I’d give 0 stars if I could. I walk in with a gift cards that they refused to honor because it “expired.” It is illegal in the state of Florida for gift cards to expire.TERRIBLE business practice in general but ESPECIALLY at the end of a pandemic.While I appreciate you refunding the money I did spend when you refused my gift card, it was a fraction of the value and still does not address the fact that you illegally refused to accept your own gift card. You need to check the laws of the state in which you operate.

I made an appointment at Aruba Nail Salon and so happy I did. Eric gave me a great pedicure and did a fill on my nails. I’m so happy with my nails and toes. Also, everything is very clean and sanitized in this salon. Thank you Eric for the great service you gave me.

I just moved to this area and I was looking for a long term place, which provide excellent services. This place ok with customers services,I went to today to receive a pedicure and I was very disappointed the most crappie job I ever had done. When I mention to the lady she says the was death skin REALLY?? the that its not coming out. The main reason we get a pedicure its to removed all that, I was not in the mood to argue, her point which was wrong. I will not return to have any services done in this place. I just waste my money

I’ve been here a few times over the years, and never had an issue. I got my nails done for my birthday last Monday, and Friday morning I look down and 2 of my nails had completely peeled off! The gel was a little bumpy and uneven when I got home that day but I didn’t think too much of it - I thought maybe I had bumped it or something. It was super frustrating and disappointing to have this happen on vacation and the day before my birthday.

What a wonderful, VIP experience. I only had time for a pedi and a brow wax. This was my first time here and they were amazing. Clean salon, friendly nail techs. Mylie did my toes, cleaned them up really well, and left my feet super soft. I believe that the lady who did my brows name was Rose. I am painfully picky about my eyebrows. I had grew them out after a mishap (aka me trying to save money by doing my own ) I am so pleased with my shape!!! 10/10 will be back!

I love Aruba Nails! They are VERY customer focused! I ALWAYS have good service (Rose does my nails, but they all do excellent work!) and I get MANY compliments on my nails! Aruba nails is reasonably priced, accept appointments and they do their best to stay on time (I have never waited more than 10 mins - if that!). I like that they have movies playing with subtitles - helps to clear my mind and help me relax! Since re-opening, their safety measures they have put in place to protect their customers is excellent! As long as Tony & Linda own Aruba Nails, I will continue to be a customer!

First time spending $55 on a pedicure. Im not on that level. Ill be going back to my usual $35 place.

I’ve been a regular here for well over 10 years, back when it was called Bahama nails with the previous owners. Aruba nails is truly amazing! I only see the owners, Linda or Tony. This is a busy place so the likely good of walking in without an appointment is rare, so try to call in advanced, at least earlier in the day, if not a day or 2 ahead. I’ve referred countless people here over all these years and everyone’s happy:-)

Monica always does a great job I never have a problem making an appointment till today today the manager refuse my service Tell Eric or Monica comes because I usually don’t go to nobody else she was giving me a problem because she misunderstood me because of noise in the background very disappointed of the customer service that I was given today they should have a person with better manager skills to pick up their phones

I have worked with the owners of Aruba for almost 10 years. They consistently offer amazing nail services. Their team is also excellent to work with. The environment is always full of fun and upbeat energy. In addition to endless options of nail colors, they offer a range of nail service styles to pick from. There’s a lovely little entertainment bonus of getting a new movie to watch while you’re in service. Thank you Aruba for everything you do here!

I was referred by a friend to try this place out. Tony was AMAZING! When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was friendly and she got me the appointment I wanted. Tony was professional and very helpful. I’ve been getting my nails done for only two years now but in those two years, I hadn’t learned nearly as much as what Tony taught me today about the health of my nails. He was friendly and accommodating and I will definitely be back every month.

Super cute little nail salon! They do a really good job here. Great polish colors that last for a long time. If you are wanting acrylic nails, here is the place to do it. Super high quality!

My first time ever getting acrylics was here and the owner, Tony, has taken such good care of me! Very friendly and amazing service and as you can see from the photo, VERY talented at creating beautiful ombres and other popular styles. I work at a warehouse and my first set lasted until the fill with not even a chip or fade!

