They send me a letter in the mail to get a quote. I fill out the online form to get contacted. No one contacts me and I end up contacting them. Then, I provide my information and I am told I will receive an email with a quote within two days. No quote arrived. I called three days after that call and was informed someone is scheduled to call me later today. Then, I requested someone to get on the phone to assist me immediately. I was provided more lip service and pushed away with someone is scheduled to call. If you didnt fulfill on the first promise to provide me a quote within two days, why would I trust you that someone will give me a call. Please do not use this business. They have no respect for your time and do not want business when I am actively attempting to give it to them.

Absolutely best insurance company around. Always handles any and all of our needs. Very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommends this company for any of your insurance needs.

I called in for a quote because my policy was being non renewed with my current carrier. JD Insurance gave me a quote that saved me a ton of money and got me covered immediately. Painless and very professional. highly recommend these guys!

Not very nice customer service.They never answered email. Very rude on the phone.I also must add that Mitch called and he was not aware of this poor customer service. I know that from here on it will be better.

I almost gave them 4 stars cause i think it would be great if they were open weekends or at least till 6 or 7 at night, but then I got to thinking that wouldnt be fair since the insurance companies arent open either. Other than that these people are great. They got me a great price when everyone else said they couldnt find me anything. Ill be forever grateful. Thank you JD Insurance!

I have worked with JD Insurance & Financial Group for over 3 years now and have received only great service. Mr. Howard Lawson III is my agent and he has always been able to find me homeowners insurance policies that include decent coverage and that are in my price range. Mr. Lawson works very hard for you, the client, and is a top-notch professional who really knows his industry! He keeps in close contact with when he has policies to recommend and when you have questions. I recommend JD Insurance and Mr. Lawson for those seeking insurance.

I was pleasantly surprised by this agency. Not only did they give me a great price, they took the time to explain the different coverages and how changes could help me economize. Very nice staff.

Please stay away and do do not waste your time with JD insurance . This is THE worst insurance agent I have dealt with in the last decades. They will do all they can to sell me the lowest rate home insurance at the highest price so that they get their high commission. I asked for something better and was told nothing else was available. Not true. Total nonsense. Highly dishonest and insulting.I wish there was a way to give them below 1 * rating as they do not even deserve 1*.

Very disappointed...before I signed up everyone was kind and helpful. I always was transferred to the team lead and she said call her anytime.After I paid in full, I had trouble getting a return call and was never able to reach the team lead again. Instead, I was only able to speak with an assistant that was never able to answer my policy questions.After deciding to move my business, things went very wrong.In order to start the policy with my new home insurance company I needed a letter of policy confirmation and cancel date from JD Insurance and they refused to provide it...Their unprofessional behavior cost me 13 phone calls over several days and cost me 5 hours of my personal time.I have spent another 10 minutes on this review today to share with you, potential customers, the type of unprofessional company this is...

We have been with this company for years. They have always taken care of us and our needs by finding the right policy. Insurance companies have a habit of being the bad guy canceling folks with said guidelines in policies even when unwarranted. The JD Team works hard to help its customers find the best suited for their situation. Our insurance company today sent us a cancelation notice that made no sense. The companys risk and exposure management for weather related losses. Not sure what they are referring to, lol. We have not had losses in about 5 years. We will have the JD Team help us again find a new company to insure our home. Thank you JD Team!

Contacted JD Insurance regarding Landlords Insurance, their agent Howard Lawson III gave me a quote for $729. Quote sounded too good to be true called to verify info was assured that all was true. Had Howard start the process of signing up for this policy, with effective date of April 7th. I explained that I was going to make the 1st payment by check the from then on from escrow account. On the morning of March 29th payment information was given.On March 30th eSign documents were emailed for me to sign, upon reviewing saw some major errors number 1 was owner occupied (house is in Florida, I live in Michigan), I never signed any of the documents. Contacted Howard of the error, he responded back on April 1st It results in a premium change from $729 to $942. Being that this was higher than quoted and very little savings I informed Howard not to proceed with this policy On April 1st. He stated that I would need to eSign cancellation documents. On April 2 received cancellation eDocs. I eSigned the documents upon receipt.On April 10th received a notice from my mortgage company that a payment request was made out of my escrow account on April 2nd by and to American Tradition Insurance Co. I reviewed my bank account saw payment of $729. was drawn out of my checking account on April 1st. Review my mortgage account saw payment $729. was drawn out of escrow account, for a total payment of $1458. I immediately contacted Howard about this payment and to find out when I would receive my refunds. He stated he would contact American Tradition Insurance Co. and get back tome in 30 minutes. About 2 hours later he called and informed me that a refund would be sent out on Monday April 15th and I would have the check by Wednesday April 17th and if not for me to contact American Tradition Insurance Co. Well today is Wednesday the 17th no check, contacted American Tradition Insurance Co. Was informed by American Tradition Insurance Co that they must hold the payment for 8 days and that the 8 days started on April 7th and that since they are closed on Friday April 19th the check should be sent out on Monday April 22nd (my guess they use common core math for their calculation of 8 days).Tried to contact Howard on April 17th guess he was in hiding another person taking the call tried to inform me that the check was mailed out and that it could take a week or more. When I asked to speak to supervisor was given a song and dance. Basically, I was told it was MY fault for making the check payment and that many landlords live in their single-family rental house 1,800 miles from their actual residence.Save yourself some upfront aggregation find a different insurance agency, just think if what my be if there was to be a claim.
