I called a lady on the phone and asked her a question and then she just hung up the phone she was so rude so you guys should just go to american nails and spa cuz they do great nails and are veryyy nice and clean.

Place is clean, and was not busy. A lady named Rebecca cleaned after a customer which was reassuring and good to see. I initially went for gel polish change on my toes however, I decided to get a pedicure instead. My pedicure was done by ( Kiki, Keke ), seemed really nice and helped me pick out my color etc.. When I asked for a second coat on one of my toes she says to Well, You should have asked for a darker color. I responded by saying well this is the color the I liked. Also, the gel polish was running and looks like a glob on my toes.

I hadnt been to Monicas in years because I moved. However, everyone was booked and I was closer to their store so went to them for my daughters first ever acrylic nails for her first 9th grade homecoming dance. NEVER EVER AGAIN....Im going to include what she wanted pic, what she got pic, and quick fox job pic we had to do for now. Definitely learned my lesson. You want the real deal go to Euro Nails in Orange City. First what she wanted in the picture apparently is gel acrylic powder not a gel paint, wasnt explained this at Monicas (Li did her nails). Then what she actually got wasnt even gel paint!!! The best part of all this is the two middle nails looking like their about to come off her hand. They were all uneven not even the same length and I wont go into the cuticle fiscal. Horrible first experience for her. Thank God we could partially get them fixed!!

All I wanted was a dip color change. What I got was acrylic dip overlay. Li did my nails and they are lumpy mis-shapped and sloppy. Monica has clients who request her so shes not always open to take walk-ins.

Lisa did my pedicure today and she was phenomenal. She is the one with the bun and with the air pod in. I didn’t feel like she was in a rush at all, I felt like it was more customer service friendly so that she can make sure all the customers are served and aren’t waiting too long. I like how everyone in the shop was aware of who had been waiting for a long time, or who was next, or who needed what. If I lived in Morrow, GA this is where I’d come too. Try them out!

Went in and got a pedi and full set. They are extremely over priced. The lady who did my pedi cut my foot. The polish is already peeling 2 days later. The guy who did my nails did an ok job.

Very nice place quick and no problem reasonable price

Monica did my mink eyelashes for my wedding in July and I am SO GLAD I went with individual lashes instead of the cheap strips from the stylist or messy mascara. They looked SO amazing and even better in pictures and for the big day! I had them done 6 days before the wedding and they lasted well after the ceremony and through the whole next week at the beach, too! I really appreciated that Monica took a deposit and held my spot to make sure no one would walk in and make me wait. She is a professional who knows her stuff! She is on point, super nice and makes your eyelashes look amazing!

My mother went to get her nails done for her birthday. Monica herself did them... its not often I see nails done that badly. Only a week later they look ridiculous. They are already lifting. The glitter tips are about a centimeter long and you can clearly see her nails free edge. She also came off very arrogant while talking about future deposits for the service? Certainly no recommendations coming from me.

The WORST PLACE TO GO! Waited for 3 hours only to get the night of my life! Her ASSISTANT SHOULD NOT BE DOING NAILS because she DOSES NOT KNOW HOW TO DO NAILS, sloppiness, such a rush job! Stick with what you know PEDICURES! If Monica or Lee are not doing your nails don’t waste your time nor money!!!!!

I have been going to this nail shop since I was a teenager, went to high school with the owner. They treat me like family. They do great work I would not let any other shop touch my nails ever.

Ive been going to Monica Nails for years and they have always done a nice job on my nails plus they do very good nail designs. They mix their own powder and it stays better than anything else I have had.

Horrible. Rushed to get different services. My nails weren’t even dry before they tried to push me out of the door. Never returning. My three year old would have done a better job

Worst experience EVER very unprofessional. Waited an hour for a set of eyelashes only to find out she was NOT going to do them. Stated she worked by appointment only. LIES, last time I walked in a ona Friday no appt. Upset because her husband allowed me to wait knowing she was not going to do my lashes!!!!Will never go there again, RUDE and they talk to clients any kind of way.

Monica is good but not her husband Lee he always looking around at other ppl I dont shape up your nails good he always hushing my toes look really bad he left all the colors on the sides.. he changed me 70 dollars I wont be going back

I went there bc somewhere else f-ed my nails up, and she took them off and redid them for a very reasonable price and they look soooooo much better. They stay for like 3 weeks to a month too. She wasnt rough at all. And very kind. More relaxing than most nail salons in Sanford. Definitely much better quality. Ill be returning.

I get my eyebrows waxed they do a pretty good job and are fairly niceGot my nails painted the girl did a nice job as well

New to the area and wanted a pedi and gel paint for my nails. The tech started the water and as I placed my feet in the tub I noticed her brushing old toe nail clipings off of her cart, a ditry, old green scrubby (the kind you use to wash dishes), and the tools didnt look clean. I ended up walking out deciding not to get my feet or nails done because of how dirty the place and tools were.

This was an excellent nail service was great and my nails look great