I have been coming to this place for many years and unfortunately I can not longer recommend it. The owners used to be really nice and I always felt comfortable there and had good quality work done. Over the last several months/year maybe I have noticed that the customer service has gone downhill along with the work from some of the employee there - even including the owners at times (a few others I’ve brushed into there seem to feel the same at least to some extent). I have praised this place for many years and wrote positive reviews but it’s a shame that I no longer feel that’s appropriate. I will be looking for a new salon to visit - which I hate the thought of - but when you can tell that your business is not appreciated as it once was along with the rare occasion of when there is an issue they seem to want to place the blame on the customer instead of just politely fixing it and/or apologizing. Also, while English speaking is not always the norm in salons in the area (and that’s okay), they should at least be able to communicate enough to understand what the client wants and execute that or ask for help if they can’t. I have noticed a growing trend of what I would consider passive aggressiveness here along with just outright rudeness at times that I feel is completely uncalled for. Not to mention when two employees who speak English just fine carry on in their native language and make you wonder if you’re the subject of the conversation. It’s almost seems like once the owners “made it” they feel they no longer have to please their customers - including longtime, well tipping customers of many years. If you decide to try and chance this place I would definitely ask for Eric or Rose. Also make sure you communicate extremely clearly want you want done. Oh, and just remembered to mention I’ve been injured here as well by a nail tech and wasn’t even offered a discount on my service... It’s just a shame overall because I use to highly recommend this place and now I’m giving the warning to visit at your own risk... Oh, and lastly, they are no longer open on Sunday’s for awhile now so that’s very inconvenient to say the least. I’m going to start my search for a new place as soon as I’m able to...

This place is great! They can do almost anything you want! I used to go to Koi Nails for years, but after they horribly messed up 10+ times I randomly found this place (Aruba Nails) and OMG... Its the Holy Grail of nail shops!! Ive only had 1 or 2 bad experiences since I began going there (14 months ago now) where my GEL nails started chipping within 1 DAY and since then I really havent seen that technician in the store (maybe she does something else there now?). They got a new person a few months ago that was good at nails, not great... NOW SHES AMAZING! I dont know how she improved so fast because now shes one of the best Ive EVER seen. Just... Wow.

I have been going to Aruba nails for years now. I have always been extremely happy with my nails, as so much time, effort, and perfection is put into them. My nails are constantly complimented, and i owe it all to Aruba! The owners are both very kind and hard working. They absolutely try their hardest to ensure i am happy with my nails, and i have yet to have a situation occur in which i wasn’t satisfied. I will never attend another nail salon, as this one is just amazing!

Brought my daughters in to get Christmas nails. Upon entering, we were asked what was needed. Told them two nail polishes, pointing to my daughters, and they said they didnt have any space for them. I guarantee if I had asked for a manicure and pedicure they would have been able to fit me in though. They refused business and thats unfortunate for them. Ill be letting multiple people know (the customers who recommended this spa) about their terrible customer service.Your response is another example of poor customer service. If you didnt have time, dont ask what is needed. Also, I was told both via customers and prior reviews that walk-ins are accepted (even during busy times). Perhaps you should have handled the situation better. Its unfortunate that you didnt.

They are refusing a gift card that had no expiration date on it. Its over a year old. I had misplaced it during a move. Lady said they tell the buyer theyre only good for a year. AGAIN, theres no expiration date on it.

I came as a walk-in during a busy time (Friday after work), and was fit in right away! I asked for a classic pedicure and a gel manicure. Im not sure why, but it took the entire duration of a movie (1.5 hours) plus the first 15 of another movie for my nails to be finished. In addition, my manicurist stepped on my feet three times and messed up my pedicure; I didnt have the heart to tell her because I was so ready to get out of there. This seems like a great place to be a regular with set appointments, but if youre looking for a quick and well done walk-in, I would go elsewhere.

I have been having my nails done here for more years than I can count. I have referred friends that have been going for years. They always do a great job. They know me and address me by name when I come in and they are always accommodating to scheduling. Linda and Tony run a very clean and friendly business. I would highly recommend for nail services.

The team here is great! Ive been twice so far and will continue to return. Ive only experienced friendly, personable staff and top quality work both times. The location is a little hidden from the main traffic but not terribly difficult to get to. They gladly take walk ins but if you are able to make an appointment do so; it can get busy as they produce quality work that results in loyal customers! (That in itself should speak volumes).

