Ok so i called this place told them what i had to tow, (standard ram 1500 pickup) they said no problem give us 1 hour. So i waited, obviously the person i called pulls up in a pickup truck and calls me thinking im not on hand and says that their flatbed cannot hold my truck so they wont be able to help me. Then they leave as the tow truck rolls by, and guess what its not a flat bed. So i call back n then say its now too heavy for their tow truck and refuse to help me. Ok so im not sure what this companies game is but ive never seen such an opperation work like this. No referance call offered, no maybe later just too bad. I would avoid this place if you have anything bigger than a mid size car and I would definetly stay with your car as they seem really schetchy.

I have to write a review to tell people how amazing Mario and Eduardo were on a recent tow job for me. I know that people sometimes go above and beyond, but not only did Mario & Eduardo do this for me, they did it with the best attitude. They are SUCH gems. Basically, a death in the family required us to have a car towed from one residence to another without a key. The car had to be put on a flat bed and taken up through a hillside of skinny one-way streets. My father followed Mario and Eduardo to the location to make sure the vehicle was delivered safely and what followed was the most amazing example of teamwork, patience and kindness that one could ever expect from a tow company. The tow truck had to manuever through so many tight and difficult turns that the skill set for towing were definitley put to the test. Not only was the car delivered safely, but Mario & Eduardo never gave up or said that it couldnt be done. My father couldnt stop commenting on not only their dedication to getting the job done, but how lovely they were as human beings. Not my usual experience with a tow company or drivers and they now have a family of loyal (and very grateful) customers as a result of their help that very difficult day. Thank you Mario & Eduardo for EVERYTHING!!!! A++++
