These people stole $158 from my checking account. Over a year ago I told them to remove my son from our policy because he had his own transportation and insurance. I wanted him off because he had gotten a DUI. They did not remove him because they saw the opportunity to make more money by raising my rate (from $500 to $1500). They did not send a notice before upping my premium and drafted almost 3 times the amount we normally leaving our checking account way in the negative and unable to buy groceries. This is at a bad time since I am laid off due to covid and my wife is out of work because of full hysterectomy surgery to remove a mass they could not determine the exact location. Dont trust these people.Update: Was talking to the office manager (Mike Hudson) on the phone today 9-3-2020. In carrying on the conversation, Mike started cussing and I hung up the phone. This was VERY unprofessional of an office manager. If need be, the phone conversation was recorded as all my phone calls are including where he called back to see if we were disconnected and I told him no I hung up on you when you started cussing and then he just snickered so I hung up again. If I could give no stars, I would.Update: One month after canceling my policy, these crooks have still not refunded my money they stole from my account.

WORST INSURANCE ! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

The front desk lady at the office completely took my information wrong. I repeated myself multiple times and come to find out, no claim # was given to me, got my phone and address wrong. I had to call the Apex office and they were nice enough to give them a call and provided me a claim #. I then call Farm Bureau for status and they informed me that adjuster contacted me but phone# did not work. It was due to the lady not taking down my information correctly. It has caused inconvenience and slowed down the process. Thankfully, other Farm Bureau I called was helpful enough and was able to give me the correct information. I would suggest hiring someone can do the job.

Ken Lewis is relocating to Lee County from Scotland County. Farm Bureau lost many long time customers due to him. I would not buy a wheelbarrow of free sand from Ken Lewis.
