Found this place and decided to check it out after reading a few reviews, and it did not disappoint. I forgot to ask for the nail techs name (she had short platinum hair with purple) but she gave me exactly what I asked for! She was quick and kind which made me feel comfortable because I don’t usually get my nails done like ever. This set was $75 for powder, shape, and design.

I asked for coffin nails . I have never been here before but their version of coffin nails is not what I’ve ever received before. The shellac paint is also very bumpy and rigid. The lady who did them was rude when I tried correcting her and basically said that’s how it is. When I asked her about the coffin nail shape she said that is coffin. I will never be back here again. Very poor quality and very poor customer service experience .

I will not come here again. They not only charged $80 for these very plain white nails that are supposedly coffin style but did not tell my daughter how much they would cost until after they started. When I asked how the pricing came about nail technician rudely walked away never explaining the upcharge but only saying she let my 14 yr old know it was going to be $80. Came back just to argue with me when asked to walk away due to my frustration she continued to argue. This place is way over priced for what you get and I wouldnt recommend with all the salons available. Worst place to go and was a total waste it money!!

Awesome service. My nail tech took her time to make sure i was getting what I wanted. Very detailed and throurough. I had white ballerina shaped nails which she agreed they can be difficult to do because white is one of those colors you have to do so many layers of.. anyways, she delivered what I wanted and surpassed expectations. Definitely recommend

The nail tech was rude and told me I had to get gel polish for a pedicure after the first tech told me to choose a regular polish color. I guess thats their form of bait and switch. I wish I had read the reviews before coming, this place was dirty.

The employees are nice. I did not see one sanitation procedure on massage chairs or any chairs. They offer no beverages . I feel like pedicure could have been more thorough .

Had a very bad experience at this nail salon, employees not wearing masks while customers in the store. Floors were filthy, nothing was sanitized. Price of my nails shortly went from $55 to $75. Got charged something I didn’t ask for, employee took it upon herself to decide I needed it. Should have listened to people when they said to never come here. Don’t waste your time here.

Was a little apprehensive about trying this place with it having negative reviews more recently... but took my daughter for her 17th birthday and we both got pedicures. The service was great. They really took their time to make sure everything was done right and I was really pleased! Didnt feel rushed out and would definitely go back.

Every time I go in they greet you right away and make you feel welcome. I have been going here for almost two years now and they have never done a bad job. They all do such an amazing job. Everything is so clean!!

Went in had feet done, very professional. Some techs at other places Ive had it hurt but not this tech very gentle and professional. I finally got relief from improperly trimmed toe nails. Really enjoyed service recieved. Thank You see you next time

Called ahead to ask about a pedi, told all was good, come on in. I am not from this town so didnt know the rules...Apparently they are only doing GEL pedis...what is that?? I just want sea foam green polish...not fake nails. 😬

Couldn’t even do my nails the way I wanted and lol I asked for was straight coffin made my nails crooked and automatically said she couldn’t do them the way I wanted.

I’ve gone to other nail salons and when getting my nail short they seem to be too bulky but GUYS!!🤩 my nails are short, feminine, cute everything I’ve wanted this whole time :D I am super happy also I did not get a name but the man with the arm tattoo slayed my nails and was super fast but he DID that 😁

My husband and I have been coming to San Marcos Nails for about 5 months. We come every 3 weeks. We had tried several others but none can compare to how much better this spa treats you and the great job they do on manicures and pedicures. We love all of them. You cannot go wrong. Give them a chance and you will not go anywhere else!!

This is by far the best nail salon I have Been to. The decor is nice and the lighting is perfect like a spa and my tech did an amazing job on my pedicure. I rec this place in San marcos

They definitely Do not wash there hands after doing somebody nails with this covid they should really wash and santize there area

Worst experience EVER! So unprofessional! Was told to come in and upon arriving, I had to wait 20 minutes and take my own nail polish off!! Finally I get to a chair and when asking him to fix the nails he messed up on, he tells me no he’ll take them all off and I can go else where! Not to mention no social distancing and it was filthy! I was sat in a cubical with another lady!

