Very happy with this company. They are responsive and professional. They came the same day to diagnose our AC that stopped working. They provided several options from budget friendly to more expensive. They discussed the options and were knowledgeable. They even brought window units at no charge while we were waiting for our new unit... which they installed this week even though they were very busy. Technicians were friendly and Im happy with the service so far. They even worked with different financing options which is very important for such an expensive purchase.

Wow! I am really impressed with this company, my AC went out in a Saturday afternoon and their tech Nick was at my house that evening to diagnosis the issue. He was professional, respectful, and kept me aware of everything that was going on. The company was great with communication and doing what they said they would, when they said it would do it. I loved that they texted with a picture of Nick to let me know who to expect. I highly recommend them!

Just kind of a scummy experience dealing with Lance. My blower was out and had them fix it. He presents a list of options to choose from. I chose the bandaid (his term). He had recommended redoing the entire HVAC system along with some other expensive options. Just got the blower fixed for $1,463.00. Cost of blower was 533.12. So labor for 2 hours was roughly $1,000? I wont use them again.

I cant say enough about the EXCELLENT SERVICE this company has provided for us; from the lady on the phone to the technician who diagnosed our problem, to the team of guys who replaced my entire AC system and all the way up to the owner (who took the time to answer many of my questions)!! Each one was professional, knowledgeable, fast and kind!! Its hard to find kind people in the service industry these days! They replaced my entire system in one day, they were quiet, fast, and even set up tarps to protect my floors AND cleaned up before they left!! I had an old split system heat pump replaced. AirOne representatives came to my house on short notice and gave me a quote on exactly what I wanted. The highly knowledgeable and professional installers arrived on schedule and replaced my heat pump. I was very happy with the installation and the attention to detail. I dealt with five people total and found everyone to be friendly, helpful and willing to take time to explain my questions.

I deliberately waited a few days after installation to write this review. Ive known about this company for many years from repairs to our oven, range and washing machine. We had our HVAC unit completely replaced after dealing with another company for 16 years. I found the owner very responsive; the installers respectful, clean, punctual and well supervised; and able to explain things to a layperson clearly without making me feel like an idiot. Two subsequent follow-up visits were equally high quality. This company has more longevity for employees than the norm for this industry. I highly recommend this company.

Lance was awesome and explained everything to me and all my choices regarding my AC/heat system. It’s all very expensive to me and I am a retired guy on fixed income. I will need some sort of payment plan with whichever plan I take. If this is possible, Let me know. Lance said it was at 0% finance charge, let me what know what kind of payment plan I could get on for the basic plan and/or B one that is $7000. I will look at my finances and see what is best for me. But Lance was Helpful in telling me what I need and what I don’t need. Jon Bohlmann

UPDATE: I had Jon Wayne Heating and Air come out. Their technician pointed out that the tube was dangling from the blower to the pressure switch. He reattached it, we turned on the thermostat to call for heat, and just like that - it worked. The best part, the trip was a $29 service charge fee. So in the end, the pressure switch did not need to be swapped out (it was just fine) and I did not need to pay $400 for repairs. And to the Service Manager, I attached the photo of the Jon Wayne service invoice and the technicians comments for your consideration.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I had a technician visit the house for a furnace that stopped working ($79 for the visit) and present me with the lowest cost option of $400 as the bare minimum repair. Now keep in mind, the $79 applies to the $400 if you go forward with the repairs...I asked for the part that was malfunctioning - to understand the price - and he said he would go to his vehicle and come back in and go over it. He left. That was a Friday afternoon. I called the shop first thing Monday morning to talk with the Service Manager, Johnny. He explained it was a pressure switch that needed to be replaced. An OEM pressure switch for a Goodman furnace is about $15 without shipping. I couldnt get him to share the parts he was including in that $400 price. He gave me a line about how its just how they price.In this case, I would have been paying about $385 for about an hour of labor and $15 to replace the faulty pressure switch.I cancelled the repair and opted to pay the $79 for their diagnosis.Look for a more transparent business out there. That kind of margin on labor is outrageous.

