Van got towed in front of my place for 72 hour violation on Friday. I had to get a notary to pick it up because van is registered in my dads name and they wouldnt release it. Got the notarized statement and emailed. I called to pick it up and they said they had specific pick up hours on Saturday (the next day) 10-11. I went in at 10:15. They charged me to two 24 hour hold periods because they said it got into their shop at 9:15 and it was now 10:15. Just past the 24 hour period. This couldnt have been true because my wife said she saw the van at 9:00 in front of our house. They then charged me $125 for coming in on a saturday (Gate fee). All in all $550 for a tow and pick up. They lied to my face. And they made the pick up time conveniently just after their so called 24 hour period. Very disingenuous. While we were in there they seemed to be stalling further. I would not trust these guys at all.

They tried to steal me car. While it was still mine.
