The best tow company out there! I will not use anyone else! Have used them twice and about to use them a 3rd time. Honest, reliable, friendly, fast and professional. Honestly you are waisting your time if you go with someone else.

Our poor Jag had a flat rear tire, and we had put off having it fixed, then the battery died in it, and we HAD to have it towed. Youd be surprised how many towing companies ignore the details when you call in and ask for a tow.The first company came out and had a hook & chain tow truck when we specifically asked for a low profile flatbed. I cant imagine the damage the car would have suffered from being towed with a flat rear tire or to the front if they swapped directions. So we didnt go with them.We called US Tow & Transport - a little frustrated and frazzled from the previous towing company - but Jamie understood precisely what we needed and got a flatbed arranged. When Evan came out, he was a masterful pro getting our baby onto the flatbed - he made it look easy even though the angle was off and he was working in a shortened area.While I dont want to need a tow ever again - if we ever need one - US Tow & Transport is the ONLY place were going to call. If you have a sports car, low profile performance car, or want fantastic service - call these guys. You wont be sorry.

Couldn’t get to me within a certain time, the man who answered the phone offered to give me numbers to closer locations that would be able to help and I was reached in less the 30 minutes. Amazing customer service definitely recommend if anything were to come up in San Jose area. Thank you for your help!

I called and in less than a hour the truck was there. The driver Even was cool. Im military and this company took care of me. The cab was clean, the truck was speedy and careful. The best tow experience I ever had. plus the vintage military art on the truck was awesome. Use this company...

Broke down on my way to the shop ironically and I called the owner was awesome and very professional was able to get me and to the shop very fast would highly recommend to anyone I know and very military friendly which is another 5 stars. I called around to a few tow companies and they either didn’t pick up the phone, were way too pricey (had been given an estimate of 200 for a tow less than 10 miles away, my car wouldn’t start and needed to be brought to the dealership), or were just completely unprofessional in the way they spoke. When I called US Tow & Transport they picked up right away and the guy was so friendly. He made me feel so much better about the situation. I was given a quote that was literally over half the price of the quote I had received previously. He said that even if it was a complicated situation for a tow the most he would charge was $25 more, but assured me it probably wouldn’t be necessary. When Evan arrived, 20 minutes later, he was super friendly and efficient. I had my car on the flatbed in about 15 minutes. He explained the process to me once we got to the dealership and we parted ways a few minutes later. My first experience with towing and if I need another tow in San Jose I will definitely be back to US Tow & Transport.
