Daniel and his trainee were the best! Quoted 3 hours by AAA and they arrived in 30 minutes. Good humor and very knowledgeable. Even helped me out with a phone charger! They got us off the road and to a safe location. The next day we needed a flatbed to tow to a tire shop. Again Julio there within 30 minutes! This made the best of a bad situation. Thanks for everything!

Ricardo really saved the day, coming within 15 minutes of my claim with AAA being started (they quoted me an hour, so it was a pleasant surprise!) He was very polite, changed my flat super fast, made me feel confident Id make it home on my spare and smiled the whole time. Who expects that from their tow truck guy?? My battery died & I couldnt get my hood open. The first guy AAA sent to me couldnt get my hood open either so he made arrangements for my car to be towed to my home. Turns out the guy who towed my car figured out how to get my hood open. That really helped me out big time. I would like to thank Connor for being such an outstanding driver! Very cool & kind! There’s still good ppl out there. Make sure you ask for Connor when you hit these guys up! I am beyond grateful for the help.

Horrible service. Wouldn’t let me back car after a car accident without registration in hand. They have my ID and they can’t look up who is the owner?! Completely ridiculous. You want to be a jerk to someone who gets impounded great! Someone who is in a car accident, why be jerks? I won’t ever use your repair service or towing service.

Was about to go to work but my vehicle wouldnt start! So I called AAA and Cristian showed up within a hr.He suggested I check if its still under warranty, which I would have but I was in a hurry Also, he had a battery already to go.So he replaced the battery and I appreciate that I could view the status of my battery on my phone!He scanned my battery and my vehicles info and he sent the report to my phone! Awesome tech. Also, I appreciate his customer service work ethic!!!!

AAA Roadside assistance for battery person who showed up was not only rude and careless but also the dispatcher on call kept cutting me off and placing me on hold mid-sentence without even allowing me to state what happened and why Im calling. I originally asked the person who showed up to call a manager for further assistance with a battery issue. Instead, he refused and walked away ignoring me. He later texted her feeded that she repeated back to me then placing me on hold again before I could reply. Very disappointed. Ive used this same company in San Jose about 6 times now over the past 5 years and used to receive great and friendly customer service.Issue: I called this company prior to ask if they had the correct battery for my car prior to sending someone out. The representative checked the system and inventory then told me YES. I expressed that this would be the third time someone came out to me since the other company had ran out of inventory.However, upon arrival --it was not the case. I still did not get anything installed. Even though they have the exact battery model thats been installed in my car and working for the last 6 years, they are refusing to install it because an APP tells them that the Kia Forte 5 takes a different battery, however if put under the Kia Forte would allow them to install it but that extra 5 part that they picked up from the VIN is why they wont. Even if I have the same model they have currently installed in my vehicle, which lasted me 6 years. As I was on the phone with the Manager, the Battery delivery person just left. So, here I am, stuck without a battery and therefore operating car.

I would have given them 0 stars if there was an option to do so. Please do not buy a car battery from them. We had to replace our car battery in Jan 2020. Our insurer was AAA insurance. When we called customer service for roadside assistance, they sent a person to help us who was from Alongi brothers. He said our battery wasnt doing good and it was needed to be replaced. We had no other option but to buy it from him. We trusted them and bought a battery from him. We had no issues with the battery for the next few months. But, just a couple of months before, the battery wasnt charging properly and we had to jumpstart our car as it wouldnt start. Unfortunately, we did not have a warranty paper that was given to us when we bought a battery. We called AAA insurance multiple times and they kept pointing their finger at the Alongi brothers for the soft copy of the warranty paper. We are living in the 21st century where everything is supposed to be digital and people hardly rely on hard copies and still, these guys were not able to retrieve our warranty paper. We called the Alongi brothers multiple times but THEY DID NOT help us at all! Every time we would leave a voicemail for their manager and HE WOULD NEVER GET BACK. If your insurance company is AAA or Alongi brothers supporting your insurance company, please never buy a battery from them!

When my car wouldnt start AAA sent a guy from Alongi Bros. He was at my location in 15 minutes, got the car going and advised me where I could go to have the battery fully charged. Friendly and great service. Thank you! (I think the guys name was Raoud? Or something like that)

They were sent to us by AAA for a tow. The driver said they couldnt tow the truck with dirt bikes in the back for insurance reasons through AAA, but could do it privately for no problem - a $600 tow. We started to take the dirt bikes out of the truck so they could tow it, at which point they said they wouldnt tow us at all. Left us stranded and we had to get a ride from someone and leave the truck overnight. Driver showed up in a bad mood and wasnt willing to help us out or reach a compromise at all. Would not recommend them to anyone and very surprised that AAA uses them if theyre willing to just leave customers without help.