From what I can remember, they did a great, simple service for my parents a while ago. I’m writing this time to talk about their awesome approach to service and reaching out to their community. They gave us a wonderful, cute surprise to welcome the spring recently, and it really made me think of how invested they are as a small local business. We’ll be counting on them for future HVAC needs.

Unfortunately the problem was misdiagnosed and could not be repaired. I had to pay for a part that did not work and my AC unit is still not fixed. The technician however was very nice and polite.

Although I did not use AirOne Heating for a repair, I did speak with Lance about my problem and he was able to assist me in determining whether my heat pump was working or not. He guided me through several steps to make sure that everything was okay and probably did not need repair and that it was caused by the severe weather conditions. Terrible and incompetent customer service. My ac stopped blowing cold air this past Friday so I contacted AirOne in hopes of getting someone out over the weekend. Spoke to a woman who scheduled me for 12-2p on Saturday, explained to her that I work overnight and would be asleep/unavailable up until appt time. Woke up to 2 missed calls + 1 text saying they had cancellations and moved my appt time up and that their tech was at my door. So I called the office and spoke to a guy who could only say we had cancellations and moved your appt up & we had cancellations and our tech came by but no one was home. I explained to him the instructions I provided the woman the night before and asked when I could expect someone out - no one will be coming out. negative 5 stars

Happy Thanksgiving. Over one of our unexpected cold fronts our heater went out. I had heard of airone and decided to give them a call. This was on a Saturday and were able to send someone out the same day. Keith who was my technician was very professional and nice, once he found the problem he ensured me he would follow up when the necessary parts arrived. 2 days later he was at my home replacing faulty parts. I just want to say these guys are experienced and truly care to help you.

Air One has been my a/c company for a very long time. They managed to keep my ancient heating and cooling system going for 15 years! Now I need to replace and they held my hand and explained everything so well as I made a decision on a major purchase. I’m not made of money, and Air One is a company that is sensitive to the customer’s needs and helpful in all ways, from repairs, replacements and financing.

AirOne in San Marcos did a great job installing a new system in Kyle. They also repaired our other AC/Heating unit. AirOne has done some work for me and a few of my neighbors. Lance and his staff are always professional, quick and courteous. They know what theyre doing. Great job! We will definitely use them again! The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because Im not a fan of having to pay so much for a diagnosis. I understand they have to pay the techs time and have overhead costs, but then I feel obligated to use that company that does the diagnosing otherwise I lose that fee. I wouldnt mind paying at all if the cost wasnt so high, then I could compare with other companies on the price of the repair, thats all. This applies to ALL companies that charge that fee. But AirOne DOES do a great job!

We recently had an old system replaced with a new Carrier system. Lance did a thorough evaluation to size the new unit for our home prior to recommending the size of the new system. He is very knowledgeable and did a good job helping select the right system for our home. I appreciated the recommendation to add the surge protectors to help lengthen the life of the electronic components of the system. There was no pressure to buy additional options, just a good description of the option and the choice was totally mine. The installation team was on time, courteous and did a great job on the installation. There has been good follow up after the installation and Lance patiently answered all our questions. Its a pleasure to work with people who keep their promises and AirOne has done that. We have used AirOne for the past two years for maintenance and service work and the experience was very good (they helped stretch the life of the old unit)- always-competent, courteous, on time and reasonably priced.

Air One installed the cooling system for our brand new walk-in cooler at The Floral Studio. Air One did a fantastic job! Very competent service representatives! I had a air conditioner installed by another company that was incorrectly installed. Air One assisted me in analyzing the system and giving me the information I needed to correct the situation. The owner, Lance, came by a second time to look again at a situation to make sure that I knew everything that needed to be corrected with the system. I had a commercial freezer that was not going sub zero. They sent a technician. He diagnosed it as a bad fan and motor on the evap. I asked if it was iced up. He said it needed to be replaced. I took it apart the next day. It was iced up. I cleared the ice and the fan works again. I called to ask them to come out and look at it and make a new diagnosis as it is colder but still not sub zero. They said I would have to pay again even though their diagnosis was incorrect. The customer service agent was less then helpful. I called someone else to actually repair it.If you do not mind paying for their errors, call em up!Manager has since called me to apologize and has returned my check. He was sincere and I would give them a try on the next shot. Customer service training issue? Bad employee? I am uncertain but i do feel they will work on their end to avoid instances like this in the future and let the proper people handle issue escalation.

