It was very big and very nicely decorated

The owner was extremely rude to people attending the quince. I witnessed her yelling at people repeatedly for arbitrary things like wanting to outside to have a cigarette.The birthday girl had to come to the front door about a dozen times after the owner refused to let people in after claiming we were at capacity which was never discussed prior to the event. Security was good and respectful but extremely understaffed all night. Literally 2 security guards for 450+ people. When a fight broke out at the end of the night they locked themselves inside and did nothing to protect the bystanders which lead to the severe injury of one of the people doing the securities job. This is a very poorly run establishment that looks nice on the inside. With more security and a little etiquette training for the owner it would be easy to recommend.

Not worth it for concerts they cant get there seating chart right in the first place and they made us move tables in the middle of the concert we where a group of 8 and plus the guy working the v.i.p area was really rude just wanted to punch his face in.... we wont be back here

Very nice and elegant...

I liked it but it has alot of exposed beams. It is very open for things like dancing. The restroom is not the nicest thing either.

Beautiful venue had soo much fun and really like that there was bathrooms in the entrance as well as behind the stage never a line to have to wait!

Concerts was great . Employees were very rude disrespectful .

Had my baby shower here, I cannot express how happy and thankfuk I was. All of my family was very impressed with the set up and very thankfuk for the service. The women that helped were so friendly and professional!

The Versailles Palace Event Center in Phoenix is a nice and beautiful place to go to. However it is extremely disorganized. The conjunto Primavera concert would have been great had it not been for the overcrowding last night. The police department and fire department had to be called in and closed down the event. What a shame period never going to this damn place again.

This is a horrible place. They make you pay $50 for a table and they have people standing in front of you. Horrible design of the place. I talked to the manager of the place and a guy name Ardían and there was nothing they could do. You pay $50 to see people’s backs and butts. This is ludicrous!

This place refuses to give me my 500 dollar deposit. We decided not to have our event here and they are keeping our money hostage For months avoiding my calls my text. I told them I was not comfortable with the smell of the carpet. The place smells horrible like a dirty bar.. Its very hot in there I would never recommend this place to anyone that

It is so beautiful, we just had the best quinceañera for our grand daughter.It was like sonething you would see only in fairytales.
