D&M Towing #1. Saw a driver speed all the way down from one end of the block to the other end BACKWARDS! #2. Called to alert supervisor and front desk refused to give me supervisor and popped me on hold when she didnt want to deal with me. #3. Called back and was told the office was closed until Monday. Really? A towing business doesnt have a supervisor available 24/7... All together dangerous, unprofessional and make it difficult to reach authority regarding safety issues.

Have used these guys many times over the years and they have done a great job. No one likes needing a tow truck but they have been professional every time we needed them.

Had towing done by them through geico, driver was super friendly and helpful and showed up early. Good experience

The guy who towed my dad’s car just left it half way on the street!!! At least check with us if that’s ok but nope, he left immediately without checking with us. We were just like WTH just happened bc the shop’s gate was closed and we would not know how to get the car inside. Super super bad service!We got a text said “towing truck was onsite” at 7:59pm and the guy showed up at 8:27pm. That was unprofessional. This guy asked us many times if he could jump the car and we can drive to our body shop and we insisted no! He also didn’t secure the back wheels of my dad’s car to the towing truck and it felt like he could lose the car on a turn. We were doing 20mph on a 40mph speed limit. I was driving behind him so I could see all that happening. How can a towing service be that bad? And it was just a 10 min drive and 4.6 miles. Unprofessional company and horrible experience

They will block you in and extort you when your car is parked horrible people and work with police to rip you off

Daniel is awesome. He was very helpful, professional and went above and beyond to assist us to safety and my vehicle. He had a very friendly and likeable attitude. He was patient and very kind. Got my car towed out of my own assigned parking spot yesterday. Because I wasn’t pulled all the way in and five feet from my car was a red zone... had to pay 325 to get my car back! Who does this... how can a company feel good about themselves towing someone’s car out of their OWN parking spot and making someone pay during a pandemic. Went to the fire department to see if they would have called to have a car towed the way it was parked fire department said and I quote “ WE WOULD HAVE NOT CALLED TO HAVE IT TOWED .. THIS TOW TRUCK COMPANY IS DOING SHADY BUISNESS I WOULD FIGHT THIS”

Their service sucks. I requested for a tow via my insurance. I got a message from them saying they will arrive at 7.30-7.45 which was about an hour away. So we decided to drive a little to get some water. They arrived way before 7.30 at around 6.55 and said they left since they didn’t find me on the spot. I got no heads up from the driver before he arrived.

Didn’t honor my triple AAA card Which meant they were supposed to tow my car to my house which was over the hill in Santa Cruz instead they took it to the tow yard left me stranded in San Jose and put a lease on my car with no saying They lied to my AAA company and said I didn’t want to use my AAA card which makes no sense. (My wheel came off in King city once in & my AAA card got me a ride and a tow all the way to my house over 100 miles away.) I’m going to fight them on it any tips would be appreciated but I can’t let them get away with this...!?!?

Our truck was towed to this yard after dark.When I called that night to find out how much it would cost to get it back, the lady that I talked to said that it would be cheaper if I came in the next day 8:00am-5:00pm. I got to the tow yard at 3:30pm I had to pay $405.00 instead of the $300.00 that I was quoted the night before. She hadnt bother to tell me that after 2:00pm the price went up $100.00 more.If this company tows your vehicle, get there before 1:00pm so that this doesnt happen to you.

I am very unhappy with their service and the way I was treated. They have a very greedy owner and helping people is the least of his concern.

They are very slow. They make you wait for 2 hours and have drivers who don’t know how to tow cars

This company are some thieves ..According to your schedule to pick up the cars are from 8am to 5pm I arrived 4:57 and the person responsible was no longer there and that they had to call another person to give me my car and wait 20 minutes for it to arrive. passed the time and that already had to pay for another day but they are thieves.

I want to give a big shoutout to Carlos Castillo he might have literally saved my life. After waiting 2 hours in the cold for another tow truck company that had to bail on me Carlos kept me updated and was incredibly helpful. I was so cold and shaking so much that I couldnt even get my key off the keyring, carlos offered to take the key and even let me in the cab to warm up. He then took my car to the nearby firestone (while I ubered home) and even gave me advice on how to not get shafted by them, he even gave me his opinion on what was wrong with the car. While I cant necessarily speak to D&M as a whole Carloss service was absolutely outstanding and because of him I will gladly recommend this company.

My car died & wouldnt restart in the left turn lane at Tully & Senter--an intersection too busy to even try pushing it across the light or to the far right side of Tully.I called D&M and let them know I was blocking traffic, and they said theyd be there ASAP....And they were!Carlos, the tow driver, arrived in about 15 mins, had my car hooked up & out of the intersection in less than 5 mins, and back in my driveway in no time...Polite, Professional, & RECORD Response Time (considering the 45 mins to 2 hours wait time Ive experienced with other tow companies...)Definitely Recommend & Will Continue to Use for Towing Service.

Geico Roadside Assistance transfer me to D&M. They failed to give me a price quote for a flatbed towing 20 miles which would obviously be $250 avg but little be known they tried to charge me $600.

Bad service my car was recovered by the police and this towing company was towed. ..I arrived at 4:45 -4: 50 they told me that someone would arrive in 15 min. they made me wait. So a worker will arrive almost an hour later to tell me that he needed a sheriffs relay. To get my car back, the next day I had to leave my work early to call all the departments and they told me that I didnt need anything to recover a stolen vehicle ... because it was just to charge me one more day. 420.00 was the total that I had to pay for their terrible service
