I was so happy that the driver Luis showed up so fast (8 min) because it was super early and dark still and I didn’t want to be on the side of the road with potentially distracted drivers passing me. I didn’t need a ride home as I got picked up by my mom, so I didn’t interact much with him, but he was fast and respectful and was suuuper careful with my truck. The guy on the phone was, too. I was very satisfied with the pricing he gave me for the tow, expected much more, actually. But what made this non-reviewer hunker down and actually write this review was the fact that when I asked them, each gentlemen recommended different shops than where my family has always taken our vehicles, and in the end, the one I selected did such quality work and saved me $130 at least .

A business is as good as its owner, which is what makes JF towing exceptional. Juan has always taken great care of my cars, both during tows as well as storage. Don’t go with a big name/ small service company, go with JF towing for sure.

Don’t waste your time calling this tow company. The man that answered the phone was rude and wouldn’t help me even though JF Towing was the company posted on the signs in the parking lot. It was after 10 pm and it sounded like I woke the guy up. They advertise 24 hour service but this guy didn’t want to be bothered. I was stranded. I called a more reputable tow service which was happy to help me out. I’ve contacted the owner of the complex and encouraged him to drop JF Towing. I would not recommend this company at all. If I could give them a zero I would.

Super bad service. I called and asked a question over the phone they couldnt give me a yes or no answer, but instead hung up on me. No morals; knowing that thanks to us customers they have a business. If it was for me I wouldnt give a start. 0 star from me. They arent ever getting a penny from me thats for sure.

I have used JF Towing a couple of times--once when I was stranded on freeway and another time when I locked myself out of the car. JF Towing responded fast and the service was friendly. As a family-owned business the drivers are very personable and they care, which is really nice when youre stressed. I would highly recommend them.

I recently had mechanical issues with my car and got in touch with JF Towing thinking I was going to need a tow. Upon explaining the issues to the driver, he was nice enough to check and perform a few diagnostic items since the issue actually seemed fairly simple and to my surprise, he was able to get my car running again in no time! Will definitely be using JF Towing again in the future!

Was supposed to pick my car up through AAA service. Called needing all my information again. Then proceeded to be aggressive in tone and kept asking if it was lowered. I informed him it was at most 1/2 inch and that it had no effect on going onto the flat bed (AWD vehicle must be on flat bed) and that I had no issues the previous day when it was towed to my house. He kept repeating his question on if it was lowered and when I repeated that it was towed with no scraping or needing for alterations less than 24 hours previous he hung up on me. They never showed to check the vehicle. It is higher than a stock height BMW or mercedes so there should be no issue.

JF Towing arrived 45 minutes SOONER (15 min til he arrived) than the first place I called, AND cost $15.00 LESS! Excellent and very curtious service. It took the guy less than 5 min to get me going again.

Where should i begin.. First of all, their estimated arrival time was supposed to be 30 min., but it took him almost 2 hours. Second of all, he honked at a scared dog crossing the street when the owner was about to get him. Lastly when i asked him to help me push my car into my garage, he said yes but as soon as i got off the jerk took off!

Literally hung up on me when I asked for a quote.

It is one of the worst places in San Jose ca. They are abusers left me without money, they actually took my car for parking a few minutes on the red line of firefighters and charged me $ 410.00. They are thiefs.
