They did amazing as always! This nail salon has nicest workers ever and they never fail to make me smile! I get showered with compliments as soon as I walk in the door. Not to mention that they did an incredible job with my nails as usual. I love these people

They did an amazing job and the lady Jennifer who did my nails was extremely amazing and very sweet she did my nails no problem and she did exactly how the picture was and understood everything. I was very satisfied with my gel manicure there and she was very sweet. I recommend this place! :-)

If you want perfection go see Annie or Julie at Universal Nail’s. I am very picky and I went without getting my nails for five years because I couldn’t find someone that could do a good job after the girl I used for 10 years moved away. My daughter took me to universe nails and I’ve been going there now for five years. Julie is a master with ingrown toenails and can freehand paint anything you want. She is amazing and a true artist at what she does. And Ani can make you the most perfect set of acrylic nails you’ve ever had. I am one happy customer. And I am so glad they are still in business after the pandemic. I called for weeks to find out when they would open and I was back in the first day they did. You can’t go wrong, I always leave so happy. Not only the pampering but just looking perfect is so awesome.LOVE LOVE LOVE UNIVERSAL NAIL!!!

Yes, they are open during COVID-19!! Their back outside patio looks like it was newly renovated to accommodate outside manicures and pedicures. Thank goodness! The ladies did a great job. They are very careful and observing strict COVID-19 precautions. If you are in need of long-overdue pampering, come here!

Worst experience at a nail salon that I’ve ever had. The nail tech who did my nails was extremely rude. I rarely get my nails done so I was looking forward to a great and relaxing day at the nail salon. I chose this place due to its rating but did not read the recent reviews. I honestly wanted to get up and walk out after the nail tech almost cut me and threw my hands all over the place. Her work was rushed and I’ve never had nails so poorly done. I’m almost embarrassed to show anyone. After my girlfriend called and explained how displeased I was, they told me to come back in for a new free set. I’m going back for that but I will never let the same lady come close to my nails. She should be fired.

I feel in love with their staff! Peggy let me tell you about her did an amazing job on my pedicure! Really nice massage ! and super gentile to me. Very steady hands and super amazing...Wouldnt go anywhere else very memorable experience! Seriously the sweetest ladies who take their time and dont try to sell you a million extras. Prices are reasonable too. I will definitely return to this quiet little place.

I was a regular at this nail salon for years when I was living with my parents, and still come here whenever I am nearby. Jenny was very good with my Acrylic set. Shes very attentive and took her time into the details. The inside is super clean and comfortable. I wish there is a nail salon this good at my neighborhood.

Walked in at 7:00pm. Julie was so gracious to help me. She always does a perfect job on my nails. Though the spa was officially closed she took care of me anyway. Thank you. I highly recommend this nail salon to anyone that wants the best work done on their nails or toes

Today was my second time at Universe Nail Spa, and they do not disappoint!! Its been a while since Ive been to a nail salon that does every step when you get a full set. No extra composite left hanging or under the nail to get caught going through your hair or clothing. Wish I got the womans name who did my nails, but they all seem amazing!

Karen did my nails and did an amusing job. Everyone was welcoming. I had a lot of skin around my nails and she took her time and got it all. No ones ever done that before. They even have me a neck warmer that was really nice. Definitely going back.

After trying many different salons, I found this wonderful place. Its conveniently located, super clean, very relaxing, super friendly, very professional staff, very knowedgeable. They are very helpful and accommodating, and do a great job. Went many times and always had a great experience. All staff is very good, but Peggy is the best. I walked in for my appointment, was seated, and then ignored for 40 minutes until I walked out. No one brought me the gel nails colors, said hello, or even responded to me when I asked how much longer it would be several times. Don’t waste your time at this place.

After being a steady client - I have grown more disappointed with each visit. NO RESPECT for your time. If you go on the fly no problem. If you book an appointment - it does not make any difference. Jennifer did a rushed job on my fill and one nail broke 2 days later. I went back in & she charged me. I would like convenience and respect for my time. I can no longer find either here. The pricing is not worth there services. I am taking my business elsewhere.

I agreed with Yelpers good reviews about Universe Nail. Friendly and nice atmosphere . Quick service, clean shop, great work, and the price is right. You dont need an appointment, as they work hard to fit everyone in, and theyre open pretty late and they were packed but work quick and efficient to take care of their customers. You can tell they really care about the business and put a ton of pride into their work..

Horrible experience here. Connie who did my nails was extremely rude to me, I had a nail that had been cut shorter than the rest and she started yelling in Chinese then said “why you even come here? Ugly.” The rest of the pedicure was uncomfortable to say the least. On top of that they were taking in way too many clients at once and not enough workers so everyone was getting forgotten about and rushed. Will not go back and hope that woman loses her job.

Came here with my mother to get a pedicure and shellac manicure. The place offered a good first impression. Large, clean, nice massage chairs. But although we had made appointments, we still had to wait. They put me in a pedicure chair and I waited about 15 minutes before they started my pedicure. The waited until after my pedicure to start my manicure, and the whole thing ended up taking 2 hours. My mom only got a manicure, so she spent an hour waiting for them to finish with me. $70 later, I felt like it was a bit pricey and too long of a wait. I still however would have rated them higher, but one week later, my pedi is already chipping and my shellac is peeling off. So sad :(

The term the customer is always right does not occur here, the workers blame you for everything including your gel chipping after a week? and also for saying the right thing?? the workers made me feel very bad about myself and pointed out that my friends fingers werent straight and that a male customers toes were weird?? not only did they try charge us for gel pedicures even though we just asked for polish changes, instead of charging us for polish changes they just gave us 15$ off making our visit way more expensive than planned. they can do cute designs, but their service and attitude is awful and they just make you feel like used. I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, please dont go, you will leave feeling miserable, overcharged and with subpar nails that will last 1/3 of how long they should last. they also cut my friend three times

Nice and friendly ladies, but they are not professional, I did gel manicures and pedicure, my right nails longer than any left nails and its very noticeable!My feet looks like my little kid paint it for me, I paid $80 to get ugly nails, I am more than happy to pay more than that in a different place.This was my first time here, and I dont think I will go back again!
