I’m keeping this review average as my experience has only been with initial discussions on setting up a policy. Initial talks were pleasant, and I appreciate the service. But the problem I faced was receiving no follow-up after I’ve made several attempts to connect providing them with the information they needed on the initial discussion. Each time I called, I was told I would get a call back to no avail. This unfortunately worries me on future dealings with them, and hope that this was just a hiccup since I am not an actual client as of current. But I hope that this review should help to improve their service. Overall, I enjoyed the initial talks nonetheless.

I dont know what happened. Towards the end of my policy I left a message for a call back to negotiate possible rate decrease. I have been with them 2 years with no claims filed. No courtesy call back. Also, with the COVID issues I required a little payment juggling. They told me to call the carrier directly. They just went unresponsive.

I really like this company, they work very hard to get you the best rate possible, but if they cant, they tell you to stay where you are. Right now they insure my boat and bikes but not my cars.

Customer since 2015,NO STARS for this company, at the begging the customer service was awesome, now it’s been getting WORSE, I’m not sure if there new staff but I’m very dissapointed. My premium increase a lot, due to a car accident of my daugther from 498.17 to 712.90. Im been calling them to get a better rate, and to shop around for me and help me out, because it’s impossible for me to pay that amount. Always there’s a excuse, they said I will call you back and THEY NEVER Callme back. I have to call in 3 diferent ocassions to remove a driver from my policy where proff was provided. As off today I called and the guy who answer the phone was care less, and was not on his best behavior to help me..... Guess what ? I’m closing my policy tomorrow, and I will tell how bad this company turn around in the last year for me. Customer service has to be a plus, educate your customers, explain, search, help. Thanks God I move on and found a company that make me feel welcome and now I will pay 317.12 a month for 3 vehicles, 2 of them full cover, even tho my daughter had a car accident, they arch for me, they listen to me, with no rush. To bad for you guys because your company it’s up and you guys get paid because the customer and when you don’t treat them welcome and good they just leave. It takes 10 persons to talk about good experience, it takes 1 person to talk about bad experience. Bad, bad, bad.......