I had an excellent experience with the staff. I called in the afternoon in mid June with an AC not cooling properly. They said the earliest appointment was going to be the next day in the afternoon. Being the busy season that was to be expected. Before 9am the next day I got a call back saying there was a cancellation and would I want to bump up the appointment. The technician was there in less than 10 minutes. Very polite and knowledgeable. He showed me what the problem was before fixing it and was fast and efficient in his work. They have since come back on a maintenance service call and again I was very pleased with their work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My A/C went out the Sunday before Memorial Day. Called several different Air Conditioning companys in the area. Before calling Air One only one would answer the phone and they couldnt repair it till Tuesday, this was on a Sunday. Called AirOne and not only did the answer the phone they came out within a few hours.Within a few hours J.P one of the servicemen arrived at my home. He assessed the problem and within the hour had my air conditioner up and running. In the future I will be recommending AirOne to my friends and clients. Yearly maintence check

We had to completely replace our old unit in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Our old 15 yr old unit was going to be too expensive to repair. Lance and his team installed a brand new Carrier unit with a single-stage compressor, variable speed fan, and a digital wi-fi thermostat. We had an issue with the fan being out of round, causing a vibration in the home but Lances team came out within a reasonable about of time and replaced it under warranty and were very apologetic for the inconvenience.What I like about this system is that its constantly circulating the air. I was skeptical thinking that my energy bill is going to increase.My June 2018 bill was $138.62 and my June 2019 bill was $94.49. My July 2018 bill was 148.87 and my July 2019 bill was 99.83 so I am saving money.The system is super quiet both inside of the home and outside. It doesnt make a loud sound outside when the compressor turns on.Im very happy with my purchase. The process was very professional. He came out and did a full analysis of our space to confirm what size unit my home would need to cool it properly. I feel like I have peace of mind knowing that Lance and his company will always do me right. I recommend them.

I never post reviews but this company truly deserves a great review. Even though our electrical company screwed us and didnt do their job before now the AC company still showed up today (same time as the electricity company) so we can move into our house finally. They also are the only company who called us back and everything after weve called 5+ companies to get our ac unit hooked up.

I recently had AirOne provide a second diagnostic of my AC system after not being completely satisfied with the ‘tune-up’ service I received from another HVAC contractor. What made me decide to go with AirOne for a second opinion was the exceptional customer service I received from their rep, Sheila. I called on multiple occasions and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. She was courteous, accommodating and listened to my AC concerns and when no other place wanted to give me a general estimate on the suggested repairs I was told I needed, Sheila was willing to at least give me a ball park cost. In addition, Sheila and their service manager did some research on my equipment because I did not have any paperwork from the original HVAC contractor who installed my indoor AC unit. This was even before I had AirOne come out. In other words, AirOne is a company that will work with you. The ballpark cost provided by their service manager was also very competitive.Customer service excellence didn’t stop there. Their technician was friendly, courteous and took the time to actively listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. And I had plenty! He also took the time to figure out an issue with the compressor. The owner, Lance, came to my home a few days later to provide a courtesy evaluation of my ductwork and an estimate for various replacement options for my AC unit. Lance is very polite, personable and professional but not pushy. He was patient in answering my questions and providing me with a lot of good information. He left me with a packet which I have read through and will keep for future reference when I am ready to replace my AC unit and ductwork.There are several local HVAC contractors who have a rating above 4.0 and it can be difficult to choose one unless you are willing to pay each company to come out to diagnose your system. If you want exceptional customer service, folks who are willing to work with you, willing to take the time to find out what is wrong with your system AND willing to take the time to actually explain it and answer your questions, I highly recommend giving AirOne an opportunity to earn your business!
