I went in to have the watch band shortened. The repair man didnt have proper tools and it took him quite a bit. I had to come back for it. Because of the lack of tools, he had scratched the band of my brand new, expensive watch on the side. Whats most upsetting was the the watch Bezel also got scratched. Its a brand new watch and had never been dropped. If you want to be safe, take your watch to the jewelry or proper watch repair stores!
