Very friendly staff. I had a flight out of this airport back to Elmira and there was an attendant there at 4:30 in the morning to check my vehicle in before I had to catch my flight back home. Will rent from here again when I come down to Florida again. The car I rented was excellent on gas mileage.
Very disappointing. reserve a full size vehicle well in advance n upon arriving no full size vehicle. Tried to put me in a small suv or dodge challenge for a 6 hrs rd trip. a little disgusted on customer service this time around. after asking for corporate office# someone made a call to the other side to get me a full size vehicle. this action shouldve taken way before I arrive. Finally got into a vehicle 15-20 mins later.......... Longwood lost my business look like the airport is going dwn the same rd
Quick and easy process, guest service rep was very helpful and answered all our questions clearly. We had 5 vehicles to choose from in our rental category. No problems with the vehicle, clean and reliable, excellent features (model). Very easy returns.
Onsite walking distance across the street from drop off and pick up flights. Great service not to busy, I got to choose my car out of 5 cars sitting. Very fast check in. Check out was a breeze, I just parked the car and wrote down mileage, gas and spot number. Great prices!!! Used my own ezpass. I would recommend using enterprise car rental.
The truck battery went dead 3 days into our vacation in St. Augustine. I called Enterprise and they sent assistance (jump start). The driver who assisted told me the battery was bad and the alternator functioning well, and that there was a $55 charge for his services payable to Enterprise. He also said if I turned the truck off, it might not start again. I called Enterprise/Sanford Airport and was told there was nothing they could do but to check with Enterprise locally. I did, no pickup truck available at any site and was left with either returning the truck to Sanford or buying a battery I didnt want for a truck I didnt own. So we left the truck running, packed up our things, and return a day early to Sanford to return the truck. My 4 stars would be only a 1-star review but the amazing customer service lady at the Enterprise counter in Sanford Airport took off the $55 charge and adjusted my bill for just the 3 days used.
It was interesting that all car rental companies at the Orlando Sanford Airport went through the Alamo terminal. Other than that oddity, the rental went well and without any issues. Good service at the checkout desk. Uneventful return.

Rental car didn’t work properly. Check engine light came on. Tried to have it swapped out to no avail. 5 day vacation ruined because we couldn’t travel like we wanted to.
Terrible service!!! I was given the run around through roadside assistance 4 different times! Tow truck was given the wrong location to pickup the vehicle and 7 Uber attempts were also given the wrong location! After waiting from 10:30 pm till 11:45pm with no luck, I had to start the whole process over again at 6:45am the next day. I was told that I could get a Luxury SUV rental from Sanford Airport. So after another 1hr and 15mins a Uber driver and a tow company finally got the correct address. I arrived at Sanford only to be told by an agent that there was no SUVs there! Enterprise roadside assistance and Urgently both called the branch to verify there was a vehicle there before I was sent there! I arrived there and was greeted by a rude agent! That tried to put me in a Jeep Compass! I was traveling with a family of 4 and 10 suitcases and all I was told was I’m sorry. Agent didn’t try to get a vehicle to suit my needs and I was lied too! I’ve been a loyal customer with enterprise but this experience will cause me to never go back!

The vehicle was a smokers car and not cleaned. I had to wipe it down and clean the ashes, even though all vehicles are suppose to be smoke free.I traveled 2 hiurs to destination and had sore through and called place to exchange but they said Id have ti drive all the way back rather than exchanging it locally.When u returned there was no attendant to check in and u had to walk and wait in line to hand over keys. Told them how disappointed I was for the smoking car and they said sorry we will make it up to you. I just want to know how?Very very disappointed with enterprise
I would give 5 stars but when you rent from the airport and youre a Florida resident, they hold $400.00 from your account until the car is returned. Just residents. Seems unfair to me. Thats the only thing I disliked.
I picked my car up at 11:30PM and in the next morning I noticed that the plastic air dam in the front of the car was hanging down.I had to change the return location of my car and I was charged an additional $400. The new location was only 30 miles from the original location. I was on hold for over an hour when I called to make the change.Very poor customer service. I have been a Avis member and they have always treated me great. I had to use Enterprise due to the late time I had to pick the car up and they were the only one that was open. I will not use them again.
Very disappointing that even though I didnt smoke in their vehicle I was charged a $100 cleaning fee. The representative there at the time charged me because I was seen smoking outside and away from the vehicle. To my knowledge I am aware of the non smoking policy, and I respect it and always have. I am sad to say I am never doing business with enterprise rent a car ever again over this. I DID NOT SMOKE IN YOUR CAR. I was judged because I was running late to catch my flight so I requested to have the receipt emailed to me. The representative charged me before the vehicle was ever checked. Based on his own notes, he stated that because he saw myself smoking before I entered the establishment, so naturally I would smell like smoke, not once checking the vehicle but charged me. I can guarantee that the truck I had didnt have smoke in it. They are not even willing to resolve the matter nor address it. No longer a valuable customer 😒