This is the worst and mean the worst car towing service.They are so unprofessional.The drivers are even worse.The driver did a no call no show and cancelled the tow service

Got our car towed and came to pick up after getting a police release. Was very quick and professional. Gave me my receipt and sent us on our way. They do charge an extra day storage and fee if you pick up your vehicle after hours (which is 5pm).

They just saved me! My car wouldnt start this morning, and I was in a panic. I called AAA to get a tow to the shop, but Alongi Bros was able to replace the battery in my garage, saving me figuring out logistics with my little one. The technician they sent, Osvaldo, was super helpful and polite, and let my daughter watch everything he did. I cant say enough about how great this experience was.

Absolute scam, customer service is terrible, they have one job to do, and they cant even do that! Please, SJPD stop calling this shop for tows! Worse experience ever! Couldnt give em zero stars, which is more deserving

My car was stolen and recovered in San Jose. I called AAA to have the car towed from San Jose to San Francisco. The tow truck driver assured me that he would leave the car in a safe location at the repair shop recommended by AAA, BUT he left the car in a No Parking zone and it got a ticket and booted the following morning. I called repeatedly to get assistance from VIctor and Jacob and they at first told me that they would pay for the $505 boot fee and the ticket, but then on the last day that I had to get the boot taken off they refused to pay the boot fee. Now my car will be towed and gone forever thanks to this incompetent, unprofessional outfit. How dare AAA contract with a company that acts like that.

We called AAA when our car would not start and the battery was dead. Jessie came out and was awesome! It took some time to see what the issue was as we had just replaced the battery but Jessie identified it and went above and beyond to get our car running. We really appreciate the time he took to figure out the cause and was able fix it quickly. Thank you Alongi Bros for sending Jessie out to help us!

Looking at other reviews I want to make it clear that my review is for an individual driver by the name of Thomas. I called AAA after both my tire and spare went flat. He was dispatched. He was excellent, very quick, professional, friendly, and willing to follow me to the tire store once he had inflated the spare, just to be sure it was ok.

These guys were pretty good changing my batteries in the past, but I called today and was disappointed. Even though I got two batteries from them over 4-5 years, they had no record or did not want to check on the warranty, and then insisted my battery is located under the seat and I would need to go to a special mechanic. i told them that was not true for my car (and if they saw their own records they would confirm) I dont think they wanted me as a customer

Got extra special help from Dino, Jake and Jesse. Thought I needed a tow instead replaced a battery. These gentleman found the problem and took extra care the instalation went smoothly and did not affect the electronics of my car. The are the best!

Kids car got towed on Saturday night from down town got it out Monday at noon for almost 500.00! We could have gotten it Sunday but the SJPD told my kid the yard was closed on Sunday, yeah thanks PD, the company you use and you cant state correct hours? What the heck is the impound storage fees with these people? Not even 48 hrs and 500.00? The average is is about 90 to 100 a day howd we get to 500.00 Really? Had to pay the bill but I will be calling for an itemized statement in the morning. All this for a misunderstanding.

Compassionate front desk. But I witnessed the yard crew not giving a *€%@ about the cars in the yard. Hitting cars while dropping down cars just towed and forklifting cars roughly trying to squeeze cars close together.

Cheryl and I were having a starter problem and other issues with our car. We called AAA and they had a tow truck to us in less than 10 minutes. Dino, the driver, was just a few blocks away and was on it right away. Dino was very professional. We have two rowdy dogs and we were stressed by our situation. It was easy to relax with Dino. Heres what Im going to do; I know where to go, we got there with ease. Super! Thanks, Dino!

Got into a car crash and had them tow our car. They did not tell us the number of things they were billing us for and our bill went from 300 to 1330. Dont trust them to tow your car because they wont tell you how much your going to end up paying or are vague about it.

Do ever use them. i was referred by AAA when my car is not starting.they said jump start is not working and towed my car for 175 dollars.the next day, i booked a mechanic to look at my car and he just jump started it.it was actually battery is gone.i had to pay another 80$ to the mechanic.i called them many times and left a voice message to Tony the super visor and never getting a call back.

Really BAD, CRAPY service! I will never go through them again and I dont recommend that anyone of you looking for towing services do the same. The manager (Mike #527) is a peace of work. Hes very unprofessional and lacks tremendously in customer service. If I were you I would take my business elsewhere!

Alongi Brothers sent out Romel to change my flat tire with my spare which is not a DONUT, it is a full size rim and Michelin tire. The service was actually performed in my driveway. Now, my tire/rim are missing. Tony has not contacted me in over 2 months, it has now cost me $600+ to replace. Now CSAA tells me they are not responsible and Tony is MIA!.and Im still out $600+, now neither wants to be responsible for this THEFT/LOSS!!!!!

This tow company is very unprofessional my car got towed on Sunday and I picked up my stuff today for one day they charged me 530 to get my car out .They also went through my car like one of the towers was looking for something .