Great atmosphere and great people. My nails were bombbbbb and my toes were too. I picked kind of a difficult color to work with for my toes and they did the damn thing. This place is a YES MAAM!

My mom and I had just gotten our nails done and about 2 hours Later we saw that her nails looked like they growing out, like she had already gotten her nails done weeks before. (Which she had not) Also the pain that We felt in our nails is so much that we had to take them of that day. I would expect this from a cheap place but the nails were expensive. $55 and $45 for the simplest nails. 0/10 would not recommend.

Really great! I havent done this in such a long time but I needed something relaxing to do once or twice a month. The woman that was doing mine also had beautiful nails which is always a good sign

Well dip manicure is very ruff on top and spots around skin not filled in. Pedicures should have black base layer with pink polish on top, you can see a black line of polish on my big toe.

Thought the price for my daughters nails was a bit on the high side. 🙄🤔

Dont even bother wasting your time on making an appointment here. I had made an appointment and showed up on time, they didnt even touch my feet until an hour AFTER my appointment time. Theyve always been super good, but I guess things changed.

I had a bad experience at another local shop and messaged this place on Facebook to see if they could do a better job and they delivered! I forgot to get his name but he did an amazing job and this is the best nail design/experience I’ve had. (and an amazing Chris Brown playlist was on the entire time lol)

Worst nail experience ever! the lady wanted me to pay 80 for design on my nails while my friend who got three different colors and designs only paid 68. i spoke to the lady about it and she was very unclear and had a bad attitude. if i could give 0 stars i would. pls don’t go to this place. OVERPRICED and terrible service.

Ive been to nail salons throughout San Marcos, Kyle and Austin.. I was pleasantly surprised at how well one of the gentleman did my nails. I am in love with the shape its perfect. I also really appreciated that they took the time to soak off my previous nails properly at my request and even though it was past closing time they still did an amazing job and did not rush me out of the salon.

I came here yesterday after making a last minute appointment. This was, by far, one of my best experiences ever in any salon I’ve been to. They were ensuring everything was sanitized and safe for customers and their workers, quick, efficient, and did a great job on my mani/pedi. I got the basic pedicure and it was still so luxurious. Everyone there was doing a fantastic job and it is very well priced. I would definitely recommend this salon and will be coming back again! 😊

Ive been to most of the nail places in San Marcos, and this was probably the best nail quality I have had. I really love my nails. The girl who did mine took her time and made sure the nails were even. The only suggestion would be that the nails arent applied all the way down near the cuticle (making it appear that they are already growing out). I also hope that the tools are sanitized after each use, since I saw them being pulled out of a drawer and then thrown back in after being used on my fingers. The dip is one big container that customers share and it felt kind of unsanitary. The skin around my fingers really burned but it could be sensitive skin... hopefully. Overall this place is really awesome in terms of nail quality and I will reccommend it to my friends.

Ive had consistently great mani/pedi service here for over year. Everyone is very nice, professional and friendly. My favorite technicians are Tommy and Linsey. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them!!

Try the tropical pedicure!! That is my favorite service!!! After the warm soak they rub cold orange slices down your legs and feet!! Its so good!! All around a great place! Clean, friendly, & a welcoming environment.I’ve been to many places that rush through your nails & don’t care about the quality.I got the dip (with tip) this time & two weeks later they are still beautiful & have not broken. Went in got blue and marble effect nails, came out absolutely amazing. They do a really good job without taking forever.

First come, first served. No appointments necessary. Excellent staff that talked me into the $38 dip nails because I told them how I was rough on my nails and needed a tough finish. These nails lasted a month of cooking, scouring, washing, etc. I am going in today to have them re-done because I banged my index finger nail and it broke off. The others have grown out 1/4 inch. I will get the same dip finish because it is tougher than others I have tried.

Ive been here twice, so far, for a gel manicure and both times were fantastic. You dont need an appointment and service is efficient, but still luxurious. They have a great selection of colors and brands, plus they offer complimentary drinks. I live nearby so Ive walked both times because the lot is tiny . Let me start by saying see Tommy! He does the most beautiful completely finished perfectly edged nails. And they last forever. I have a recommend him my daughter has been using him for a very long time and hes a professional make up artist so he only uses the best. Call and make an appointment and do not flake out his time is limited.

