Frist time and the last. I asking for tip nail. Nail too short. When Im about too explain myselt how I wantedmy nail they was taking in Korean and dont appeared that is not appropriateand the kind the person very respectful.and let the other person talk first. And Im not satisfied with leght of the nail. And dont like the long nail because, cant not work with long nails, so a little long for the chip, materials they use is for full nail $25.00 .And the business was to slow to day. It was 12:30 a.m. you dont have customer. So you loose a customer.

I asked for a certain type of nails & she didn’t do the shape correct or the nail color . i don’t like polish, i wanted powder & she used the polish & it’s done very messy as well. i’ve gone here a few times hoping they’d do better but not once was i ever satisfied with their service. id like some one to please contact me about a refund or fixing them correctly this time.

Omg i know if everyone will have the same experience. But my pinky nail has been swollen ever since has been going on almost 2 weeks.

I get my nails done here every month. The people are wonderful. They are very caring and they take their time and make it a wonderful experience. I would recommend it to anyone. I enjoy my time there. I am in a wheelchair and they make it very easy for me. Ken and Kim are the best!

I will give them no stars 1st they have false advertisement on the prices when you get up to the counter they charge you more than what is stated on their Billboard For prices. Then the man cuts my finger with the drill and Does not even apologize. They have very poor customer service I will not be going back here and I do not recommend Anyone going there this is the worst place Ive ever been to. Now I wish I have read the reviews before I came here

If I could I would have given them a zero. Firstly they don’t know how to do gel nails. I had to y’all him to put the white coat on first because if I hadn’t he was just going to put the color. Secondly after he was finished I told him that I could still see the white coat and that I was not satisfied but he was only worried about me paying and not the fact that MY NAILS WERE A COMPLETE MESS. They were lumpy and ugly and I’ll NEVER come back. I’m very unsatisfied. If I could post pictures I would.

I brought my daughters here because I got them gift certificates for Christmas for full sets. The lady was very rude as when I asked her about a previous bad experience I had because my nails came off two days after they were done a few months back she said it depends on what you do with your hands. Ive been to several other salons that last for weeks thats no excuse. Only reason I came here because it was a last minute gift on Christmas Eve before everybody was closing. Ladies and esp the man there are very rude they have no good professionalism what so ever. The guy is the worst and is always on his phone never acknologing customers.. gave my girls a tip for the nail tech just because to be nice she didnt even say thank you!! Do NOT go to to this salon go anywhere else. Never will I go back here..

This is the worst salon I’ve been too!. My Nails are not straight the guy that did my nails rushed it and was being very tough with my hands while doing them my Color changed to like a wolf gray within a week. I Don’t Recommend for anyone to come here

Absolutely the worst manicure Ive ever had. I went home after looked at my hands and they looked horrible. Went back in the next day to ask for a refund. *Note : I wanted a refund b/c of how bad it truly was!! Please understand that I am not exaggerating at all. So I went back in the day after to ask for a refund, and an explanation. I was told that they dont do manicures, they only clean up the nails. Even when you ask them to do a manicure and pay for a manicure. Anyway, during this explanation, a guy came up to the register and threw the money at me!! What just happened???!!! I greatly urge you not to go here. They are bad at their job and even worse with customer service.

Went in to get a full set from Tom and my nail was cricked. I asked him if he could fix it and he said once powder is on it will look fine. Well it looks worse and my 2 middle fingers were uneven, not worth the time or price.

This is the best place for gel polish Ive ever been to. It lasts at least 3 weeks. Doesnt peel or break off. The nail tech in the front is very friendly and is great at customer service.

New, hopefully will get better.Nice service, pleasant people painting needs work.Speaking in their own language constantly becomes a little annoying after a time.

If I can give them a no start review I would of I went in for a pedi and asked for the basic because I was waiting for my car to get a oil change anywho the man said that he wouldnt cut the sides of my toes nails because I was only getting the basic. Dont waste your time here.

If it was possible to list as no stars I would got a full set amdthey only covered half of most of my nails with the fake nails and did an awful job painting them as well as all my nails were uneven as well as the nail polish was transparent I would never recommend any poor woman trying to get their nails done I would recommend monicas nails and spa down the road where I had to go to fix my nails after getting them done at Davi nails

Horrible place. They will rush to do nails & will burn you, very aggressive and leaves yours nails crooked. Not worth the time or money.

Yes when I made my first visit there I came in for a pedicure and the girl that worked on my toes was afraid to do the cutting as I asked her to do it because she said it was my skin and it would hurt me and I told her I said thats why I come here I cant reach all that stuff and I never had a problem anywhere else before but that the pedicure itself was fine except for that it lasted it a nice long time and I was happy with the color just not with the girl I had thank you that was my wifes experience

I wish I could give less stars. This woman literally CUT MY CUTICLES UP to the point that they bled, and the paint job was terrible. Biggest waste of $30.

I wish I read some of the reviews before going to this place. I went in for a nail repair because my salon that I go to was a little distant and I had came home from the hospital. This man had glasses on and still messed up. My nail was beyond crooked and he rushed the whole process like he didnt even want to do it. I will NEVER go here again for any type of nail work.

Ken is bad nail technician. I have naturally strong and long nails, couple weeks ago I brake one nail and i fixted it by putting acril on top to safe my nail. My nails grow long enough to cut that broken, acril covered nail shorter. So I went ther. There is a nice lady, but she was busy. So i seat with Ken. I explained to him what i need. He took his machine and start taking of acril like he was drilling a wood. At the end my nail become so thin see through. How am i supposed to keep up with that nail, it will break? So unprofessional. At least learn to communicate with customer, and slow down you are working with woman hands not a wood or metal material. I just got up and left. At home I had no choice as to cut all my natural, long and beautiful nails short. I will get my nails back, but they dont get me back in again.

Tech was very rude, raised voice, not coming back at all. Not recommended.

I went there my mom was in a handicapped chair and didnt touch the nail rack and the person yelled at her to watch out and the man was really rough kept pulling on my hand and when we were done my mom didnt give them a tip the man looked at her as if it was required so she gave a dollar and the man looked at it and rolled his eyes defeinetly do not recommend

Did horribly on my nails… They were kind of rude and I did not enjoy the way that they did my nails. At all. My nails are ugly and very uneven and he made the acrylics very crooked. Horrible service. I tried to tell the man to fix my nails, and all he did was give me attitude. I would highly not recommend going here at all.

The one thing I hate when I get acrylics are bubbles...and usually going anywhere there’s one or two...when I got home last night from here my nails were covered in bubbles....I hate it.