Ive been going to Aruba Nails for over 7 years. They are the best that there is. Throughout this time, I have not encountered rudeness, rather they would accommodate as much as they can for long term returning customers. Both Linda and Tony who are the owners are good people and take pride at work they do and that of their staff. You get more than what other typical nail spa gives for their service. In other words, a regular pedicure includes hot stones, hot towel and the other treatments. Im a happy customer and I dont give reviews lightly. Highly recommended.

I drive 1 hour to go to this place to get me and my wife a pedicure. I honestly like that place they have great staff, prices and the environment is nice. its a nail salon that you can go to and feel at home. only positive people come here and its a good environment. I hate the smell of polish and salons and I dont have to deal with it here. I dont get a headache when I am here and I pass maybe 50 nail salons to go to this one. Keep up the good work and you will continue to take my money.

Very poor customer service- just in the phone. I never made it to the establishment. I called and asked if we could get two pedicures. She told me 4pm, so I said, “Ok, Thank you!” So we ventured there and couldn’t find the place. I called and asked where they were and when they told me l, they also asked, “Do you have an appointment?” I told them that we were told to be there at 4. He spoke with one of their associates and told me that we didn’t have an appointment and they couldn’t get to us. I told them that was bad business and I would be making a post, then disconnected. He then had the nerve to call me back and very rudely told me to use common sense— I did. When I was told to be there at 4, I was there at 4. He then hung up on me. What kind of business are they running where the staff calls back and gets rude with a customer? WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE and I recommend everyone else find a better mannered group of people to do business with.

They do good work if you remind them to. Otherwise they will cut corners on your pedicure. The atmosphere and decor is nice and I went there for two years, but got tired of waiting 20-45mins for a pedicure whenever I walked in. Found another nail place and never came back.

My go-to salon! All staff is very professional and personable and the place feels tropical and inviting. Ive gotten manicures and pedicures from different people every visit and every technician was careful and took their time in making sure my nails were perfect and just like i wanted them. I highly recommend the Milk & Honey spa pedicure!

This place is amazing! Tony is great as is everyone there. I drive all the way from melbourne to get my pink and whites done at this location because they do them so perfectly. Absolutely love this salon. Ive tried several of their products, gel, acrylic and SNS, they have something for everyone. Aruba always aims to please and noticeably takes pride in their work. After going just a few times, the staff remembered who I was and how I like my nails, its nice walking into a business and being personally welcomed. Theyre definitely worth the 35 minute drive!

This is the best salon in the area. Tony is amazing as well as the rest of the team. I recommend those who are perfectionists like myself to go there for your nails. The salon is always clean and everyone is uber friendly. I recommend making an appointment!!

Great place to have nails done and will continue to go here. I moved here from Nevada and this was the first place I went to and didnt need to search any further. Great people/prices!!Tammy is great and knows what shes doing...takes her time with you and explains if your nails are infected or what have you.

I like to keep my nails looking nice for work and they makes it easy. Ive been going here for about 6 months now. I always make an appointment; I highly recommend it because they can get really busy. I started with gel nails but I realized my new hair products were eating away at the paint. (recently changed my hair route since moving to FL) I worked with Tony on this issue and he recommended I try SNS. I couldnt be happier. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain to me how it works and what each step was while he did it. My nails dont chip/flake and they are growing really well. I go every two weeks only because nails grow fast. A very happy customer :)

I have been going here for the past year and could not be more pleased with the service and quality of work they perform. I have been to numerous other places for gel manicures in the area and beyond, and I have yet to have an experience that matches this place. They use quality ingredients and take their time - and it shows! My polish never chips, last 2+ weeks, and my nails underneath are strong and healthy compared to before.

I’ve been coming here on and off for about a year. I usually get a gel manicure and those are always great. I decided to try something new and got sns for the first time here. I don’t know the name of the lady who did my nails but she did such an awful job. She rushed the whole time and didn’t even remove my cuticles first. She kept messing up my nails and kept dipping them back in the powder and now they’re super thick. One of my thumbs is slanted and she shaped them so uneven. She also had just finished doing someone’s pedicure and she never took off the gloves she just touched someone’s feet with and proceeded to my nails like that. She did not use sanitized clippers or nails files. The whole time she kept saying she was tired and that I was her last customer and she even talked about quitting. I train people in customer service and that’s just not okay. I completely understand it was the end of the day but she made me feel very unconformable and like I was the reason why she couldn’t leave. She also talked about how the product she used to bind the powder was defective.