The team and management at samford/orlando Airport were great. Our first car had a safety issue. The Manger came out and hooked us up with an upgraded car. There was one surprise charge though. I made my reservation with the main reservation call line. When I got to sanford there was a 20% holding fee until I brought thr car back. With the priced of rentals now a days the unexpected charge was not ever told to me.
Rented 2 cars in one week. Great service and help getting this completed. Half the cost of Hertz. Both cars were what I wanted and ready when I arrived.
A car was available when I arrived. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dropping off was quick and hassle free.
The vehicle we rented was a Jeep Cherokee. It was a nice vehicle however the left rear tire had a slow leak in the tire so I had to add air twice during our rental.
No issues with this rental. Vehicle was adequate, pick up and drop off were both easy.

Very disappointing to reserve your car at one place and have to deal with reps from another place. Due to that a military discount was never applied. The guy from the other company said he wasn’t authorized, he’s sorry blah blah blah. Also returning it was a nightmare. Things were not well posted. Instructions were not included with pick up paperwork, nor did anyone give me a heads up when I picked up the car. Very frustrating. The car was nice, it was clean, there was a little cleaning kit in there. That was appreciated.
Enterprise whittled their staff down to nothing to cut costs during the pandemic. Service at this location was next to non-existent last time I was there.
Quite the jaunt to walk compared to other rental agencies. Check in, although smooth, was lackluster. It was like I was bothering the employee to do her job. Picking up the car was a nightmare. You are told to meet someone and they will get the car. I was asked what class of vehicle and he pointed from the doors what ones to choose from like I had any idea. I have never had to get my own vehicle. Then after picking a vehicle I was told at that gate I had to return it because the plate was bad. Why have it out there then? Not the best experience I have had for renting a car and will not choose this particular location again.
Plane landed at 1am at Sanford Airport, 4 & 1/2 hours late. As a group of us walked up, to get our reservations, the lights turned off and employee was walking out. I finally got her attention and explained what happened and she opened back up and took care of everyone there.At 1:15am!!!Want to thank her for coming back in and taking care of all of us.

It is a fairly long walk to the rental car office. The car was decent. When we returned it there wasn’t an attendant in the return lot.so once again we had to make the trek back to the office cs just heading toward a the terminal. There was a younger mom to had to haul her small children and all her luggage to drop off the keys just to come all the way back.
Terrible experience! I had reserved a SUV online, when I went to pick up my debit card would not go through (even though I had already cleared it through our bank). My husband’s card would not work either. My husband then tried to use his company credit card. They would not accept as it did not say his name on the card even though his last name was on the card and he owns the company. My husband then offered them cash which they also would not accept. The manager advised us to call the 1-800 number on the back of our bank cards which we did and again they stated there is no reason why the card should be declined. We then grabbed my step son’s girlfriend who is 23 to try and rent the car on her credit card and we would pay her back but they would not rent to her. So after over an hour we left and walked to Hertz. We were in and out in about 10 minutes with an SUV for $200 cheaper!
This latest experience was the worst I’ve ever had to deal with with enterprise. It follows my last experience where 45 miles down the road I had to change vehicles because I was given a poor vehicle that wasn’t running properly. This excursion I was given a vehicle with a nail in the tire. After arriving in Orlando Sanford airport and directed to Alamo to get An enterprise vehicle. I was not warned about this and I was standing at the enterprise counter that had nobody there 30 minutes until someone from another rental car agency advised me I had to go to Alamo for enterprise. Because all the Alamo customers had beat me there I had to wait another 30 minutes which made me late for my appointment and they were out of the car that I ordered so I had to get another car.When I return the vehicle thanks have changed again there was nobody there to check me out I didn’t know what to do had the key in my hand and had to get into the airport to board my plane this was an all out terrible experience I’ve been using enterprise for over 20 years Soli and I’m considering deleting the app and starting to use another company it’s sad that I build up points to use and don’t feel like I want to use enterprise anymore

Rented from enterprise several times. This was the first time the vehicle was extremely dirty and smelled is smoke.
The term Customer Service is lost on this location. For years Ive exclusively used enterprise for rentals for their great rates and clean vehicles. I even purchased my last vehicle from enterprise. But this experience was lack luster at best. The manager Chris at this location is rude, dismissive and acts as if hes doing you a favor for fixing his own mistake, not to mention no apology or ownership of fault. If someone like this is who you put in charge to manage a branch and lead employees you need to reevaluate enterprise.

