They were very upfront about the cost! Raymond helped me over the phone and was great! So happy I reached lut to this towing company

Those guys are great I decide to do in my car they came at a time and said communication with the office was good high school truck driving great job

These people just lied to my wife and I repeatedly over the course of 2 hours! while we were waiting in a hot parking lot by our disabled vehicle. They had no shame in treating us this way.

I was broken down on treasure island around 12am last night. I waited on AAA for several hours. I called and spoke someone several times & they never showed up. I was still waiting on them as of this morning. I called Toro Road Runners & they sent someone over. Martin.C showed up within an hour & he was very professional. I highly recommended trying this company if you need your car towed.

Have been waiting 5 1/2 hours and called multiple times requesting an eta each time they said 30 mins and the driver would call me, it has been almost 6 hours waiting and I still have not received a call. I would have just like an accurate time frame and the respect to call when there is a set back. I will never use this company again.

I had a wonderful experience with 10-4 tow. I donated a car that wasnt running. The driver Guy came out and help with towing it off. On time and super professional. I recommend 10-4 tow!

Guy dragged our car out of a ravine. He was fast, professional and amazingly talented. I highly recommend this place!!

One other person said it — these people will SCAM YOU. I called to get a rate for flatbed towing 2 miles. The woman on the other line said $50 to hook the car up, and 50-90 to tow it. When the car is in my driveway, the guy whos trying to get me to pay says it will be FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS. He said he was the owner and the price was because it was difficult to drive up the hill. He threatened to drop the car off in a red zone if we didnt pay. Never EVER go to this place. They should be sued.

Very rude and unprofessional employees. I called and was hung up mid sentence. This business is not going places with the type of personalities these employees hold. I also tried contacting them a second time to get ahold of someone and they didn’t answer. I called a third time and they sent me to voicemail.

Called to get a towing service and they lied about the ETA and then have the nerve to threaten me with a cancellation fee of $49 if i didnt want the service. The customer service lady was very rude and condescending.
