I really wanted to like this place because it’s down the street from my house but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my gel manicure. (See pictures)I’m giving Water Nails, 3 stars because the pedicure was pretty great. Now a day, pedicures are like 10 mins and you walk out feeling as if they were a waste of money. But the pedicure I received here was pretty great in my opinion.

Not professional whatsoever! I showed up at 9:10 for a pedicure another two people walk in 20 minutes later w/o an appointment and are seated immediately. The owner asked me to wait another 30 minutes for someone else to come when I shouldve been sat first. Dont know if he didnt want to service me due to the color of my skin or if this business lacks professionalism, either way save your money and go somewhere else! I wish I could give them zero stars!

Writing this review after going to this place for a second time, because I really wanted to give them a chance since they’re SO close to where I live and it’s honestly so easy for me to get my nails done that way. BUT I’m definitely not going back after this, they did a HORRIBLE job with my nails. I had a photo that I showed the person who was going to do my nails (who I believe is also the owner) he said he could do it and all was good. I went ahead and chose the colors I wanted for that design.. he went and got the colors and proceeded with applying the first color.. I noticed it was a little different from what I selected and had shimmer to it which I definitely did not choose..I asked and he smirked and said we didn’t have the other color. I was obviously annoyed with that answer and just didn’t understand why he couldn’t tell me they didn’t have the color I chose and tried to be sneaky and go ahead and choose a color for me?! I asked for a different color he went and got it and again went on with doing my nails, the first one looked fine and matched somewhat to what I wanted.. but omg after that one nail it just went down from there. I have no idea what happened but he did the complete opposite of what I showed him, I showed him that picture 100 times and even had it open on my phone on the table so he could see.. I tried to interrupt and tell him but only received annoyed looks from him.. I honestly didn’t want to deal with a confrontation etc because I just hate confronting people. Not only were my gel nails already lifting within a day of getting my nails done but they looked so awful with the design he attempted to make. The first time I did my nails here, I liked the color etc but they were also lifting within a few days.. I didn’t mind it and let it go because I thought maybe it’s a one off thing and the overall look was great. I don’t know how their other services are and this review is only for the gel nails.. please don’t waste your money and go here for your nails. I had to go to another nail place and they were able to fix my nails and were so shook with what he did to my nails. After my appointment I received a text to ask how my appointment went to which I responded honestly and mentioned how unhappy I was and the details of it. I never received even a text back to say we’re sorry or if there’s anything we can do to fix it etc. like someone else said here, they’re not really interested in building a clientele, it’s only about getting as many customers as possible.

Tony is the manager and is rude. He is hardly ever on time and if you’re late for an appointment, he’ll take a walk in rather than wait 5 minutes for you. The women who work for him are the sweetest, but he’s in charge, unfortunately.Not the cleanest salon around!

This was my first time at Water Nails, I was able to schedule an appointment easily online. The establishment is very clean and pretty, I love the colors of the interior. The woman who did my pedicure was kind, asked me questions during the process and did a wonderful job! Definitely coming back!

I came to support this local business before and never thought to leave a bad review until today’s worst experience. Extremely impatient and rude staff Kay. Doing a lousy job, seems they’re rushing to get the job done and having a bad mood. Biggest issue, NOT SANITIZED TOOLS, the cotton from the last customers still stuck in the gel removal tools, not sure even this comply with health protocol. When I pointed out, the staff wasn’t respond to this at all and seems like it’s no big deal. The tools she used hurt my skin a lot. It’s like she’s not polishing a human being’s nail. Not to say compare to other nail salon that I’ve been, I could do a better job for that. Not taking card, no sign for cash only, not communicating price before service any where. If not coming to remove the gel I did, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. Very disappointed.

Place have been upgraded since last time Ive been here. New pedi chair with massage had been installed. Plexiglass has been installed and theres a new area where you can dry your regular pedi. I love how they massage and how friendly the staff and owner. It seems though they are understaffed so theres a wait time when I had my appointment.

This place remains open during the pandemic and they follow strict guidelines and are very clean. Highly recommended during this time since they take great measures. They recently remodeled and how some awesome (massage)pedicure chairs :) get a massage and pedi at the same time!!!

This place is very nice! Tony the owner is great and makes you feel welcome. He did an awesome job with my full set and fill. The pedicures are wonderful too. They use all the scrubs and lotions to pamper your feet.

I asked for an overlay with a coffin shape nail. The man did huge square nails. Which i told him i did not like and he stated ok to fix them how i wanted. Which i did and i was ok with that. Then he put on the gel nail polish under the lamp. He stated the nail polish was done and there was dry polish all over my cuticles under my nails and finger. He stated this happens because my nails are short and left them that way. Ohh after everything was done he then “tried” to fix the shape of the nails and ruined all the polish and left it that way.

Very strict Covid rules very clean environment the nail tech does an amazing job and half the time that I would usually get it done.

Clean, efficient, and excellent service. I got a gel pedicure and a pink/white gel full set. Tony did my full set in half the time - thin, perfectly shaped, and exact length I prefer. Gel pedicure with callous remover at the beginning allows it to soak in and really come off by the time scrub plus paraffin happen. The best massage with hot stones. Rare for me to relax during my nail session but this was absolutely what I needed after a stress-filled month.

They did an amazing job on my girlfriends and my nails. Definitely give them a try.

