My nails turned out nice but the guy that did them barley said a word to me and it made the experience a little awkward honestly. The massage was very underwhelming on the manicure and pedicure. At one point I messed up my polish a tiny bit and he just let out a sigh and fixed it. He almost seemed annoyed to be doing my nails which made me feel uncomfortable.

I have been coming here for two years and would not consider going anywhere else. It is always a pleasant experience and I am always pleased with the services provided. I am happy to recommend this business to friends.

Kim is so wonderful at what she does. She’s thorough and always does a great job. The staff are always so nice and my experience every time I’m there is always a treat. The staff all wear masks during services. They have partitions up for nail services and they are extremely clean. Very thoughtful and caring people and I just love going there. I would recommend anyone to go for their services. They have become like family to me and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I was iffy with going because it’s hard for me to find someone who does a clean basic gel manicure with a good cuticle clean up.The location was also perfect, manicure before my Orange Theory workout. Lol. Def. recommend.I’ll let you guys know how my pedi goes.

It was a nice calm atmosphere and I was able to tell the technician exactly what I needed, due to some problems Ive had with ingrown toenails in the past. They understood completely and I was able to relax, knowing they were going to work with me. My nails look great. Tamara had a nice energy and attention to detail.

Love the upkeep of my nails and the pampering of my feet, the atmosphere is wonderful.

By far the best place to get your nails done! The place is beautiful and clean on the inside and the staff goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. This place was good before but now its GREAT! Recently under new ownership - first class service and attention to detail - very pleasurable experience. Nails are fantastic! Ask for Kim - you wont be disappointed!

Best salon in Sanford hands down! The owners were friendly and so were the workers. When I walked in, they greeted me and asked what type of service I would like that day. Their tone were kind and soft. I felt welcomed. They offered if I would liked anything to drink like water or soda. The environment is very clean, they use liners for the pedicure chairs so there is no contamination. I also got gel done on my nails and they last over 2 weeks. I totally recommend for everyone to come and enjoy a relaxing day here!

I am so nervous when trying new salons since I’m always trying to achieve a specific style, but La Beaute exceeded my expectations! Lynn was great, very precise, and gave me the exact design I wanted. Absolutely love my nails!

Fantastic nail techs. I have been going for several years. Love the massaging pedicure chairs and you can enjoy a glass of wine while they take good care of you. They use liners in the pedicure basin for safety.

Had Hot Stone pedi & loved it. Le took exceptional care to make everything perfect. She has great hands! The massage chair is the best Ive experienced, made my tired back feel good. 5 stars!

Absolutely my nail salon for life...I love the atmosphere! I love how friendly the staff is...and I cant tell you all how much I love my nail artist, she takes such care of my nails and always makes my nails so pretty! Id give it 10 stars if I could!!!

I researched nail salons nearby and found this one on the internet; it was two minutes from my home.I took a look at the three reviews on Yelp which complained about customer service, and decided to try it despite the reviews. I walked in and was immediately greeted, told the gentleman a wanted a pedicure and a full set of acrylics. I was seated in a comfy massage chair and asked if I wanted a beverage: wine, water or Coke or Diet. I elected the Coke.I was attended to by Vincent, a very nice, extroverted, Vietnamese gentleman who has been in the industry for nine years. He provided an impeccable experience which is not the norm for me. Its even more rare to say as I am extremely picky and as a result, I typically do my own nails and pedicures, but today I didnt want to so I went there, and I am glad I did because I found a great place to go and relax close to my house back! Incidentally, they are under new management! Give them a try, and let them know I sent you! :)
