Most heartless company ever. My motorcycle was stolen about a week back and recovered while I was out of state. Bike had to be given to this tow yard. Once I found someone able to get the bike for me I was told it was the weekend and they are closed and have to charge a gate fee. Like how can you take my property and then say you are closed? I did not have enough money to retrieve bike because of gate fee. Fast forward to Monday. I was worried and decided that now I cannot afford the 1000 dollars to release the bike. I was told if I did not pick up the bike I would not only lose the bike to lien sale but also owe the difference of the maximum 3800 they could charge me. Really? So now I am being robbed twice. Not o ky them but when asking San Jose pd about the issue they recommend since my bike was in garage and not being used when stolen that I dont own something not being used. Ended up having to have my father who is in the hospital get me help. Thankfully he is a police officer and pointed out all kinds of red flags and violations. Good news is I now was connected to an attorney who will take this as a civil case free of charge through him. This place is evil and heartless and I will see them in court. Even if I lose I will have made a point. Write to the city as well. This company has a contract with the city I learned and Ive already complained to the city official responsible for this. Not to mention how they made a cancer patient police officer go through all this. Sickening.

They act fast, I have a big car accident. My car needs to be towed, they came right away .and also I went to.pick up the rest of my stuff in my car and workers are helpfull..

Went there to pickup Stolen car..the front desk granny was ssooo rude and keep argued.. The charges are quite too high ... it’s a very bad experience for being here to confront such a illiterate waste people

In the sign it says that they open at 8:00 am, I have been waiting for two hours already (10:01) and I called them and they say that they gonna be here at 10:30, I drove 25 minutes just to wait 2:30 hours.Irresponsibles!

Terrible service (0 stars), Robert was extremely rude and threaten to refuse tow when my vehicle was at their yard and to cancel everything in an attempt to bring fear to an already stressful situation. He is very UNPROFESSIONAL and should be FIRED for the way he handled the situation. Once everything was cleared and handled by the insurance. I was told my vehicle will be towed the next day at 11am but had to wait until 4pm to have it towed. It was clearly not a priority since they already received what they wanted... PAYMENT from my insurance. Terrible customer service by ROBERT and to make matter worst, the company did not keep their word eventhough it was promised the day before closing that it would be towed to the destined location by 11am. How can you lie to me and make up excuses when you had a day before to plan a tow especially when it was paid for in full. I will never use this towing service again and will make sure everyone I know to not use this service. I cant believe this place condones this type of behavior. Anywhere else, this employee would be FIRED on the spot. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE.

Great service, fast and efficient. they answered all of my questions tgey treated my car as it was thier own.

Unfortunately had someone run a red light and total my car. Matos was called by SJPD to clean up the mess. They were pleasant and professional. No problems when I went to their lot to clean out my personal belongings from the can and sign it over to the insurance company.

Very bad service, never go to them! The driver is very rude, refused to tow to the insurance asked location. The phone operator just want to charge whatever she likes, increased the charge from $200 to $350 as she likes.Never go to this service.

As a Roofing Contractor things can happen that can shut a job down. Our company truck was hit by another bigger truck causing great upset for everyone both companies had dead lines, I called in for a larger towing truck as we were loaded with materials, the service operator, responded fast and with the right size tow truck. Our driver introduced himself as Shaun, he asked all the right questions, addressed the situation gave me my options, and proceeded like a real PROFESSIOAL, With skilled I witnessed, he should train for OSHA ! With fast, safe, and excellent customer interaction all in 1 (one ) Employee I hope the boss knows what a GEM his has with this employee by the Name: of Shaun, Ive referred all my friends, business associates to REQUEST THE PRO, FAST, CURTIOUS, AND FANTASTIC RATES !Other tow companies take too long, dont have the right towing vehicles, and are rude, and up the fees for themselves, not the tow type. This tow yard IS THE WORST EVER!!!! I dont know any company nor have I dealt with any company whos employees are as disrespectful and rude as theirs. I dont know how they even stay in business treating people the way they do. The guy who answered the phone said he couldnt help me and hung up. I wasnt yelling or disrespecting him in any way. I was just asking him a question. This company should be put out of business for the way they treat people

This towing company is a bunch of crooks and they are unreliable Dishonest Thieves who have no consideration for burger clients are people who have their cars towed by them because they force you to have their them to tell you tell your car when it doesn’t even need to be towed just so that they can auction it off later on to make more money off of it so in my opinion this play should be shut down and hopefully will be soon if there was less than one stars together I would’ve given it they don’t deserve any stars
