They did a great job with the haircut but their attitudes are poor.

I’ve gotten my hair cut by Jarett for the past 4 years, and have had an awesome experience every time! Even after knowing him for years, he always checked in to make sure he was styling it in the right way. My hair was perfect every time, and always enjoyed great conversation with him.

I love this place, I made the mistake of trying out another barber and getting a hacked up cut but Sammy fixed me up no problem. This guy knows what he’s doing. Professional atmosphere and team, great cut, overall love the treatment I got.

Great service. Real professional barbers. I went in for my first haircut in a year after covid. I had been a regular customer prior to covid but my barber relocated during the pandemic closures. I have curly wavy hair and it’s difficult to find barbers.I was a little sketched out when I made my reservation. I asked about long hair and if they could do that. They said they have barbers that specialize in long hair. I didn’t really believe them but I made the reservation anyway. I had confidence in the shop standards.When I went in today I was super skeptical when I was shown to one of the back chairs. I thought, “well I’m here now sitting so I’m committed.”I showed Zack a few pictures and told him what I was looking for. Keep the length but make me look civilized again. Leave some room in case I want to go a stylist because I’m new at this.Zack did his best to make small talk and I did my best to relax and just let him work. It helped that the first chair remembered my face and offered me a beer while I was waiting.Honestly, I’m sure Zack did not deliver what I asked for. Not even close lol. It was the first time he’d cut my hair. It was much shorter than we discussed and we specifically discussed length. My girlfriends hates it. He cut WAY too much off. He gave me a regular classic haircut.At first I was shocked at my changed appearance. Then I was angry. I’d been growing my hair for over a year.Then I complimented his work. He did a great haircut. After a few hours I felt better about it. A few hours later I love it. I think? I look dam good. It’s not what I asked for but I look dam good.This is the kind of place where the barbers are really great at being barbers. I got a great haircut and great customer service. I’ll go to a stylist next time for a medium to long hair style though.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. The barber didn’t listen to what I wanted and butchered my hair, uneven cut, looks horrible and will take 6 months to grow back out. Very disappointed

Ritual is great. Mike usually cuts my hair and does a great fade. I’m never disappointed. Today Mike wasn’t working and I needed to get a cut brfore I left for a trip the next day so Sammy did my cut. He did a great skin to 1 fade, great straight razor line up and shaved neck. Sammy is the owner and now I can see why his staff are so on point. He sets the bar high. Go there you’ll be hooked.

If youre looking for just a haircut DONT go here. If youve been looking for d**che-chills this is the place. Located downtown it joins the ranks of its neighboring businesses with overpriced beer, and overrated cramped spaces with hipster bartenders. The unresponsive customer service here is lazy. The guys handling the entrance for walk-ins place customers on a list with a lackadaisical approach. You will be waiting all evening for a haircut. I wouldnt let this arrogant company near me, my friends, or my family with sharp objects.

Felt like my guy wasnt paying attention. I asked for 3/8th on the sides, undercut to the top. It feels like he used the 1/8th inch guide. He also didnt ask me how I wanted the back and know I have a fade in the back that I really hate. Thanks Chris!
