Best pedicure ever they all take. Their time and it right .for healthy beautiful feet. My favorite is Ken but they are all good you can never go wrong. .plus price is great.

The nail work is clean and the edges are smooth and the nails look natural and arent chunky, but the design just isnt what I asked for. The nails are gorgeous, but you can see that they arent the same nails in the last photo from their very own instagram. I asked for those nails in red, and I got these, which are pretty and are clean but theyre just not right. I would come back for the amazing job, but not if I wanted a specific design.

Poor time management. My wife had an appointment at 12, where she booked multiple services in a 2 hour time span. They took a walk in before her and she was left soaking her nails in acetone for 47 minutes, causing her to run out of time to have all services completed. The older gentleman who did her nails was very rough, yanking her fingers and throwing her hands. When she came home her nails looked nice, but her cuticles were cut on 5 different fingers and she was bleeding from them. She liked this place as they always have had good quality and reasonable prices. But after this experience she will not be back. This was also her first time with the specific nail tech, she was forgiving of the poor time management. However, it was how he handled her hands and cut her fingers that completely drove her away.

I was looking for a nail saoln in Sanford since I am new to the area. I looked up reviews for this location and gave it a try. They were very accommodating when I called in for an appointment. I went for a pedicure. They took their time providing a great pedicure service. I would recommend!

Everyone was welcoming. Accommodating to finding the exact color I wished to have. Took their time while shaping nails. Even removed toe nail polish to redo without my asking just because she noticed an imperfection she did not like. Reasonably priced. I did shellac and product feels durable unlike most gels that feel like rubber.

As of currently they are only accepting appointments for some services. I did in fact make an appointment, but there was a rude customer complaining about not being able to get a pedicure for herself as I was currently getting one. The employees were very professional in settling the situation. It did seem that they were a little under staffed at the moment, but that was to be expected. I got my nails painted and got a pedicure. They were very diligent, with minimal wait times after I checked in. I really loved how they took you through everything step-by-step. My friend got acrylics and she was able to witness through herself and others around her how quick but skillful they are once they know what you want. I really loved how I got told what prices were coming from what service, unlike other salons Ive been to where theyve just given a price with everything together. Employees barely talked amongst each other, but still communicated when necessary with the mask protocol in place.

The attention was superb, even with the long wait we had at the beginning, I didnt mind because they made sure to have me wait in the pedicure spa and the water was nice and wanr and the chair was massaging my back. Once I received the service, the lady worked on my nails with dedication and detail. The same way was my daughters manicure, she was looking for a very specific design with certain colors and a defined look, they were all very attentive and patient, the girl translated whenever necessary, each one of them worked really hard on her nails with the respective stages, they did a great job! I recommend this place, theyre nice and the prices are fair.

I got a dip manicure - i appreciated his attention to detail. $30 for dip is great deal! I was blown away that it was that cheap.That being said, It wasn’t my favorite manicure ever, but I feel like I got a good bang for my buck!

My friend and I took daughters there for her daughters 6th birthday back in December. They were so great with the little ones giving them little stickers for their nails and making them feel very special. My pedicure was also amazing and has lasted and lasted. It is almost 3 weeks and not a single chip.

It was my 1st time there and the customer service was amazing, very polite and i was seated very quickly. I went there to replace 2 nails and my nail stylist did an amazing job with matching it with my original color. (Note, I had my nails done in another place) also the cost was very good and economic compare to other places. I was also a clean environment and it was pretty quick. Very pleased and satisfied with my visit there.

They deserve 5 stars. The shop closed at 7:30 but they took me in at 7 for a pedicure.I was seated quickly and offered water.Everyone was so friendly and inviting. The nail tech I had gave me the best pedicure ever. He Took his time, was gentle and asked if I wanted certain things before doing them without permission. If i had time i would’ve stayed to get my nails done! I will be returning, keep up the great customer service, thank you!

This was my first time at Chi Spa nails as I live in the area and see it all of the time, I thought I’d stop on in and try them out. I made an appointment with them at 4:30 and they were very nice on the phone. I arrived and they seated me timely. The lady that gave me my pedicure was absolutely amazing. Not only was she gentle, she took her time and was precise. Every staff member was soooo nice and sweet here. I am so happy I took the time to go here and try it out.

I scheduled my appointment for 10am and they started at like 10:25 didn’t have a problem he began he did use a strange way to take of my nails he used a fake nail it kinda hurt. But at the end my nails came out great !!!

