Worst insurance experience ever. Awful customer service, phone never gets picked up. The rare times it did, it was never my agent but his staff. They request you text them? I do not agree with that business practice.I made it through the policy but am so glad to be free of these people.Auto policy was cancelled and reinstated without my signature in first month of policy initially purchased. Payment plan changed without my knowledge, had to call corporate to understand why it almost doubled for three months due to the fluke cancellation by the office.

I had an incident on 40 Hwy and had a lot of questions. When I called the office a really nice lady help me. Send all the info I needed it and the next day another representative call me about another question I had about a medical expense and also he was so helpful and nice. On this days is super hard to find great customer service and they are super great at it! I highly Recommend this place!

Ahmod Goins was my agent. He was awesome with answering all of my question and concerns. By explaining every detail within the policy that i choose. He provided an excellent rate in auto and home insurance within my budget. i would recommend his services to friends, family and coworkers who are looking for a better quote or insurance in general.

I spoke with Ahmod, hes an amazing guy (super kind, helpful and extremely respectful).Little bit about my issue, my mom died oct before last and I was just looking at her bank info and realized shes been charged for about 14 months of impossible coverage because dead people cant drive. He talked with my for maybe half an hour trying to help me track down information and help me out with the issue.Long story short this is absolutely one of the best state farms I know of because the other couple wouldnt even answer their phones while he was trying to assist me.If you are going to go with state farm I highly recommend this office based on my own experiences.

For years, I use insurance services based on employee discount options, and what I got was, well insurance. When I retired, I thought there just might be a better way. now that I would be entering a new phase in my life. With Walter and State Farm, I could not have made a better decision. Not very happy with my experience with them once I bought a new car. Insurance went up a 100.00 they claimed it was because of my tickets to why it was quoted so high but everyone of my tickets were an improper equipment no insurance points, no license points & still my insurance was so high I couldnt afford it. I was told a certain amount and then once I dropped off one of my cars it shot up tremendously. The broker knew I wouldnt have a multi car discount because when I purchased the car I told him I was transferring tags, so obviously I wouldnt have both cars. It took them 2 weeks to get my insurance cancelled on a car I no longer had when I called days prior of purchasing the new car to inform them of the change. Then I wanted to do a multi car discount (to hopefully get my insurance reduced, (my boyfriends car) and I tried and tried for a quote never got one, so I ended up going with another company. Its been over 5 days since I cancelled my policy. I still have not received cancellation paperwork. I have requested it numerous times. I will end up having to pay full price for an entire month even with I didnt have insurance with State Farm the entire month. They have great insurance YES, but the customer service is not what it should be. I have been left to have to keep calling & sending emails just to get anything done. I feel like this could have been an easier process but they are making it very hard for me. I am so glad I cancelled this policy! Terrible service from my point of view. I have been left to worry myself sick over paying for insurance I dont even have anymore.I have emailed the broker numerous times never heard a response. I have been dealing with one of the agents who has been giving me the run around. I am over it!

I have had Walter as a agent for a long time then i switched to another insurance company. Well after a month i realized that there is no insurance company like state farm so of course i went back to Walter. I think i have spoken to Walter only twice but His agents are very good and professional and explain things very Thoroughly. Mr. Armondo was my favorite agent. I called today to get my insurance situated although no one could answer, Mr Goins called me right back not even a minute later and answered every question i had. Mrs. Karina also helped me alot before too. Thank you all for being understanding and so easy to ask questions to.

This guy is a complete joke. Very unprofessional, too slow to respond and does not seem to be able to explain anything about his business. The office does not return calls, does not respond to messages. We are in the middle of dealing with a relative who recently died and on the phone with this office they told me - this doesnt happen very often. I said What doesnt? People dying? And he responded yes.As a side note - for 2 weeks that my mother-in-law was on her deathbed, she called this man and emailed him to confirm information for us. He never returned the call until after she died and then told us he couldnt provide any information. Please, please: Save your money! Save your sanity! Do not deal with Walter.And look how quick they are to respond to my negative review! Its really sad they cant be as easy to communicate with about their actual business.Please do not do business with these people.

Had a phenomenal experience with Walter and Cory from State Farm. I bought a rental I needed insurance and Cory was able to find something that was very reasonable and we are now using State Farm. Also, I referred one of my real estate clients to State Farm because they had gotten quotes that seemed very high and Cory was able to get them signed up at a much better rate. The staff is nice and professional BUT Walter himself couldnt even return calls. We asked for almost three months to be transferred to a statefarm closer to us. We called his staff said they left him messages and emails but still walter couldnt find time to transfer our account. We finally called the main state farm to get them to transfer our account. Smh
