Don’t bother bringing your car here. You can probably do a better job yourself. They called me the next day after I picked up my car asking if I found another set of keys inside because they misplaced someone else‘s keys. Unprofessional experience overall. Waste of my time.

I got my oil change done here and they left the oil cap off. I called them about it and they said I cant bring my car in (and have to schedule and appointment) because it’ll hour before closing. Came here again at 8am to get it redone and they aren’t even open.

Amazing Customer Service I drove 30miles just to get tires here. Chris was behind the counter, very professional and efficient. He recommended the day and time to come in due to there busy schedule and seems they are short handed. The guys make the best with what they have and can. I will definitely be a return and regular customer for my vehicle maintenance.

It was a rainy Sunday morning and I was in need of some automobile service. The routine oil change was due but even more pressing was a slow leak in my p/s rear tire. I had bought a Groupon for one retailer, so I went there. They were completely booked all day and told me I was out of luck... These things happen. I was directed to this wheel works location. It was here that I received the service I was looking for. It was done quickly and professionally. They spent a little but trying to find the cause of the leak but got it identified and fixed up. TLDR: Came for a 3 day tire change and THEY DAMAGED MY CAR with no compensation.I come with a simple tire change. On the phone, the person helping me assured me that they had a tire in stock and to swing by first thing in the morning to pick up the car. I come after work and they havent done anything. They order the tire and tell me to come back the next day.I come back and the tire work was done, but I find my car HAS BEEN DAMAGED. My diver side mirror was broken. I promptly complain to the workers at the front desk and they tell me that the tech who worked on the car was not available and offered no kind of compensation.Trash shop. Avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY from them, if you dont want your nice alloy wheels got scratched. Did a tire change here and they scratched 3 out of 4 wheels

I find it ironic that when people dont understand something they want to blame the business for their failings. I have come to this store for a lot of work on my Ford F-250 and have found them to be reliable, honest, and very accommodating. I had one particular problem with my steering and they figured it out and got the parts I needed along with hunting them down as they were not easy to locate. They also told me not to change one of the steering dampeners as it was still good. They are not there just trying to sell you something you dont need. You do have choices as to what you want or dont want. IT IS YOUR DECISION. They have also fit me in on several occasions on a day when I have called in to get my oil changed. I would have to say that I will be back to have any work that I need done by them. This review is not from my daughter but, from her father. Keep up the good work! This review is from a customer and not an employee as some people may suggest.

Terrible customer service over the phone. I needed to get my tires replaced from wear and tear and the young man on the phone was so rude about helping me figure out the size and price of my tire. He refused to tell me the price. Thanks for the help but I will not be coming here.

Been going to this shop for years, was great, now, gone down hill. Had an 8 AM appt, wasnt seen till after 11, was told oh well thats how it goes, simple oil change, no major work involved, will never go back!!

Horrible service, unorganized front, apparently you have to be sitting there staring at them for them to work on your car, leave it and they will put every job in front of yours and only work on it when you return hours later to get it and they still haven’t even started!

I do not know I recommend them bad attention, not at all friendly. This agency made me wait an hour and a half to change oil in my car when I returned they did not do anything they were at lunch. I had an appointment at 2 pm I removed my car very upset with the heat of the day. I always go to wheels Work by B Street. but there was no space. This agency many years I bring my car and excellent
