This Lifetime location was clean and kept up. The limited contact with the staff good and they were helpful. Im glad this location had the AC cranked, my local Lifetime likes to keep it toasty for some reason. The one downside was the lack of Woodway treadmills, but the treadmills they had were decent, but Im a creature of habit so Im not going to knock them for that.
This place is amazing! My family and I have been going here for years. The people are extremely nice, it’s clean, and you never run out of options for the day. The personal trainers are extremely helpful with tips on form and exercises even if you never use their services. The operation hours are great, and it’s tucked away for privacy. I don’t understand why the rating isn’t higher. I most definitely recommend it!
I loved this place. They have a wonderful ofurô, a hot Jacuzzi
Tried using the free day pass I got online but the manager on duty said that free pass was not eligible at this location. I figured a gym with this status would honor the free pass received from the Lifetime main website, but they did not. Then I decided to join the gym to receive a week long trail. The manager I was speaking with advised he was not cool with me signing up to receive the one week trail if I planned on cancelling afterwards. A week long trail period is a benefit offered by Lifetime so I did not appreciate the manager advising it was not okay for me to take advantage of this benefit. In the end, the manager did let me get a day pass. But I was disgusted with the way I was treated. I loved my one day experience, but decided to never go back because of the poor experience I had with the manager. I expected better service. I would not recommend this location based on the staff
I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails to cancel membership for the aquatics department and have yet received a phone call a month later. HORRIBLE!!
Love lifetime. Sometimes I just hang at the pool or hit the sauna. I wish they had more vegan options.
I’ve been a lifetime member for the longest and unfortunately when it comes to this so called “diamond location” its a joke!!!Their weights equipment are so so old/ rusted and they only have one of each so why is it I’m paying TWICE the amount of any other lifetime fitness? Oh now I remember because of the location NOTHING else. The $150-$155 monthly charge doesn’t hurt but let me feel like I’m getting what I’m paying for.I use to go to an other $29 gym that has newer and more the one weights equipment.
I love this gym! Its perfect for me and my family. It has various classes so you dont get bored... I love the alpha fight boxing class with trainer Angie and the dance jam class with DJ. Plus my babies love the daycare and swimming pool. We really enjoy it!
My grandson attends the summer camp here. The place is awesome staff extremely friendly they have security out front they have a juice bar gift shop not to mention the facility for adults to work out. Makes me want to go to summer camp
I have a family membership, two adults and two children a 6 and 2 year old. I pay almost $400 per month.Today i decided to take my two year old swimming in the inside pool due to it just being a little too cold outside and didnt want her to get her sunburn.A female staff makes us get out of the water because she said the pool is closed to families. Keep this mind that no one else is using the pool and its 11am.Soon afterwards the same thing happened to another father and his daughter.Lady is rude. Thank you lifetime fitness for ruining my daughters day.
Overall a good club… my one complaint is that though I love spin class and that’s the main thing I do, they play music so loudly it’s been unbearable at times. The orange earbuds provided fall out easily and don’t provide much noise cancellation, so I purchased noise cancellation AirPods to wear… without them it’s SO LOUD.
Facility is good. But, If you have any complaints, the staff tells to email GM of ATL Sharon Randall. But youll hardly get any reply from her. She doesnt even respond to the Follow up emails or calls.
Staff is super friendly. Clean, high quality, kid-friendly environment.
Its a nice gym. Its clean and spacious, but I wouldnt pay that much price.
Nice clean locker rooms and showers. Very body positive.
I used to love the club however their customer service has become so bad. From the inexperienced front desk people to their guests policies and now charging for guests to come use the outdoor pool. This is ridiculous. Many of us supported the club during the pandemic and to see that we are paying such high fees to have to deal with petty stuff is very disappointing. We’re ready to cancel for good
Great kids camp. Huge facility. Tons of amenities
Top tier facility in US with distinguished kids programs all year long. Keep up the good work.
They do not clean equipment off well. Would like to see requirement to wipe down equipment for each use like they do in lower paying gym. Gym overpriced.