I have been trying different nail salons around San Marcos since I moved here in August. I came here Thursday afternoon to get my nails done. The place was very dirty and didn’t seem to be kept up with. I got gel polish, when I noticed the polish wasn’t covering my whole nail on a few I pointed it out to the guy and he gave an attitude about fixing it. It’s now been two days and multiple nails have chipped, which isn’t supposed to happen as quickly with gel. Total waste of money and wouldn’t recommend coming here. Definitely should’ve read more reviews on this place before going!

WOW... I’ve been to a few nail salons in San Marcos but this place is the best one in town. I looked up a picture on google of nails and came across one that I absolutely had to have. I came here to see if they were able to do them and sure enough, Tommy went above my expectations! I’m so in love with my set ! I definitely recommend coming here !

Had a great experience with Tommy. He pays a lot of attention to detail. I never really get my nails done and needed to for my wedding so, off I went. Tommy was great! His massages were very soothing and he made my nails look great.

I would have given 5 stars if I would have had conversation with the people whom were helping me. The pedicure was awesome, and a great price, the nail fill, she acted like I was bothering her, and the constant speaking to reach other in their native language I frankly, found rude. My second husband was Korean, and none of his family was allowed to speak any other language around me than what I could understand. That is the only issue that kept me from giving a 5 star rating. The results were great. I would have liked to be included in the conversations, or acknowledged. I will try again, to give them a second chance.

I have found the best..I go every Saturday. They take really good care of you and dont try to push up their prices. I have gel polish on natural nails and my nails have never been longer or healthier! Sterile equipment!

I love coming here !! I used to go to school at Tx State and would get my nails done here. Im visiting from Dallas this weekend and I had to get my nails done! Never not satisfied!!

This was so amazing he really took his time. I came in with ugly nubs with a bunch of skin peeling from my fingers and my cuticles looked a mess. I came out looking like a new person!

We came here so my friend could get her nails done, and so we could both get our eyebrows waxed as well. The lady definitely messed up my eyebrows (lopsided, and managed to take off like a quarter of one eyebrow). There was no type of apology, and they still made me pay full price. The day after I still had swollen pink skin above and between my eyebrows, and I dont typically have those reactions when getting my etebrows waxed. Your nails might be fine here (my friends nails looked good but there was another girl who was there before us and had the nail technician switch 3 times to fix what the first person did), but maybe dont take them up on other services.

Tommy & Lizzie are awesome! I came in with horrible broken acrylic nails asked for an overlay which is hard for me to find and he came through. (Tommy also does designs) I love they’re color selection as well they have SO many! Overall great experience!!!

Jenny removed my ingrown toenails without even asking! She took her time and made sure the entire ingrown nail was removed. Afterwards, she removed ALL of my dead skin, not just some. I was so impressed already! I didnt feel as if my pedicure was rushed at all! They even offered me a drink while I received my service. I will definitely be coming back for pedicures! Decent prices with great service!

We arrived and were greeted and I was immediately serviced. 2 more arrived they were offered drinks we were not. The same 2 were also serviced but when it was time for my daughters nails the nail tech came to her and said she was taking the other in front of her and that the male tech. would service hers and of course the job was subpar. I tipped the young lady who upon leaving I noticed was not licensed or her license was not displayed. We will not be back.

Horrible!! I came in for manicure/shellac and it was completely rushed! He didn’t clean or clip my nails. When it came to the “massage” part he asked if I wanted lotion and gestures to the bottle for me to get it myself! My nails had lumps and bumps all in them when he was done. At the end he said “ ok that’s it!” I was in the chair no longer than 20 minutes! With my nails still uneven! As I was waiting under the curing light, they started turning off music and lights like HELLO y’all still have a client getting services done. NEVER going back. Worst experience EVER!

I use to like it. But not going back. Got a fill and just a few hours later my nail broke off. Then when I went back the guy rudely laughed and said well u have to wait. Waited almost an hour for it to get fixed and when we were done he rudely said this time I’m not going to make u pay but next time u break a nail u have to pay.. repeatedly saying it. When clearly it was his fault my nail popped off in the first place...