Rented from Sanford Airport. Our flight was coming in late, but the Enterprise said they would stay open till the last flight was in. I was very impressed as this was past their normal hours of operation. I also like the fact you can choose from a number of cars in the category youve paid for and take whatever car in that class you are comfortable with or prefer. I will definitely rent form Enterprise again if given the choice.
Love Enterprise as a company and have rented from you regularly. The experience at the Sanford Airport is ridiculous. Enterprise has decided to move off site to save cost and share a facility with other rental car companies this is a huge inconvenience and shock to the regulars who rent from you to drag their luggage a half a mile across the parking lot when you have a facility on site that is sitting empty. my next visit I will be using one of the car rental companies that is still operating from inside the airport facility
I was actually using another rental company and the only reason I called enterprise at the airport again was that someone that work at that airport told me you can now rent from them without a flight. I have had the pleasure of renting from the airport in Sanford, FL. It was quick, easy and the staff was SUPER amazing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I didnt have a flight because I live locally. I was told because a lot of the other centers were closed due to Covid-19 I could rent from them. I have in the past tried to rent from there and the persons I spoke to on the phone was very brash and rude and said they only do rental if I had a flight. Well, I hope even after things get to the new normal, I hope locals will still be able to rent from that airport without a flight. I was so amazed at the price difference and the customer service even over the phone. So, Enterprise at the Sanford, FL airport truly EXCEEDED my expectations and I will continue to rent from them until other wised noted that I cant.Thank you that staff,
I just want to say, sagel or hazel,(didnt hear the name right) is amazing !! I completely live her! She always goes out of her way to help me, and accommodate me! She is extremely sweet, and there is a Hispanic male manager that is amazing too!! I have about three or four enterprises closer to my home, but am definitely driving the extra hour and am making this my go-to. Thank you guys!!!
So I rented with Enterprise because I had before at the Orlando/Sanford airport and I knew it was easy to pick up and drop off bc it is right across the street. I had no idea it was being handled by Alamo with is on the other side of the airport. If I would have known I would of went with someone else. The drop off was the worst. Had to walk over a mile with all my bags and two kids to get to the departure.
The person checking me in was not educated on the process. It took 30 minutes to get checked in and the agent next to ours checked in 4 people in the same amount of time it took us to get checked in. He also did not offer the speed pass for the toll roads which we have had in the past. I pod for a full tank of gas and it only had half a tank to start, I didn’t notice that until I left the lot, the vehicle was also not very clean.
The rental had roaches all in it and i only got 100 off smh

I always have a good experience with Enterprise. There prices are good and the cars are clean. I had one issue where on the paper it stated full tank of gas but when I got to my destination, which was only 35 minutes away I realized there was a half tank of gas. I called Enterprise and it was corrected immediately. Customer service is excellent.
Im very disappointed with my last experience. I had a one way rental to be returned the by the next morning. It was dropped off promptly at the Bridgeport WV location. They were to lazy to check it in. Someone switched my contract from a one day to a for day and overcharged my card. The drop off location told me they were to busy to call the Pittsburgh office to correct. They told me they were unable to call so Id have to fix it myself. 10 calls later it was finally fixed. Bridgeport WV office has horrible customer skills. Id give a zero if I could.
Due to Covid 19 Enterprise Sanford/Orlando airport doesnt have their regular office at the airport open. Instead you have to walk quite aways over to the Alamo location and they are taking care of the National, Enterprise AND Alamo car rentals. The service isnt nearly what it has always been. I had asked the girl about being able to use my points and pay the rest but she wasnt at all willing to discuss it. This is my 2nd time at this location since this set up started and I have had to wait much longer to be helped. I have always used Enterprise but I am now wondering if I can get better service elsewhere

The location at the Orlando Sanford airport was not the best. The first gentleman that I spoke to was not friendly nor was he helpful. I waited hours for my reservation to be ready. The second young lady that helped me said I could have picked it up hours ago but the first person didn’t follow through with their job. Unprofessional and just plan rude there
I highly recommend Enterprise. Its everything you expect, and then some. It was in the nineties when my mom and I returned our rental car, and the terminal was quite a hike -- with luggage. We had been told there was shuttle service from the car return area to the terminal, but there wasnt. In spite of that, the young man checking us in found someone who could drive us over to the terminal, saving my 87-year-old Mom a long and hot trek on foot. He and the driver went out of their way to help, and we deeply appreciate their kindness.
Enterprise was absolutely the best as usual. We needed a car immediately after having been treated horribly at Avis Car Rental. We only picked Avis Car Rental because their rates were lower but Enterprise was able to help us out immediately and with a really good price. The experience at Avis Car Rental reminded me why I always choose Enterprise.
I always us Enterprise as my rental vehicles choice but within the past year since Covid the company has shut down the location closest to my Florida destination making it harder to return a vehicle with longer wait times. In addition, they’ve added a hefty drop charge for not returning to the pick up location.