Just moved to Atl from White Plains, New York. It seems like they dont encourage people to re-rack their weights here (this is not 24hs fitness or Blink). Bathroom was unkept, dirty towels bin overflowing to the floor and lotion containers looked like theyve barely been wiped down. Very strong scent in the steam room ( just stick to eucalyptus). Overall disappointed, not neat and tidy like in Westchester, New York. Ill have to check the other locations to see if theyre better.
First things first, it is extremely difficult to get pictures of the inside of a gym without appearing to be taking pictures of the patrons inside. Ive tried my best to not include any pictures of any patrons and was thus unable to capture any pictures of the sauna, both inside and out, the hot-tub, or the two full-size basketball courts.Secondly, the price. This is an expensive gym. Being in Sandy Springs and being marked as a Diamond Club makes the monthly dues that much more high-end. Well, whats the difference between the demarcations of Diamond vs. Platinum vs. Gold? Honestly, not much. The Diamond locations are a bit more exclusive, typically located in more high-end areas, and offer the ability to go to any other gym location or type. In addition, the Diamond locations are kept cleaner and are more prone to machine upgrades. This gym is definitely vibrant and teeming with activities. They have very flexible hours, being closed from midnight to 4:00 AM only. The gym is extremely clean on the inside and there is ample parking both within the deck and directly adjacent to the gym entrance. There are two swimming pools, one indoors and one outdoors. The one outdoors has a giant slide similar to one found at water parks. On the third level of the gym there are two full size basketball courts and a plethora of squash courts. The free weights and machines are located on the second floor, in addition to the cardio equipments which it was noted all have their own individual televisions. The first floor has the locker rooms, which flow easily to the indoor and outdoor pools. Inside the locker rooms are razors for shaving and other toiletries for convenience. In addition, towels are complementary and are placed throughout the locker room. The first floor also has a full end cafe with Peets Coffee and smoothies available for purchase.Overall, a very nice gym with all the amenities you could ask for. Is it worth the additional premium? Im not sure, but if youre in the market for a high end gym in Atlanta, I would definitely recommend looking into this location.
Best gym in Atlanta by far. !! Best trainer Chris Payton, best manager Mark Huckaby - team of stars !! Love this place
The Integrated Therapy used the Life Time Athletic pool for Aquatic Therapy. The Integrated Therapy is great. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Aquatic Therapy is easier on your body because it uses water natural resistance to strengthen muscles and aching joints as well as other benefits. The facility is first class. Towels are provided. Theres a sauna, steam rooms and whilpool.
They have said the billing issue is now fixed.
Terrible service. And good luck attempting to cancel membership.
January 2021excellent facility, modern, very clean, professional, and polite staff. the array of equipment is amazing. Olympic pools, fantastic jacuzzi. My yoga, dance, and aqua aerobics classes are a joy, a welcome change to a senior that needs to get back into exercising.there are many other classes and areas to try.lovely to see all the ages interact.Ammy Villafane
Currently not following Covid protocols. Trainers often don’t wear masks and aren’t respecting 6 ft boundaries. Many sanitizer stations are missing cleaning fluid and towels. Otherwise an excellent gym, but unsafe right now and definitely not worth paying $250/month to expose yourself to a potentially fatal respiratory disease.Management isn’t taking these concerns seriously. I brought up my concerns after seeing two trainers failing to wear adequate face coverings to management and was told by Sharon Randall,“If the trainer was at the desk, they could have just taken [their face covering] off for a small amount of time as they are used to wearing them all day long” as if that somehow makes taking your mask indoors with other people around less of a transmission risk.
Gym is clean, nice and has a great deal of amenities and equipment. But one thing it lacks is kindness and etiquette. A bunch of spoiled rich people, and entitlement. However, the staff is very kind, and always willing to help. Always courteous, and considerate. If youre able to maintain your focus, do the work, and roll out its worth the money.
His place has been a blessing for me, great staff, lots of athletic equipment, day care, parents night out, I love Life Time Athletic, Im there 28 day a month.I will note one thing, I wish they had a small ice machine on hand for injuries like on the basketball courts, basketball floors and glass backboard could use some cleaning, other than that Life Time is an amazing Place to take care of your physical health!
Love Lifetime from the front desk and classes to the sanitary locker rooms and 2nd floor work out areas. 3 years now!
