The new owner did a horrible job on my nails. I asked her for a specific work for my nails and she told by phone that does it. In person, she was doing dipping instead of deep end. I asked her why? She said, this is what I do here.Oh well, I really thought it would be ok. Little that I knew my nails started peeling a day after. A week passed bye and I didn’t have the nail polish in my 10 fingers. My nails started hurting me. For some reason or another, that was the way it happened. My nails are destroyed. She ruins my nails totally. Probably it will take 6 or 8 months to have a decent nails. That was horrible for me. I needed for a wedding and ended by going to another place. Besides the young new owner (girl) is somehow rude and unpleasant. However, the lady that does the pedicure, did an excellent job on my toe nails.When Helen was the owner it was the best. Helen always strived to do her best at all cost. Her employees did the same thing or else she would fire them right there on. I miss and Love Helen. NOW, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SALON. PLEASE, ALL WHAT I SAID WAS THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH.JAGV SAN MATEO.
