Same as any towing place but this one has great cars for sale as well as boats, trucks...u name it....they were towed for one reason or another ...the owners abandoned them n now they sit collecting dust waiting for someone to discover them buy them...TRUST ME ON THIS..IF U WANT A CAR OR JUST WANNA SEE WHAT THEY HAVE...IT CHANGES ALL THE TIME...GO HERE FIRST N CHECK IT OUT...THEY HAVE A CHARGER N OTHER FAST CARS JUST SITTIN THERE N THEY ARE CHEAP...THATS EHY THIS PLACE ROCKS...YOU WILL NEED A LICENSE TO TAKE IT OUT OF LOT....IF UR FRIEND BUYS IT W NO LICENSE N U USE URS TO TAKE IT OUT U CAN DO THAT BUT GET CAR OFF UR NAME ASAP AFTER TAKIN IT OUT CAUSE IF UR FRIEND DRIVES IT WO LICENSE N IS STILL IN UR NAME U WILL BE LIABLE WHATEVER HAPPENS....SO WATCH OUT FOR GOOD DEED...THEY NEVER GO UNPUNISHED!!!!

Be careful! Place is overpriced and has mispresented pricing, For example, they said they charge $90 per day, held from Sun PM to Tue PM (sun->mon, mon->tue) and charged me $270. They insisted that counts as 3 days. The tow was $500 or so and said the same to bring to SF. I found a shop that did that for $125.

Excellent towing service... Our tow truck driver was quick, knowledgeable, helpful, sympathetic, and had a good sense of humor. From what I understand, this is a family owned business.

Had to pay a full grand because they charge $250 to pick up a car and they charge $248 an hour. I crashed in Fairfax and they operate in San Rafael, these guys are just out to rip you off. I highly recommend avoiding them.

Refused to help. Twice. Got into an argument with my husband.First time they came out, they refused to even attempt to tow the car out of our driveway because there is a tree next to the car. Could not perform a simple jump start.Second time they came out, refused to even look at the car. Again, no tow because of a tree, and refused to try to jump start. Blamed the company that sent them the business.These guys are incompetent and extremely rude.