GREAT ATMOSPHERE VERY CLEAN HELPFUL STAFF
Clean, so many amenities, awesome equipment. A+
Condescending and rude employees, unfortunate that they act so entitled towards members. New to the area so when I asked a question he looked at me like I was stupid and then gestured to where I could find an answer instead of speaking… wish I remembered his name
Ive never wanted to leave a yoga class so badly -- I was so confused half the time on who was teaching...there were moments of just flow and do whatever feels good followed by 2 minute rests -- awful flow. No instruction half the time. I got the feeling this was her first class but after asking around, seems shes been there a good minute. Go elsewhere for yoga.
Great facilities, great people
Life Time Athletic is a fitness oasis from swimming and fitness classes, to top fitness equipment. Its not the best for a quick sweat, but it has everything you need.
Came here for an event sponsored by Wounded Warrior Project. It was great as staff gave a two day workshop on healthy eating and how to work out safely.
Very nice atmosphere for everyone and every age. The facilities are very clean 👌 Everyone respectfully wore masks without any complaints or issues... The staff are very friendly and helpful
Incredible and large 20,000+ square foot facility. My roommate and I are new residents in the area looking for a new gym. Micah the Account Manager and Amber at the front desk were both so pleasant and helpful during the whole sign up process. You can really tell that Micah cares about and stays well connected with his gym community. The entire facility is kept very clean, and surprisingly smells pleasant. It had every equipment we could possibly need, from countless cardio and power racks to new and advanced crossfit machines, this gym has it all.
Best gym Ive ever been to. Tons of equipment and weights. Very spacious with areas for all types of workouts!
Beautiful spacious gym with a friendly staff
The staff here is absolutely amazing. Super friendly, encouraging and helpful. I love my personal trainer!
Great Experience! Love the setting, staff is very supportive, well maintained & CLEAN all the time I come in. And it’s close to my house!
So incredibly impressed with this gym. Such a great place for families. If you have kiddos, this is the gym for you. Daycare is free so you can go have self care! Our boys love the kids’ club and we have really enjoyed being able to go to the gym, swim, or relax with them being cared for right in the building.
5 star gym. RECOMMENDED.
Mark is great!
NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL for a Diamond level property. A Diamond level property with GOLD level Ops, staff, SERVICE, features, amenities, and equipment. I had upgraded my membership from Platinum to Diamond so I could access the @Lifetime Athletic Club in Sandy Springs near our Buckhead office but I was extremely disappointed by the staff and the crammed equipment in a much smaller area. There was a huge difference felt right when I crossed the doors. For example, the staff at this Alpharetta NEVER misses to either greet me at check-in and/or “see ya soon” at departure even under the busiest times of the day. The Sandy Springs Diamond property staff had a very contagious attitude that simply threw all my pre-workout positivit totally off. They didn’t greet anyone nor even acknowledge you at all. So, I really give praise and kudos to Dwayne McCormick who acknowledged me with respect upon eye contact even with a head nod made me feel accepted, welcomed, and at home! Same goes for Armando and his staff! Kudos guys! I see your hard work everyday and makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE, this even goes for the ALPHA program trainers! They weren’t rude or cocky thinking they own the gym or have privileges beyond that of a member. I couldn’t say that about the staff and disrespectful trainers at Sandy Springs Lifetime.
I love this gym! I just recently joined about a month ago. I go before work so I shower there after my workouts and they have everything I need; towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner and more! The locker room is always clean and there is more than enough workout equipment. I never have to wait!! To me it is worth the money because it offers so much. I can even purchase healthy meals there! I do not miss my old gym at all, even though it was less costly I do not miss it.
I see why they have bad reviews. I waited on the phone to talk to someone about membership. My daughter’s BFF invited to come tomorrow to swim. So I was going to sign up here instead of another place closer to my house. After the guy that is responsible for membership never picked up the phone I asked the the receptionist if I come in person someone can see me? She unfortunately said yes.I drove 10 miles and I am here waiting for this guy ( She said that he is the only one that can answer questions or show us the place.why she didn’t say this when I talked to her on the phone???? I am waiting for another 30 min on my Sunday, Father’s Day .
