Had Yesenia cut my hair. She did a fabulous job! And listened to and did what I asked! In addition she was friendly and humorous. Will ask for her again in the future.

The wait is reasonable when I have been there. The gals are nice.

Supercuts is a first class hair salon. Angelica is the absolute best! My haircuts are always to perfection. After a great cut one can celebrate with a fine coffee at the adjoining Starbucks.

Donna was the person who TRIED to cut my hair. It is uneven and not what I asked for. She needs to go back to school and Learn how to cut hair... I probably will not go back to that salon, on Madonna...BAD HAIR CUT.

Quality haircuts by real professionals. Even when I am unable to make an appointment the wait is short. The stylist takes the time to truly understand what I am asking for and then makes sure the cut is right.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I waited over 40 minutes for a simple eye brow touch up and lip wax. After watching three people walk in and out after getting haircuts, it was finally my turn. When I walked to the back and sat in the chair, another girl came in needing a touch up on her wax job. I was asked to get up and move over there the staff was BEYOND rude. After that I stood up and walked out, because it had been nearly an hour at this point. I would understand a 40minute wait on a busy day, but I went in at 9 am (opening time) on a Wednesday. There were two other ladies working there who never seemed to do anything the whole time I was there, but stand around and talk. (they didnt even sweep the floors, it was covered in hair and very gross)so overall: rude, slow, no value for customers.

I have been getting my hair cut here for over twenty years. Supercuts used to be on the other side of the shopping center by the theatre. The staff are always friendly and I have never had a bad experience.

They don’t have any means of showing how many people have checked in via internet so while your sitting and waiting people just show up and get called before you even tho you were quoted a 5 min wait. At least have a screen of some sort letting you know how many people are in front of you. Will not be coming back due to this bs... oh I almost forgot it’s friday and they onl have 2 people cutting hair... why

I always request Angelica. I dont have the best hair and its easy to mess up but Angelica is great. She is very meticulous and fast.

Whenever you get a haircut in a city you dont live in, they dont do as good a job. This was no exception. The staff was very friendly, however.
