you could get a 20 minute full inspection on your vehicle and still have a complete job done. Will go here next year.

The hours are very unreliable and are not 8-5. The owner never answers the phone so be prepared to drive there for nothing. He will close early or decide that the schedule is full at any time. You can also expect to be treated rudely. You are better off to make an appointment at a more professional and reliable station.

Went for an inspection and they told me I had an exhaust leak, went to another place because I had no symptoms of an exhaust leak and they said I was fine. If your a teenager they will assume you know nothing and try to take advantage of you. They tried to fail me for tint that has never given any other place a problem and a broken top back break light as well as a airbag light on In my car. These may be valid but I did not have an exhaust leak, which would have cost me hundreds to unnecessarily fix.

Friendly enough, wish the guy well as its a tough gig to make money on inspections in maine. Guy was moving through i prctions at a good clip on a sat AM, but failed my vehicle for two items that were, after further review, actually within regs.. like the first come first serve nature, but my experience was that I sat for over an hour to now have to find a shop that is open when I can get there and knows the actual laws. To be fair I dont believe this was done out of dishonesty but rather a lack of full understanding of the stanards.

Very thorough, my silverado did not pass and he was excellent about showing me what was not safe....thats why I go here every year...! Great place to go if you want to be safe!!

Almost every time I went there even though I would be there a few hours early theyd always tell me they were full up the one day I actually tried to get in there he told me he wasnt going to expect it cuz there was something wrong

Every year I bring my car in for a sticker most of the time it has passed always go the first week of the month. IF theres a problem it give me ample opportunity to do the repairs and they always let me know if they see something that could become a problem next year. I think that is the best service any company can offer thanks for your years of service and see you soon

I brought my car in today to have my front left turn signal replaced. It turned out it had a bad connection that was repaired quickly at minimal cost. Ive brought several cars here over the years and have always had a a good experience. If the car has failed inspection Im given the reason why and shown what the issue is.

Went to VIP for car inspection last year... They did a lot of repairs to my vehicle and put two rear tires on.I went back this year for inspection and my tire why is losing air, they fixed it for me and I did not have to pay.They stand behind all the work they do.I highly recommend VIP because they treat you like a VIP.

Got there at 1130, was very rudly told by the guy behind the counter that hes on his lunch break and to come back at 1.Really? Hour and a half lunch? You shut down for 1.5 hours out of an 8 hour day? Extremely unprofessional--go to vip down the street like I did.

Brought my car in for inspection 2/11, car passed inspection. After leaving, noticed that the parking brake was stuck on even with brake disengaged. I then brought my car directly to the dealership to inspect the brake where they indicated that all three cables were broken and will cost over $1000 to repair. Called to inquire about the broken parking brake and the technician told me he was happy to revoke my inspection if I wanted him to - which they just passed yesterday - even though they broke my parking brake during the inspection process. I will be filing a report with the state inspection board.

He seemed like a crook. The wait room was loaded with foggy headlight examples. Lo and behold- my car may not pass due to foggy headlight! Then, he said I can try to buff it out for an extra 20 bucks and if it doesnt work then it would be more to fix. Funny how just a little buffing did the trick- they werent even foggy!!!!!!!!!

Had to wait outside needed wiper blade to pass inspection charged17.95 for 1 blade

Was told tint was too dark and failed my vehicle and still charged me for the inspection. Took to another inspection site down the road and it passed with no issues. Maybe the person didnt know how to read the tint law..?

Got told stuff that came on my car factory was illegal. He would not show me in the inspection book. Then continued to say he knows everything because he had been doing it for 35 years. Yea well laws change...

Only 1 guy working here, he works very quickly, great service. You can tell that he loves what he does. I was going to go to a different place to get an inspection on my motorcycle, but my brother reccomended this place, at first i was skeptical having never gone here, but I was not dissappointed. Overall loved the service I received.

The Sticker Station employee I dealt with was either inept, lazy, or corrupt. I was told my vehicle wouldn’t pass due to cracked body paint (scary sharp edges I guess) and a couple of burnt out bulbs. I made the repair and replaced bulbs but that apparently wasn’t sufficient two days later when the technician decided ugly body work makes vehicles unsafe. What a jackass!

Guy didnt even put it on the lift and told me it needed something. I brought it there to see if it needed anything. Guy was rude. I had a rust spot near door by law its passable if it doesnt go through wheel well which didnt. Whether it passed or failed he turned away profit that Im sure the owner wouldnt be happy about.

Do not come here with a classic vehicle. I have an 84 VW Westfalia and the tech wouldnt even pull the car into the garage because he said someone disconnected the neutral safety switch. Well buckwheat...of the tens of thousands of Vanagons in this country not a single one (that has a manual transmission) has a neutral safety switch. At least know what you are talking before turning people away. And BTW thank you for wasting my time waiting for you while you ate your bologna sandwich.

Very unsatisfactory, he obviously is a crook and does not go by the revised laws. The man was a jerk to me and my 7 yr old autistic son because he was making noises. He wasnt even being loud, and when i told him my son was autistic he rolled his eyes and mumbled something about being retarded under his breath. I will never be back and would advise the same for anyone else thinking about it. He is very lucky i left when i did

There is only one guy working there and he has a bad attitude. He would not inspect my sons car because he didnt believe the paper work for the window tint was real. Even after i showed him the receipt and signed paper work. I have 4 cars and he has lost my family as customer forever.

Told me I needed certificate for what was very obviously factory tint.