So I tried a couple days free here and did not decide to take the membership, and it was purely due to cost. With that being said, Im convinced this gym is worth every penny of the higher membership price as compared to other big box gyms. I was impressed by the cleanliness, facility, the amenities, and the staff. It seriously is like a resort. Kyle especially made the sign up and cancellation process seamless. No hard feelings and only good things to look forward to in the future if/when we decide we need an amazing gym and community center like this one.
Rudest manager Ive ever encountered and Ive been to many LifeTime locations..
High price point, but great facility and friendly staff. Amenities are great too.
Awesome gym! They truly have the friendliest staff that I have experienced at any other gym. Shalonda at the front desk in the mornings is very friendly and she remembers every member by name. She is the definition of perfect customer service. Odell does an outstanding job of keeping the gym clean and pristine. You will see him cleaning up the gym all throughout the night. Management staff has always been very accommodating and very willing to help out in any way. Would recommend this gym to everyone!
I like the Club and the people. But had property stolen so I suspect this might get there attention. I was told later that they would not review cameras without a Police Report. So I filed a Police Report. I had no follow up on the items taken so Im SOL for $100. Ill live but they could do a much better job in being responsive.
I had a great experience at Lifetime’s salon. I am very particular about how my hair is colored, and a friend suggested I try the salon here—I was skeptical, but figured why not? My stylist Brittany was great, going over lots of color options with me and helping me choose the one she thought fit what I visioned best, and it turned out awesome! The haircut was great, too. It’s a small salon, but great!
Love it! I love Lifetime Fitness. The membership is a bit expensive at this location but there are a lot of positives to it. It is really nice and it’s usually not overly crowded.
Ditto on most one star reviews. $160 per month and continuing to rise. Not worth the $$$ for just using the free weights and machines. LA Fitness is much better value for the money.
Love this gym! Always clean and tidy..also spacious and full of amenities. Waiting for my LA Fitness yearly membership to end and Ill definitely be moving my membership here..until then Ill keep going with my relative
WORST AND MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GYM IN ATLANTA. TGE MANAGER IS SELF SERVING, OFFENSIVE AND LACKS BASIC ABILITY OF HOSPITALITY.
Very nice pkace friendly staff hate that they dont have walk in massage and nail service
Awesome gym!
Always clean. Staff always friendly. I really like it here. Its pricey but worth it. I joined at the end of a month and was able to get a promotional discount so that might be the best time to join.
The absolute worst customer service ever! First the set up out membership incorrectly and then the manager Mark argued with us about it. He refused to speak to me, the wife, stating I wasn’t on the membership. My husband told him he wanted me to speak on the account and that I was supposed to be on the membership. Mark still refused. Nice facility I’m sure but not worth the headache worst customer service ever. I told Mark it’s really not worth the company’s reputation to be so rude. Then, he claims we cancelled the membership 8 days later. We joined late Saturday and cancelled early Saturday the next weekend. My husband went one day and we were out of town for the 4th that fell during that week, a holiday! So they were so rude about cancelling. I educated them when you do a weekly rental for 7 days it’s Saturday to Saturday, period. Their math is off on counting days no way we are authorizing any charges from our bank account. Such a scam and shame. Customer service should always come first, period. No, Mark claims we set up a 2 person membership when my husband set it up for a family and added an extra person. Plus he didn’t even set up the original account, so he wouldn’t know first hand anyway. No integrity, no customer service. Please believe the previous reviewers about their horrific experience! Hours of our vacation time wasted on this minor issue. Shame on this gym!!!
Lifetime is awesome.. You can spend all day at this place!!! I was a member for years in Garland and just visited this gym. Great experience. The people leaving 1 Stars have personal issues and arent very smart.. Temp holds on account yes are only for a short period then charges start re-occurring.. And if you want to cancel yes you have to get off your rear and go to the gym! Understanding what you commit to before signing would be a good idea.. Maybe asking if I want to cancel after signing up for any reason how would I do that? :)Lifetime is an amazing company and gym.. I am not a fan of the boutique gyms however....
Good place and from 8:00 p.m. it is very easy to use two machines or bars at the same time as this facility isnt very busy! I tried using L.A. Fitness close by and it was difficult due to the crowd. The swimming pool outside is great in the late afternoon as is the cafe on the inside.