Sanford airport rep. was given my reservation number and found my order. The price he told me was over a hundred dollars more than when I reserved the car. I had to produce a copy of my order at the counter. Beware of price changes. Bring your reservation and compare prices before signing off.
Enterprise always does well to make sure Im taken care of. I travel for work a lot and have never had any issues. Always top notch when it comes to service and vehicles.
Always a great experience with Enterprise. The vehicle was clean & the perfect size. The only downside that had nothing to do with Enterprise was my experience with Alamo representing Enterprise in Sanford Orlando Airport. We had to walk a half mile to Alamo because Enterprise was closed due to COVID-19. The Alamo reps wasnt helpful to the Enterprise renters just the Alamo renters. They had quick rentals check ins @ the kiosks. We had to wait in the long lines. Wont rent @ that Airport again; until its back to normal.
Easy to find in the car rental center. Paperwork was ready when I arrived for ease of check-in and access to the car. Vehicle just what I requested and needed for this business trip. Easy return with staff in the parking lot ready to check the vehicle in when I arrived. Rapid return meant that it was 30 minutes for me from vehicle check in to seated on my return flight home! My rental for the week of 1/23-30 in FL was flawless. Really appreciate being able to pick up the vehicle at one airport and return it to a different airport. This makes it very convenient when traveling to different destinations during a vacation.Counter service at airport pick up was excellent and airport drop off location was easy to find and close to doors into airport.Will definitely rent from Enterprise again.
I just love it. Our school gives me a very good rate, and the car Enterprise gave me is more than amazing. Super comfortable and smart. The car knows when to warn me of hazard, which is spectacular. No question, Enterprise will be my first choice next time renting a car.

This is the second time since May. In May our experience was fantastic, but in August the car we were given smelled terrible. Like stale cigarettes. I could tast it when I was driving. It gave me a headache and a stomach ache. I called to switch, and they said it was no problem. Told me I could trade it in at the Enterprise about 3 miles from where I was staying. My trip was only 4 days long, but I planned my entire afternoon around getting there and switching cars. When I got there, the representative had no clue about it. He didn’t even have a car for me. He was turning me away, and finally offered me a pick up truck. Seriously? I’m not driving a pick up truck in the city. I called to complain the original Enterprise and questioned why they asked for my phone number if they were never going to use it to call me and inform me that there was no car there for me? He offered me a different location to go trade, about 10 miles up the road, they ALSO didn’t have a car for me an offered me a 12 passenger van. Again...seriously!?!? Then they said they could trade a car for me but it could take 5 hours to do it. IM ON A 4 DAY TRIP AND YOU GUYS JUST WASTED AN CHUNK OF AN AFTERNOON OVER THIS! Ultimately they took half off my rental but on such a short trip that was a huge waste of my time and that car was gross.

Easy pick up and dropoff but the Pacific cars that I asked for wasnt available. The reason I ask for a specific car is because it was the same card that I own at home
The airport rearranged placement and did not provide direction. It was very difficult to pickup and return the car and the cost was very high considering the vehicle and lack of any service.
I was very pleased with the car that we drove, A Nissan Altima. However, we were given BAD information about arriving at the airport, in Sanford, Florida. We were told the Enterprise rental sight would be closed at the airport when we arrived (which was a late flight.) as a result of that we needlessly booked a hotel to accommodate us. But when we arrived at the airport, an attendant told us that all of the car rentals DID stay open until all flights were in. We were able to drive to our destination that night. But we DID NOT need to book a hotel. Enterprise, PLEASE UPDATE your associates with this information. We paid $ 90.00 for this hotel that was unnecessary. My wife is ADA limited and YOUR BAD information made us spend money that was not necessary. (We lost the money to the local hotel, they would not refund).
The after hours return process at the Sanford Airport is HORRIBLE! No staff on site. A security guard that had no idea what to do. He actually told me to park the car in an unsecured lot and leave the keys on the seat. No key drop box as the agent described. Signage not helpful at all. I understand that things are a little different during these times, but this was the worst process for returning a rental car I have EVER experienced with any brand.
I bundled my rental car with my flight on the flight app. It was a very easy process. The only issue I had was that the Enterprise counter was located in a different place than the airport had labeled, so it was a big confusing as to where I was supposed to report. But staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rental with enterprise was outstanding. Was easy at pick-up and turn in at different location. Will do it again.