Went here for the first time and I’ll definitely be back. It’s really clean and doesn’t have an overwhelming smell like most nail salons do. I had a dip powder manicure to keep me from biting my nails and they look phenomenal!! They also have a rewards program that you’re automatically enrolled in and they also warranty your nails so if they crack or break, they’ll be fixed at no charge (I don’t have all details on this but my assumption would be that this is within reason). The prices are more than reasonable and the technician I had was amazing. I highly recommend and would give more stars if I could!!

Nothing like being met at the door of a business and being told “too busy, sorry”. I almost questioned if it was because I was male and all the other patrons of the business were female.

This place is 5 min from my house and they do such a great time! Every employee here makes sure you are HAPPY and SATISFIED with your service. They make sure you leave with a smile. Really appreciate the extra precautionary measures they are taking to ensure all patrons are safe during these crazy times with COVID. They have built Plexi glass partitions not only for guest getting a manicure but also for pedicures. Upon arrival you have to sanitize you’re hands and then during check in they are asking questions about your health.That makes me feel very safe coming to get my pedicure. Very clean and they take their time. Their prices are GREAT!! Definitely would recommend coming to Chi Spa Nails.

I had my nails done in a Lakemary location. They did a horrible job and did not understand what i wanted. I went to Chis Salon and they did an amazing job. Completely understood what I wanted and took the time to pay attention to the details I asked for for my nails. I definitely recommend this salon. Great quality work and great customer service.!!!

Both nail techs took their time and really made sure I was happy! Some techs rip the ingrown nails on my toes but this lady (I think she said her name was Helen) was so gentle and patient. I just moved from Savannah and Im happy to have found my new regular salon on the first try!

They do great nails and provide good service but they are not up to par with sanitation, especially with the current pandemic. They do not clean the chairs, equipment, etc. They even allowed someone to come in and service them without a mask.It’s a shame because they do good, but sanitation is a big deal breaker for me.

I did not call to make an appointment, so I had to wait 15 or 20 minutes for pedicure. The staff was so nice and professional. He apologized to me, served me a drink, and I was enjoying massage on the pedicure chair while I was waiting for my turn. This is the best pedicure experience I have had in my life, I got the classic pedicure ($25),but I felt like the deluxe pedicure. They also gave me the heated shoulder pads... so good!!! ♥️

Evan did an AWESOME AWESOME job on my big toe. I hit the nail last year and developed a fungus. I lost half the nail, but it was growing back slowly. Was ashamed to wear toe out because the nail looked ugly. However Evan did an over lay without the tip. It looks really good. I also enjoyed the massage and the hospitality was AWESOME. We just moved to the state and have been trying to find a new nail salon. We happened to luck up on Chi Spa Nails. They truly make you feel like you are having a spa day and they make sure your nails are perfect before you walk out the door. Customer service is always amazing and the little extra touches to go above and beyond are definitely what sets them apart. Def recommend them!

Best pedicure I’ve had in a LONG TIME. I was in DESPERATE NEED of a pedicure because I have ingrown toenails and was in A LOT of pain. Evan was patient and careful not to hurt me. I will DEFINITELY be coming back💗💗💗

My sister and I went right before they were closing and they were very accommodating and did not make us feel like they were rushing or in a hurry to get out. My sister got a pedicure from Henry and said it was one of the best pedicures shes ever had and my nails were done by Evan and Ken. I got the powder dip, which takes at least an hour, and they look fantastic. I would recommend this place and these guys to anyone. Great price and absolutely great service.

Really disappointed in my experience here. I was looking forward to it. First my appt was at 2:15 didn’t get seen until after 3. Had to rush though my dip, not a real manicure give no cuticle cleaning nothing. Pedicure was so rushed that I didn’t even care, because I scheduled with time for my next appt somewhere else and was running late. Oh and to top it off they ha e a sign that clearly says to wear a mask allowed two ladies to walk in with no mask and one even started coughing while checking in. The fact that the business would allow that shows me my health doesn’t come first making that money does. I am sure there have been better experiences with other people, mine just wasn’t.

This is the third time my daughter and I have come here! They do a great job and have very reasonable prices. They are very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this salon!!

I always get coffin shaped nails when I get them done and this is the first place that has actually gotten the shape as sharp as I want them to be... and I’ve been getting my nails done for about 4 years now!
