Recently I changed insurance because I was on my mothers policy. My insurance was almost 400+ and i have 2 years of drivers experience. Showed them proof of insurance and multiple other documents and they still stated they couldn’t take me off simply because my car is listed under her address. BS. money hungry business. When her policy ends we will be taking our business elsewhere. do not recommend.

VISTED there office building 5 times during the pandemic NO one had masks on. And the owners were drunk partying in the break room could not hear a thing my agent said to me. After I left I received a email from my credit company they charged MY CARD $500 dollars for alcohol and plants and gas from flying J travel station. HORRIBLE PLACE. Good free coffee. Beware!!!!

This use to be one of our best local insurance agents however the past year it has really gone down hill. A lot of people there don’t have a clue what’s going on & it’s almost impossible to get someone that does know what there talking about on the phone or even a call back.

I went to pay my insurance on my car and I also need a policy put on my golf cart. But there is only one person that could do the golf cart one and I didnt get a phone call back the next day so I guess Im going to end up having to call them again. The staff was nice.

I had good service for years, then last October, when it was time to renew auto insurance they shopped me and found what i thought was a better deal. However they used to older vehicles i no longer own. I didnt know until a couple weeks later when the cards came. I called they fixed to the tune of costing me $700 more dollars than I previously paid. They not only were not apologetic, basically acted like oh well! Its finally time to renew, so I went to Geico and got better coverage for $900 cheaper. Be very careful of who you deal with over there and make sure to check behind them, not all who work there are competent!! NEGATIVE 1 STAR