Cafe manager was very rude to me about bringing outside food in the cafe. I didn’t know. He could have just asked me politely to not bring it next time.
I love Lifetime Salon! There is a new stylist named Brittney who is a color expert. Went for highlights, lowlights, and cut and LOVE everything she did. She fixed my layers and made it super easy to style. LOVED getting the free day pass to the gym when I came too!!!
Wonderful place! Thank you so much for supporting Berts Big Adventure!
Costumer service smiles can be improved but rest of it is excellent !
This gym charges $160 a month for an individual membership. Make of that what you will. In the winter it’s an ok gym but in the spring to late summer it is a messy gym. Sauna breaks monthly and stays down for days. The steam room also breaks more than expected. Staff seems somewhat responsive. No one is particularly friendly. From broken equipment to poorly maintained locker rooms. No towels, no toilet paper, broken fixtures. Some days only one staff member to maintain. Missing weights. So many guest passes that the level of service is 0. And rude instructors in the group classes. And please let’s not forget the fee for everything. I find it to be like a mini mall with a gym. I am sure there are better gyms for overall experience.
The best fitness club.Ive went to every studio, gym, club in the Atlanta area. I had classpass so I tried my fair share of different places.Lifetime has everything you could want in one place. State of the art equipment, friendliest staff, amazing pool for adults and kids, basketball courts, salon, extensive cafe with meal prep options, spa, and an awesome kids club. And, I probably didnt even list all of the amenities. Just the ones I use specifically. If youre wanting to make fitness a part of your lifestyle, dont hesitate to make Lifetime a part of your life ;)
I LOVE my hair. Brittney was my stylist and she made me feel at ease and listened to my needs. My hair looks the best it’s ever looked after seeing her! Will never see another stylist. Thanks Brit! ❤️
Very nice gym pool jacuzzi and spa... but way to pricey almost 170$ a month. Its a scam. La fitness has almost the same to offer for A whole lot cheaper
This Gym is the Best!!! Spacious and filled with amenities that you can choose to participate in. I love the Cafe which has a healthy selection of health concious meals and drinks. They even have smoothies! The building is three stories and has so much to offer. They have a. Beauty spa on the premises offering beauty services such as barbering, hair cuts for men and women and. natural nail care. Lifetime also has a masseuse. There are atleast 6 different swimming pools. There are hot saunas that are wonderful for after or before workout. There are also There is a Steam room offering Eucalyptus which is so refreshing! The locker room is always clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels and personal hygiene items. All of this is on the ground floor. They also have a separate area for child care! On the second floor are all your workout needs....Every fitness machine you can think of, treadmills, barbells, ski machines, pullup/pushup and separate rooms for cycling enthusiasts. On the top floor there are several basketball courts, hockey, squash, tennis and soccer practice space. The temperature in the building is always comfortable. Lifetime Athletic is the Best!!!!
Clean facilities, great staff, large variety of equipment and classes.
I enjoy going to the club. However, when I bring my 15 year old son, which happens once a week or less, I get a very hard time getting him in when PHEBE is at the entrance., I have to sign wavers, a guest pass and wait 15 minutes for the paper work to be done, every time. Then she tells me she has to get approval from the manager. I talked to a manager myself, who totally understood my frustration and was going to allow my son privileges. I have been a member since this summer. I pay $144 a month for single membership, paying close to $300 a month for a family does not make sense when your only high school child is not allowed to go with you . I understand there are rules, but employees must be use their judgement. I will be happy to to to LA Fitness, Concourse etc and pay less than half without getting third degree every time my child comes with me. I believe PHEBE SHOULD BE FIRED ASAP. She does not represent the club. I believe she is on a power kick and wants to show her authority by making it difficult on members to come into the club. My time is very valuable, I do not need to be heckled at the entrance. There are many clubs in Atlanta. My money can always go somewhere else.
