The bracelet on my Speedy was not fitting correctly and needed a few links removed. A very pleasant repair technician was able to do the work in just a few minutes. The watch has never felt more comfortable, and the fee was very easy on my wallet. Great experience!

I was quoted a whopping $600+ for a maintenance service on a fully functional watch. The same service would cost ~$300 at more professional places.

If I could give 12 stars I would.! I took 3 watches to be repaired . My most favorite watch has been “fixed” by two previous folks and broke . ( after waiting two weeks for it to be fixed). Within 20 mins - all 3 watches were fixed and working perfectly. This place is a gem . Highly recommended.

Polishing job was excellent. Took the time to resolve timing issue I was having and any questions I had. Would recommend especially for any polishing jobs, adjustment and servicing. A++ my favorite tudor is back to looking and working as it was before being passed down to me.

These guys are LEGIT,..I walked in with my 2000$ invitation watch to have some links taken out of the band & set the timepiece also! 15 minutes boom done....10$ bucks...no doubt Ill be back...100% legit....the guy was like huh no problem, he did it like in his sleep..wow!!!!

Girlfriend bought me a watch, and I have small wrists. We popped in at 6:15pm on a weekday, and Im writing this en route home at 6:28. SUPER nice crew, plus you can see them working on very very expensive watches while you wait (barely). Clean place with some cool vintage ultrasonic cleaners on display. I dont think I could be more impressed with a watch repair store!

My mother had her watch band shortened here, so we decided to use them to swap out a battery on my wifes little watch. Not just did they do it in about 4 minutes, but they charged a fraction of what a department store would charge ($5).Nice to see someone who knows what theyre doing for a change :)

Replaced 3 batteries and repaired my Rolex band for $40 while I waited. Great service and prices. Much better than those mall shops.

Serviced my Ikepod after other hacks could not even figure out how to open it! They have also Fixed repairs done by other local shops that had no clue how to properly service Rolex and Omega time pieces. Got my watch serviced. The watchmaker at World Time is Swiss trained and with his son will be 4 generations of watch makers. The level of professionalism and fastidiousness was amazing -that he texted me a pic of it completely disassembled and showed me the accuracy calibration read outs. Fixed the links, and replaced the bezel. Its so nice, I may just put it away even though this Omega Seamaster was my daily wearer!

I can’t disagree with many excellent reviews for this shop World Time San Jose. I have Breitling sport chrono my daily watch. I need a master tune-up, I am very skeptical about the service outside Breitling manufacture. My friend, a watch collector who owns many super expensive watches highly recommends me to bring my Breitling watch to World time for tune-up.I met Son the owner, he is very friendly and professional. By looking at his work and knowing that the Watch Master has been trained and certified by Swiss watch manufactures, I feel totally confident about his work on my watch.I just picked up my Breitling watch today, my watch was a brand new and well polish. His work exceeds my expectation.It is truly extraordinary work done by Son. The price is very reasonable, it is less expensive service than Breitling. For sure, I will bring my wife Rolex Yacht-Master in for serviceI highly recommend this place to anyone with an expensive watch and the need of watch work. Son the owner knows what he is doing and has a passion to work on the watch.

I have had about a dozen services done here, mostly mechanical watch clean/repair over the last few years...Ulysse Nardin, Rolex, Omega, Tag, Cartier..any ETA movement is a slam dunk, and ever complicated stuff like my Ulysse Nardin Marine Annual he can handle...he can order parts from the big manufacturers like Omega/Rolex, which means he is certified wth them, which is a big deal...hes doing the work right there, not just sending it off to the service centers...many places are not, and the ones that are charge quite a bit more than Son does....AND, I have never had an issue...once my wife got water in her Cartier automatic just AFTER I had it serviced, so it was running fast...I brought it back and he re-serviced it for me no charge. Wow!Son is knowledgeable and honest..if he cannot do something he will tell you he cant do it, and he has a good reason why not.Also have had batteries and watch strap sizings done here many times, never an issue and the price is right...there are cheaper places I am sure, but I feel more comfortable knowing its done right, with a good battery, and the proper tools for strap sizings. Son is the man and his staff are great too.World Time, a great find in the South Bay!