Awesome spa. Linda & Tony and their staff are so friendly. Little far for me to drive but so well worth it. Wouldnt go anywhere else! :-)

Tried this place out, friend said they did a really great job. For the most part i would agree. Except, They can be very rude. I get you may be busy but you cant get new clients with that attitude. And another thing, they take no blame for the mistakes THEY make on your nails. My real nail is coming off of the acrylic.. Never had that happen before.

I went with a bridal group and got our nails done on a Saturday, by Thursday one nail had broken . Went and got it fixed on them.... wedding was Friday ....thats 6 days...50$ nails ....Sunday a thumb nail broke .... Halloween another broke . And yesterday turning on my blinker 3 more broke and it wasnt even 2weeks .... Ive never been so disappointed in a nail salon . Not to mention another brides maid has not one but 2 infected toe nails

My nails look Awful.. I tried to ignore the bad reviews and went here anyways. Tracy was my nail tech.. she was very rough and rude. Before I could ask her to fix my nails she had already gone to the back and never came back. I came home and tried to fix them myself.

I had bad experience at aruba nail. The nail tech didn’t do proper gel nail polish. He did very thick layer of gel nail polish. In addition, the nail polish of one finger came off within 4 days. I would never go to aruba again and will tell others not to go there.

Very poor with customer service..i booked an appointment, i got there 5 mins before so i waited till my appointment time...ended up waiting for20 mins and still no service. ...what was the point of me booking am appointment? ..i ended up going to md threading on the same complex and was assisted right away. They will def see me again!

Today was my first bad experience at Aruba Nails. My nail tech Tony was busy taking calls in between doing my nails. So busy that he ended up cutting my finger with the drill (tool used to file down the nail). My overall nail experience felt very rushed.

I decided to try this salon based on the good reviews. A mani-pedi as a birthday gift for myself. I was greeted well when I entered, but then it went down hill. The attendant assigned me a chair and beganpreparing the water while I went to the ladies room. When I returned another lady entered just as I was preparing to get in the chair, the girl said no, youll have to take the other chair and Ill get someone else to wait on you. Im in shock. Then I was told the other lady had an appointment- which that is ok but dont make me feel like a second class citizen. The pedicure was half of what the other customer received ( I was watching) and the manicure was about 5 minutes, didnt even buff my nails. Also, the other employees were sitting directly across the room looking at a laptop and eating their lunch. Instruments were not sterilized, using same on everyone. Will not go back. Rude, unprofessional and unsanitary.

Great nail techs superbern workmanship

Very disappointing service. My friend and I came today for mani/pedis and did not have a good experience at all. Tony, who is the shop owner, decided to hand my friend over to another technician to do her nails, despite the fact that she specifically requested him over the phone when she booked her appointment. The technician that did my nails (Max) was not pleasant at all and in a rush to get my nails done... My nails are uneven, they were not filed right, he didnt request that I rinse my hands after filing my nails, didnt tell me when he was done with my nails, didnt bother to charge me, and didnt bother to say thank you. When he finished my nails, he got up from his chair, asked his co-worker if they wanted something to eat, and stepped out of the shop to do his food run. I was so upset with the horrible customer service, that I didnt bother to let them know about my nails... Im a business owner, and I know about the importance in providing excellent customer service to clients. You dont treat them like a number or a burden, you make it a priority to create a great experience for clients. Since I was waiting for my friend to get her nails done, I was there long enough to notice the treatment / service Max gave to his next client after me; it was the complete opposite of what I experienced. He was courteous, friendly, etc. My friend and I felt like if Tony and Max did not want to help us at all. They spoke in their native language with two other technicians and were careless to include a few choice English words which made it obvious that their conversation was about us while laughing at us. My friend and I are bilingual as well, and we know better than to do that to other people; its disrespectful. Ive never experienced this type of treatment at a nail salon, and Im not coming back here. I will definitely tell all of my friends/family not to come here..