My very first impression of the gym was the scheduling of a visit. It was so poorly done which to me is a reflection of an overall management and staffing issue. I filled a form online to arrange a tour. Received one email and one phone call from two different people. Talked with the person on the phone and set a time for the tour. I then received two emails from another two different people, with one person indicating a wrong tour time. Whats interesting is that they all described how excited they were to meet me and dont hesitate to call them for any questions, but when I actually called everyone that has sent me emails thus far to clarify the time, not one person picked up the phone or called me back. Finally one person responded to my email, and confirmed the original time for the tour. He also gave me the name of person who would give me the tour, assuring me that the person I would be meeting will take awesome care of me. Okay, after I got there, my name was not on the list of tours at all and the person I was supposed to meet wasnt even there on that day. The tour went fine but the administration and staff training issue is making me very skeptical about the quality of service Id be receiving as a customer.
Man this place is amazing. They have everything. Outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, every exercise equipment you can think of, and it’s well maintained and clean as well.
I have been a member for almost a year now and I have to say there are extremely great things about this gym and extremely bad. Starting with the good, I have had a great experience with every single trainer I have worked with, especially Pilates-which I had never done in my life, and ended up being the best part of my experience and why I stayed a member even though I had some pretty bad billing mistakes occur and significant difficulties correcting them. The other major positive was the kid area for my kids, most of the people there were great with kids, unfortunately there are some people working there that just should not be working with kids. Lets say 80% of the time the kids area was great...but then there were periods that well, were just unacceptable. I will say that they do have great staff members, usually the senior members, and they are wonderful, but if you go at a time they are not on duty, it is like night and day..huge bruises on my kids face and lack of oversight. Once I even saw an infant crawling around the basketballs all by themselves and trying to climb on the rack. I saw this because I was looking for my childs socks. There was no one even over in the open gym area, everyone was in the gated toddler area, except for the infant trying to climb the basketball rack. However, that was not the norm, and I have child that likes to jump off of things, so it is not all on them. My main issues are around the billing, I get that my membership cost $200 a month with my two kids and it requires a 30 day cancel notice, this is not my issue, other than I tried to cancel for 2 weeks unsuccessfully while being billed,..My issues started with auto billing and over charging due to changes in their app over the summer of 2019. I once had to spend multiple sit down visits to understand why my bill for one month was over $1000! No one could tell me why, I had to go to every person I interacted with at the gym to try to figure it out...why could someone not just pull up my account and tell me what I billed for. It took almost a month to find out that there was an error with the new swim lesson app and they had over charged me by $575, and then we had similar issues the following month but it was solved fast. I had to spend hours and hours of my time working without much assistance at all from lifetime. I had more billing issues with other classes I signed up for, and I would sign up for a certain amount of classes without the auto renew, however, the auto renew always seemed to come into play and once again I would have to spend a significant amount of time in accounting trying to see what was going on; however I did get pretty efficient with it after the first few times it happened. And the only reason I would get refunded is because I had signed copies of what I agreed to, which I had to produce otherwise, it was their money, not mine. The last billing issue I will bring up is with the spa bookings and the app. On 4 occasions, I had issues with the spa overcharging me for services I booked on the app. The typical excuse was, well your person you booked is no longer available, but someone else can take you...then I saw I was being charged $127 for a 1 hour massage instead of $97 after the fact (2x)...there seemed to be a blatant disregard for my time and my money. On another occasion I booked a 75 minute pedicure, I was running 10 minutes late, which is on me, but the lady ended the appt 15 minutes early from our scheduled time because her regular client got their early and she told me it did not matter since I was late anyway, ...but charged me the full rate. I said something to the manager and she just looked at me and told me I must be confused and the person behind me was one of their best clients...now on to the 4th issue, I book a hair appt, after 20 minutes of waiting after my appt is supposed to start, I ask what is going on, 10 minutes after that I am told she is not available. All I can say is I loved pilates, that is why I dealt with the billing issues for so long.
Good facilities. Just dont try to use their website, or get a refund, or deal with costumer service. The quality of service is poor across all locations that I have been to.Example 1:Schedule swimming lesson for 3 year old with one of the instructors. This instructor vanished off the face of the earth, we were unable to contact him, but were still getting billed. I called different departments and left messages with two different managers over a period of two weeks. I went in person to the aquatic center to try to take care of this, to secure a refund and to cancel recurrent membership. I have still not gotten communication from them that this problem is resolved.Example 2:They have a website with, I guess, suggested times for various activities / availabilities. None of these times are actually real. We have shown up on a few occasions only to be told oh, the website times are not accurate.... ok? Is this really an upscale center if they cant get even get the times right on the website? It is maddening to deal with this organization.
