Called and had someone arrived in less then 20 min! Was extremely professional and got me towed to my location within an hour of calling. Highly recommended!

Very professional company. Kept me updated and arrived in a very timely manner. Gentleman that took care of my car was professional, friendly and helpful. Based on my experience I would recommend to anyone and would absolutely use them again.

I cant believe how unprofessional the representative was when inquiring how their tow service worked. I called twice and both times they hung up on me within less than 1 minute. How do you expect to run a business like that?

Completely unprofessional service. I called to schedule a tow at 6:30 pm. The person on the phone told me the wait would be about an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called back to see what was going on and was told that I would have to wait another hour. After waiting 30 more minutes I decided to call back and just cancel the tow and schedule it for the following day instead. After 30 mins after hanging up, I finally get a call from the driver who said they’d be at my location in about 20 minutes. The following day comes and I was waiting at my car. They gave me an hour window of when they could show up. 10 minutes before the window closes, I decide to call and ask for an update. The person on the phone told me that they called the driver and they were about 10 minutes out. Half hour goes by and when I call back, the person on the phone tells me that the driver is now somehow further away and will arrive in 20 minutes. When I expressed my grievances to the person on the phone, Who’s was trying to talk over me to explain it wasn’t his fault because he wasn’t driving, he said they couldn’t do anything to compensate for my time wasted in any shape or form but that they were “really sorry”. If you need a tow, don’t call here.

Extremely disappointed in this experience. Our battery died in San Rafael around 7pm. Called Around 7:30 and spoke with Emma who was friendly and stated they absolutely had drivers available and they’d arrive in 45-60 minutes. We also asked for confirmation that both my husband and I could drive back in the tow. She said ‘yes no problem’. After multiple calls and no clear updates, the drivers showed up at 10:03PM and that there’s only room for 1 passenger. So we waited 2.5 hours, received very very poor customer services and they also refused to reimburse the additional ride share expense even after waiting an hour and a half longer than their max quote time.Idk if this is a one time situation, if it’s a result of the pandemic, that today was a heat wave in California... it could’ve been all of the above- but I do not recommend using this towing company. Unprofessional, late and inflexible.

The driver arrived after an hour, apologized for the delay due to the traffic. From that moment on the service was great. He replaced my torn tire quickly and was very nice.

I waited 3 hours past the estimated time for the tow truck drivers to show up as it’s getting dark to raise the price from 450 to 600. They also had no shame and made gross sex talk that I had to endure while I was in the truck with them. When we got to my work they tried to get me to buy them burgers after all that. I talked with the manager about this and he said he was “on my side,” but the truth is he hired these drivers from Richmond to come out to west marin so he did nothing to actually remedy the situation. Apparently 150 bucks is worth he bad reputation.

Crooks. Will tell you one thing, and the driver will show up claiming another. Driver will look at his phone the whole way to the destination. Truth be told; there are no respectable tow companies in Marin County, but at least the other ones know how to stick you up over the phone. NEVER give these ppl your money.

Horrible customer service. My girlfriend got a flat on 101 in san rafael. They quote me 89 local tow because i only needed a 4 mile tow to a excellent tire shop (Cain tires on 4th st).First they said it would be 30-40 min. Then it was another 40 min. And said they were looking at the drivers gps. After 2 hours total wait the driver calls me and asks where i am. I say they gave you the wrong number call my girlfriend and gave him her number.after another 20 min She gets towed to the tire shop and they let the tow truck drop the truck in the shop to make sure it was safe. THANKS GUYS!!!! Then they tell me its 500 dollars for the tow. No way am i paying that. Period. So i call horizon and they say well the best we can do is 143. No im not paying it you quoted 89 ill pay that. Well who quoted me? Go listen to the recording, it was a conference call between horizon, my girlfriend and I. Still wont honor the quote and she tells me well if you dont want to pay for the tow then our driver will just leave.LOL So i say ok you already towed me. Then the REAL BOSS of the driver is on the phone telling mewhats a fair price you think for the tow i say 89 like i was quoted he says ok give that to the driver and were gone. Ok done deal paid the driver and left. Horizon hires tow truck from other cities to come in and it racks up the price ridiculously. Terrible customer service and flat out liars. The tow truck driver and his real boss were excellent and friendly and good people. Told them if you need me to go to court so you can get your money from those crooks i will. Dont call them for anything call any other tow company even if its a 3 hour wait its better than dealing with these people at this company. Its still gonna be a 3 hour wait just witb guaranteed poo poo service.
