Bad experience, very unreliableMade me late for my service appointment.Definitely this towing company will go out of my service list. Had to call them like 4 times and every time I called them they would say 10 min ETA and with the time they took to arrive here, I would of drove to San Francisco and drove back. To be honest the only reason I didnt cancel the service is for the cancelation fee they have which I totally think its so unfair. It would be fine if they offered a reliable and professional service, but it aint like that. Had my appointment more than 40 min ago and this towing company hasnt even called me to follow up with me or even apologized for being delayed and their unprofessionalism. Not recommending it to any of my friends or relatives. For Sure 👎🏼

Nice technician, tire change was quick fix once he got to my car...

First the bad news: the wait time for a tow truck was absolutely excessive. I was given a 45-minute ETA, but ended up having to wait nearly 1-1/2 hours for the driver to come. The dispatchers gave me stonewalling instead of service.Now the good news: the main reason I gave any stars at all is the tow truck driver, Mehenna. He was very professional, courteous, efficient, and friendly; in fact, he went the extra mile for me--literally and figuratively. Now THAT is service! :-)

My wife had the best towing services with J Towing Services. Her car stalled in the middle of nowhere. These guys arrived fast and gave her a premium service. The driver offered her a ride home. Thank you guys you are the best!!

Quoted us one thing and told us a completely different thing once they arrived. They explained it was gonna be $7~ per mile when they arrived they decided to switch it up and say $12. After almost an half an hour of arguing, they had the audacity to ask us for a tip because “people usually tip” for what?? Service was horrible. Prices are way over. You are better off going to a different place. Adding on it took them almost 2 HOURS to get to the destination. If I had to give them zero stars, I would.What a rip off.

Quoted $185.00 for a tow on a motorcycle. I called another company down the road from them and paid $110.00. Same tow, same time and great service.Seems like J Towing has good service from other reviews but I have to assume the users dont know how much a tow should cost.

I would like to recommend J Towing. If you happen to need towing service in San Jose, you can totally trust these guys.

My van had to be towed about 2 miles, they told me it w asnt going to be that much for towing. When we got to my destination (under 2 miles) while the van was still on his truck, he wanted to get paid. He wanted $166.50. Finally he charged $134.50. I got ripped off about $75.00 comparing to other towing companies. I will never use Their service nor I will recommend them to anyone. I cant believe I got screwed by a D...Head who cant even speak English.