Dealing with Enterprise is always a pleasure. I have specific needs when renting a car and the rental agents in Orlando Sanford airport and Zach in Sebastian, FL always take the time to make sure I am well taken care of for a good price. I highly recommend Enterprise for car rentals and the cars I have always rented from them are clean with smelling like a fragrance factory.

I would like to know why my Card was charged two times for one rental? $151.50 and $422.81 I rent from this location ALL the time with NO Billing issues.Being that Im currently on vacation I would like my $ refunded to my card ASAP.This is normally a great location, Great Customer Service, never any issues. Vehicle we got was smoked in, made the clerk aware and all he said was he would document it. Made for a miserable trip smelling this every day after it had baked in the sun!
We arrived at the counter in Sanford Florida to get our car for our weeks stay in Florida.Jacob, the customer service rep that took care of us did and outstanding job explaining the various programs available to us.He proceeded to tell us that the car was being serviced and that it would be ready in a few minutes.The car arrived and Jacob answered all of our questions about the vehicle and we were on our way. Upon return, the lot personnel were very courteousand asked how the car was. We told him a few things that needed attention and he wrote them down and hopefully passed them on ttto the service department.Overall a very pleasant experience.

Long story short, John at Sanford airport FL, once again proved Enterprise is the best rental company for us. We arrived July 20 with no reservations. He and one lady were handling a massive crowd of customers needing cars. Both agents were calm, polite, and John went over and above to help us... and secure a van quickly... and at a great price. This is why I always choose Enterprise. Great company, clean and nice cars, good pricing, and employees like John make it all happen. Thank you.
There were some problems initially ~ car selected license plate expired) but that was quickly resolved. I was told they would waive the gas fill-up on return. I filled the tank, no refund on my credit card. Disappointed.
From the day I called to make the reservation to the day we turned the van back in was so smooth! Reservations were the easiest I have ever made. Pickup of the vehicle only took minutes. The van was brand new and so clean. And the return process was quick and easy. The only issue we had is that the starting mileage was incorrect but I didnt notice it until we were already in the airport ready to leave. The error only resulted in a $15 overpayment so we just let it go. Overall great experience and would definitely use again.
Enterprise ALAMO rent-a-car in Orlando, FL at SFB and MCO is second to none. Customer service is at a premium and the vehicles are always clean and ready to go. Employees are knowledgeable, care about your trip plans and get you on your way asap, no hassles. Also, you will not likely find better rental rates than at Enterprise / Alamao rent-a-car. I rent often and its my 1st choice every time!

Other than the kiosk not working with my reservation, the interaction with staff at Enterprise in Florida was fantastic! Got an upgrade and the final bill was less than expected.
Prior to my last experience I we would have always recommended enterprise, but after our last flight into Sanford my opinion has changed. I paid extra to rent from enterprise due to there convenient airport location only to find that we had to walk all the way to Alamo (which would’ve been a cheaper rental) at 1am when our flight landed. Then we proceeded to load all of our luggage (for 5 people) into a large SUV 3 different times continually finding mechanical issues (ie low tire, check engine, change oil) until finally an employee on the lot went somewhere to retrieve another SUV (the lot was nearly empty) for us to move our stuff to. This suburban we were given was definitely not clean...I could barely see through the windows and the key fob was actually broken and had tape holding it together. We finally left the lot at 2am. In the midst of all of the moving from vehicle to vehicle my 15 year old son’s wallet was lost with all of his cash he had worked for and his debit card. He noticed as soon as he woke and I tried to call enterprise just to be told that I could not speak to anyone at the location but I was welcome to file a lost and found claim online..even though we had only left 6 hours earlier and could’ve had a chance to find his wallet. We got in the car and drove all the way back to the airport...we spent the first 6 hours of day 1 of our vacation sitting in the car rental lot trying to get someone to help find my son’s wallet with no success. Overall this was a horrible experience and there was no attempt to compensate for the aggravation of having to move from vehicle to vehicle.
Ive been renting with enterprise monthly and this last time they wouldnt use my debit card, like all the times in the past, which made it really inconvenient at the time and the price is never what they say when I drop the car off, after this past experience I may have to look at my other options