Tony and his staff give excellent pedicures!Well worth the price.....Everyone here is friendly, They are clean and they sanitize and maintain a clean shop.Anna and Nancy usually give me my pedicure. I am very grateful for their gentle treatment of my right leg.I broke it in several places 10 years ago, and I have Hardware in my leg,they know this and are very careful with me.There is a level of trust, they also have a wide variety of colors and designs that they can do magic with

I’m used to spending $70-$90 for long nails with designs. I asked for a Chanel inspired set. I had a picture and it was done really messy. Don’t go there for very detailed work, i was desperate and wanted my nails done but it’s not worth it. 2 weeks in and my nails are already lifting. I paid $70 but this work is worth $50 at the most.

I had a 2PM appointment and show up on time.The problem is that i visited this place three weeks ago and had the same service. The price has change by $20 dollar. You dont’t have a choice but to get gel on nails and feet. I usually dont usually like gel on both my feet and toes. But the pedicure cost $45 plus they charge you an extra $10 for the only option Of gel. Then a usually just get a regular manicure which cost my another $30 for clear polish. My total was $85 dollars. If you are only offering a gel manicure then you should pick up the cost. I will not be returning to this place. Beware

I’ve been coming here for years now, and never been disappointed they always take their time and give great pedicures. Tony and his team are GREAT!! The place is very clean and definitely makes me feel comfortable (they use plastic bags for the pedicure bowls), very sanitary. I definitely recommend this place!

When i went there there was a lady previously getting her nails, i expected them to clean the whole station but they only took the towel to be cleaned. Since it’s the Start of summer I wanted a pink ombre look that used powders but they used nail polish and got acrylic all over my fingers and didn’t clean it off my fingers and my nails look horrible after I am never going to water nails salon ever again.

Such a cute little place! I got a pedicure that included a massage for $35. My legs and feet looked amazing afterwards. The seats were comfy and they gave me snacks and lemon water! I enjoyed my time here.

I am honestly extremely annoyed with water nails. My sister and I made an appointment for 4 o’clock today. We arrived 11 minutes early and they kept us waiting until 4:35. Then we were told “just 5 more minutes”. And they still didn’t start. We ended up not doing anything and we just left after that. They literally do that all the time. It’s so annoying and disappointing. Never going back there. We’re so fed up with this salon.

Went in to get a dipping powder manicure after a weekend of camping destroyed my hands. Tony is awesome - I left the shop after an hour with perfect nails. Highly recommend.

My favorite place for a manicure. With the manicure I get the hot stone hand and arm massage as well as neck massage. Price is reasonable and staff is very friendly and professional. Entry of on site parking.

OMG!! THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING!! AND WE LOVE TONY! THEY ARE ALL SO SWEET AND PATIENT! THEY DID MY 10 YEAR OLD DAUGHTERS NAILS WHOM IS VERY PICKY AND THEY DID EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED!! I LIVE IN SAN FRANCISCO AND ITS WORTH THE DRIVE! THIS IS OUR NEW SPOT!

Pros: I go to waternails for powder gel nails and toes. Super kind and friendly staff. Love that they work all seven days of the week which makes it easier for working customers go over the weekend to get pampered. Lot of staff so you never will be turned away.Cons: Language is bit of a barrier which is not a big deal at all and they charge you $1 extra for credit card payment. Other than that they do a great job.Oh the hot green tea with a little snack every time you go is just another sign of the great customer service they provide.Keep up the good work team!

I love go there for my nails. My pedicure is 100% worth it. Yen took her time to remove all my callus. I love the massage, the scrub n the parafine. Also I like do my eyebrows here. Always feels good after go there.

Went in for a eyebrow wax which is $15 and toe polish which is $10. They charged me $45 for just painting nails, not even a pedicure. The workers don’t understand what the customers say and charge extra, 5th time this happened. Extremely disappointed.

First time here today! Beautiful decoration and everything is super clean. The staff took the time in making my nails look stunning and I felt very pampered. I plan to go back and bring my family along.

Iam sharing this what happened today in the water nail salon,my daughter when for her eye brows and only toe polish ...she ask the employee to do only toe polish employee said ok so employee cut her toe nail wash it and polish it ...when I went to pay employee said $45.00 so I said why $45 she only had her toe polish and brows ...employee said we did Pedicure..my daughter said was not a pedicure ...Iam not happy about this because I always come this place ...please your employee should understand first what customer saying.

First time here in a few years. Heard the place is nice, good service so I wanted to try it. Not impressed at all. Service was slow, my tech cut me and I was bleeding (for a minute), and I paid $40 more here than the place I normally go to. Will not be returning.

I had to wait a long time and it was a very average experience. The woman who did my nails did not paint the whole nail and they look patchy. This place is UNSANITARY as they reuse the materials in which you get your nails done on EVERYBODY. I will not be coming here again, ever

It was good prices they seemed busy with clients especially during holidays. But lots of colors to choose that was my favorite part

They are friendly and I really like their punch card thingy, but the problem is their powder nail doesn’t stay as long as the other places. It usually starts to come off at the end of second week, usually other places it is all fine till the third week that I go for refill.

I absolutely loveeeeee this place, I’ve been coming here for years and couldn’t be any happier. They are very clean and always take such a good care of the customer, they strive to go above and beyond to meet your expectations. You should definelty check out this place you won’t be disappointed.