Glad it has squash and outside pool with slides, a little bummed though our previous Lifetime had inside slides and a rockwall.
Havent joined a club for a decade, but heard so much about the Dunwoody Lifetime I decided to check it out. It is more like a country club. Everyone is nice, informed and helpful. Jonathan Greer in their Life Cafe stands out as the star. He dishes out the tastier foods and has helped me and others adopt little changes that have given us abundant energy and a new zest for a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend this place and everything that Jonathan Greer suggests! Thank you all and cheers to a healthier and longer life!
I absolutely love this club. It is always clean and has a pleasant smell. The staff is very friendly. There is always room and no wait at the machines. They have a great collection of classes to take and you can break a real sweat, unlike other gyms. My only complaint is that the sauna has very bright fluorescent lights with which you can not relax. I love the atmosphere, and the people that are members are nice, no worries of getting hounded if you are woman like at other gyms. The cafe is not all that great, but they try.
Ive been a member for 2 years at Lifetime and I can only say that it is OK at best. My main issue is that everything feels broken and is rarely repaired. For instance, Ive been looking at the same three treadmills with Needs Repair signs on them for the last two months. Nothing seems to have been done to them. Multiple treadmills with dead sound, missing channels and blurry TVs. Its pretty terrible for such a pricey place. This all has however now turned into a running joke with my group text of 20 other members. Were all pretty excited to drop as soon as another gym opens in bhead. Also, not interested in management replies asking me to call an 800 number or to send them an email. Its all here. Just acknowledge your incompetence and fix your mess.
Very money hungry here. Very bottom line focused. Customer service does not not exist and management is rude and doesn’t care. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
Amazing Customer Service!! You feel welcomed from the moment you walk through the door. The staff is very knowledgable and willing to guide you through your fitness journey. The facility is well kept and the locker rooms are always clean. The experience is worth every penny!
I love my gym! The knowledge base is second to none. Great staff!
I love this gym.very clean and I love the steam room and suana. I drive from downtown just to go to this gym. Thanks Lifetime.
I just walked in with my husband to enquire about membership for potentially myself and my son who is a interested in Squash lessons. My husband was a previous member and had canceled because he was rarely going to the club. We stepped in and were greeted by a friendly young gentleman who then proceeded to hand us off to another older associate. He was so patronizing as well as condescending. I did not appreciate his attitude at all and walked out of here. Unfortunate though- as this location would have been so convenient for us
Visited this gym yesterday and I was quite impressed. The layout is really cool and there is plenty of space for everyone. The staff was very nice and helpful to me. Thanks!
The best fitness center Atlanta has to offer. I love the huge range of services they offer and the group fitness classes. This location has a wonderful yoga studio and an overall competitive yoga program for many levels. Locker rooms are a dream!
Was looking for a new Gym and instead of going to la Fitness i decided to pay a little extra and great myself. If you only Go to the Gym 1 a week Go to another Gym but if you want an upscale place come here. My Rep is micah and he ordered great service
No complaints besides the regular hogs during the pm cardio time.
After 15 years at the Alpharetta, GA location, I needed to put my membership on hold. I was told I would be charged $15 a month! I have not been happy there for sometime, parking would take about 15 mins just to find a spot, wait times on machines are lengthy, place is dirty.I do have my fav trainers they are great!I called the cooperate office, no return call.So sadly I will be cancelling after 15 years, just cant see why fees keep going up, towels are now replaced with wash cloth for working out.2 of my friends cars got broken into and purses, wallets stolen. Front windows were smashed. This happened in day time, both were parked near the front of life time. With so many new gyms popping up, I found a really great one, happy, friendly, clean environment! At a fraction of what I have been paying.
Quality of Service for Birthday parties is poor. There is not one clear organizer, and staff are not particularly trained to manage/entertain kids in 5-8 range. Even if you sign up for 1 thing, you dont always get what you paid for. Part preparation was not complete when we arrived.
Great facilities, great folks, great kids programming. If you’re looking for a budget facility with just the essentials, this isn’t your place. If you’re looking for the best of the best, it is.
