This morning at 10AM I was the only person there.It was so relaxing! Mani and pedi done without feeling pressured or rushed. Im so glad that they are open again! Totally recommend! Super cautious about keeping us safe with simple dividers between the customer and nail technician.

Clean, quick, comfortable chairs. Gel nails dont have any bubbles or curl up at the edges.

I’ve been going to the shop for years they used to be cool before the pandemic but it seems like now they are money hungry rude people. I will never return to the shop again. They will sit there and make fun of you in their language and walk away from you without even looking in your direction when they are done and then expect a tip afterwords. Then they’ll get mad at you if you don’t have a tip in cash, yet they offer an option to provide a tip with your credit card. Sounds like these people are scammers trying to avoid paying the IRS. If you’re looking to be treated rudely and unfairly come to this place if you’re looking to be treated like a decent human being don’t ever come to this place.

This was anything BUT RELAXING. Been trying new places and saw good reviews so I decide to give it a try. While removing my acrylic nails the women helping me sanded my acrylics off and continued to grind it past my own nails, till my skin was exposed and burning. I made her stop and they discussed it amongst themselves and she attempted to continue till I got out of my seat. There was lack of communication and when I tried to talk to someone about what was happening and no one was addressing me I finally left.... Now I cant even put nail polish on my nails because the raw skin under several of my nails are exposed. I dont believe that the women who was helping me, knew what she was going AT ALL !! Horrible relaxing spa.

Wonderful attention to detail. Van and Tina are the best at pedicures and Tiffany is my favorite gel manicurist. Van gives the best massages. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

It was okay. Pedicure was good, and the gel mani was average. Disappointed they charged me for nail art when all they did was paint glitter on two nails. Based on that I would not recommend.

Came in without an appointment, waited about 30 minutes to be helped. Its a standard nail salon. Staff was nice, no complaints.

Best salon in San Mateo. Been coming for 3 years. Whenever I try somewhere new I regret it because I keep coming back to this place. They are kind, very professional and the foot massage is divine

My favorite place to get my nails done in San Mateo. I get just a regular mani/pedi (not gel). The ladies in here are always sweet and speedy! I brought my mom here recently and we were helped right away, finished in a timely manner, and truly felt relaxed the entire time...plus our nails looked great! Definitely will be returning again.

Horrible service, they didnt do a good job and even though I know they said that their rates are going up soon, they charged me the new rate without informing me of the new rate. Not coming back to this place ever again.

They charge to much and they didn’t even do my lip waxing right or my eyebrows still leaving a lot of hair and on my toes I ask for gel and didn’t get it they did regular.

A friend of mine didnt like her nails and she gave you guys a bad review, personally I lover the service and my back have never looked better.
